Here are some fundamental ideas that give a deep and initiatic perspective upon the couple relationship and underline its spiritual value.These ideas can represent a genuine revolution in the view of couple relationships since they are reformulating the frame of thinking about this important aspect of our life.

• The Law of polarity:

As I referred to in the first article about the Tantric system, and I will have to mention that a fundamental notion that will help us to understand the phenomenon related to the couple relationship and the way it can become the genuine “engine” for our spiritual evolution is ENERGY. There are many possible definitions of energy but I will only mention here one that is useful in the practical applications: energy is a movement that is born out of a difference of potential between two poles. This difference of potential is in fact born out of the game of polarities that structures the entire creation at all its levels, for this reason it is of a high interest to take polarity as one fundamental law.

Tantra states that everything in the whole universe results from the free, spontaneous, endless and ecstatic union between Shiva – the Supreme Masculine consciousness – and Shakti – the Supreme Feminine Consciousness – the game between Yang and Yin.

For this reason Tantra reveals, (for the ones who are ready to look carefully and without preconceived ideas into these aspects) that the universal dynamism mysteries are found in a synthetic way expressed within the mysteries and fascinating game of the relationship between a man and a woman in the same way the mysteries of galaxies we find condensed within the deepness of the atoms. This is the reason why the conscious and initiatic approach of a polar couple relationship represents much more than the inevitable result of some game of individual forces, but the expression of a Divine Game that is structuring the whole universe in this manner.

For the tantric initiates, the couple relationship is viewed upon as an open gate towards one of the great mysteries of the universe, a great chance to directly experience this mystery and to understand it through direct and conscious participation. The couple relationship is thus understood as an expression in the human existence of the Universal Couple Shiva – Shakti, Consciousness – Energy.

Thus the couple relationship would become a genuine “spiritual workshop” in which the two lovers learn how to awaken first their individual polarity to a large extent and then – by empathetic union with the other lover – to awaken the complementary polarity.

This makes the couple relationship become not only a pleasant aspect of life, but an occult element of great importance for our spiritual evolution, with the obvious condition that we look upon it from the right perspective or in other words to have the proper initiation. This is possible by consciously engaging in this game of complementary polarities, amplifying first our own polarity and gradually awakening through assimilation from the other one the complementary polarity, thus gradually heading within the couple relationship towards the glorious state of androgyny. The polar couple relationship becomes in this way the most simple and in the same time efficient method through which we can approach and become tangent with the glorious state of androgyny, the state which will allow us to have afterwards exceptional spiritual realizations very easily.

The purpose of the tantric path with regards to the couple relationships

The essential goal of the tantric system as well as of any genuine spiritual path is the awakening towards our true nature, the God within, the Supreme Self-Atman. The second stage of this realization implies consciously realizing the identity which exists between this ultimate reality of our being and the ultimate nature of the entire creation, the Supreme Absolute or God.

The first and most important step in this spiritual search is the revelation of the Immortal Supreme Self – Atman – step which is realized by the direct experience of that perfectly neutral “something” within, the luminous and silent witness which is the one who knows everything. In order to achieve this state of centering in the “silent eye” of the storm (as sometimes we call the Supreme Self); the Tantrics propose the spherical expansion of the consciousness by the amplification and union with complementary pairs of energies from the universe.

This neutral centre is expressed in our consciousness through the fundamental experience of TO BE, through the feeling of I, free from any other associations.

Tantra teaches us that the intensely lived life experience in all its plenitude and maximum lucidity, transfiguration and adequate knowledge generates in itself a state of centering on this central axis (The Supreme Self) of which at a certain point we begin to be aware. Therefore all that is needed is to awaken steady attention in the middle of the most intensive experiences of life. States like happiness, harmony, goodness, extraordinarily intensive pleasure, as well as states of frustration, sadness, anger can become as many reasons to become centered in the superior state of the detached witness.

The condition for this state of self-centering to appear is, besides having a steady and powerful attention in the middle of the experience, is to have an exceptionally intensive state. The more intensive the experience is combined with a sharp attention, the faster the process of self-centering is. If the experience is a medium one then we risk having less capacity to centre in the superior state of the detached witness. This observation represents a fundamental mechanism which is revealed by the tantric system and represents the foundation of many of its techniques. If the attention and the lucidity can be trained through different exercises performed individually, the other “ingredient” to expand our consciousness until the state of detached witness, namely the exceptionally intensive states, will not always depend on us. Life sometimes provides us with exceptionally intensive states, but when and how they come is not always under our control and consequently it might be a problem to use this mechanism as a steady spiritual practice. For this reason the tantrics always sought the source of exceptionally intensive states to which we can naturally have access to at any time and which, together with our well-trained lucidity and attention, will become the basis of an exceptionally efficient spiritual practice.

The super sensual experience of eroticism with perfect control over the sexual function in a transfigurative and loving couple represents such an important source of extraordinarily intensive states which will help us to realise the state of self-centering.

Love is one of the fundamental experiences that a person will have in the process of spiritual awakening and the sensual expression of it through love making with perfect control and transfiguration will become the closest way to consciously experience the state of pure existence.

Through these intensive experiences which we have with lucidity and relaxation our consciousness will tend to expand to include complementary states and to complete our spiritual experience. Tantra doesn’t imply a fight with the elements of life, but rather to assimilate them through the conscious experience.

Since tantra suggests to live as much as possible all of life’s experiences with intensity, some mistakenly consider that it is an inferior path which leads to exaggerated carnality and mere orientations to pleasure.

Beyond this misunderstanding the initiates consider Tantra as the SUPREME ASCETICISM because it implies a perfectly controlled and lucid gradual expansion of the consciousness into the exceptional experiences of life, the control here being done not by force, but rather through realising our options.

Therefore in tantra the experience is not “consumed”, but it gradually and lucidly unfolds so that it is enriching us. Therefore, the state of centering is obtained in tantra not by effort, but by lucid experience of all that life offers to us, the expansion of the consciousness which results from here allows us to include the contraries and thus to obtain the state of centering in the neutral point, accessing the zero level of personality.

In the couple relationship, both the positive extraordinary experiences and the negative experiences which result from the individual blockages are as many ways to expand the field of our consciousness and to surpass our limits.

The tantric initiates lucidly observe and thus effortlessly control any manifestation of the universal energy, Shakti, being able to transform its inferior aspects in as many spiritual states.

Through this spherical expansion of the field of our consciousness, everything which was established beforehand in a rigid way (which before was helping our being to live even through the moments of unconsciousness) is gradually eliminated; the walls of life regulations are falling under the enormous pressure of the conscious experience, of Reality. This way the being becomes free and spontaneous, permanently aware of itself. The more often these moments of awareness occur, the more accentuated is the state of spiritual awakening.

As a conclusion we can say that the gradual expansion of the consciousness will appear through the controlled and conscious union with the energies and experience of life, therefore, tantra is using the extraordinarily intensive experiences which life provides.

The plenary and full of love transfiguration couple relationship in which the two lovers practice sexual continence (the hyper lucid and perfectly controlled sexual impulse) becomes for the tantric initiates an exceptional source of such overwhelming experiences that are doing nothing more than expanding the field of consciousness of the two lovers from finite to infinite.

The exceptional value of these mechanisms recommend the super sensual erotic experience in a polar couple as an efficient method and from here we can understand why the interest to prolong the sensual experience is not any more a hunt for sensual pleasure but to gain new spiritual balances

• Essential aspects related to the couple relationship – the normal way in the couple

Statistics and modern realities:

• · The life duration of the couple relationship decreases in an alarming way. In 2001, statistics showed that the average duration of a couple relationship is 3 – 5 times less than the duration of a couple relationship in the beginning of the 60’s. Yet the interest to have a happy couple relationship remained almost unchanged, but “it seems” that it doesn’t depend on us. In reality, only people’s ignorance makes them unable to develop a couple relationship in the direction to which they aspire.

• · The way the couple relationship is perceived was subjected to drastic change. Some aspects represent a genuine failure in the modern couple relationships. Happiness and fulfillment in the couple relationship for example are often replaced nowadays with professional and material accomplishments. People have the tendency to “forget” about themselves through excessive work and through the use of psychic stimuli such as tobacco, alcohol, drugs. The time the two lovers spend together decreases both in quantity and in quality. If last century we could speak about the honeymoon of the two lovers, these days we can barely speak in most of the cases about the honey-weekend and even this one is often not so bright.

• · The concept of relationships tends to become something simplified to the maximum. For example in the Nordic countries the confusion at this level makes people often have an instinctual interaction reduced to the minimum. People prefer to live within groups of interest staying away from intensive experiences such as passion or love; these intensive experiences are sometimes even considered noxious and disturbing for what the modern person aims for in the daily life.

• · More families are now disabled in an accelerated rhythm. As an example, the majority of the families from the Nordic countries recompose a few times before children reach maturity, thus each child “enjoys” more parents. This fact might appear to be good, but in time it leads to the weakening and degradation of the couple relationship, its fundamental role being gradually replaced by the society, effect which is paradoxically corresponding to the ideals towards which the utopic communists from North Korea were heading.

• · At a more profound level, the erotic fulfillment in the couple is drastically reduced. Most women today are not fulfilled erotically and they seldomly experience states of orgasm. States of frustration and connected disturbances become more frequent. The way sexuality is experienced by women is in many cases a sacrifice (they sacrifice their own sexual fulfillment for the man’s sexual fulfillment) while for the man, sexuality leads in many cases to premature exhaustion.

• · Due to the continuous alienation from their own soul, the romantic phase in the couple relationship (phase which we will see occupies an important role in developing the superior levels of consciousness) becomes shorter and the routine and boredom arise earlier. Due to this fact more and more couples call without great success the couple counseling in order to re-ignite the flame of passion in their relationship. The consequence of this situation is immense. One of them is the fact that in many cases people remains emotionally retarded, being unable to sustain the couple relationship from an emotional point of view.

• · An improper participation in the couple relationship which destroys the passion faster leads to the proliferation of pornography as a desperate attempt to light up the interest for intimacy and sensual interaction. On a long term basis this aggravates the situation, leading to the sexual problems and disappearance of the libido.

• · Upon closer inspection one can notice that the forms of emotional and sexual education are primitive and the sources are almost non-existent. Yet the emotional chapter of life is a very important one. Due to emotional crises or emotional immaturity, people make the majority of their wrong decisions in life. For example, due to mistaking a sexual attraction with love, youngsters marry and try to establish a family which is based on something unreal. Rarely do we see people crying because of a mental mistake, but often we see people crying because of an emotional mistake. Even though this chapter of our life has such an impact on us, the emotional education is primitive, if at all. Children and teenagers are not taught about love and about love relationships and therefore the only educational sources at this level remain the characters in books and movies which most of the time present distorted, deviated and unrealistic models. This leads to the situation where people step into life and into relationships completely unprepared from an emotional point of view.

• · Another strong chapter in our life which suffers these days from lack of information is sexuality. Similar to the emotions, sexual education is very poor, being reduced to the basic biological mechanism of it. It shouldn’t amaze us that in this situation in the era of interplanetary travels, genetic engineering and supercomputing sexuality is still under the influence of medieval taboos and prejudice.

Esoteric Agenda is a movie which speaks a lot about elements of esotericism; it is in an excellent movie to learn how to read all the symbols. However, in my opinion not all the elements are revealed, it doesn’t completely enter into the whole picture of power and manipulation by certain initiates who know about different esoteric elements, but some of these connections are very well made.

Esoteric Agenda is actually a very good exercise for learning how to look at an event from an esoteric point of view, from the point of view of an initiate. So I would even recommend this movie as a guide for analyzing the happenings which occur around us with the eyes of an initiate! Actually a person who knows these symbols should be able to decode them and the esoteric elements around them in the same manner. However, there are a lot of people who have learned from books or different communities which contain such esoteric information, they have learnt esoteric elements but they never apply them in the daily life. If people would apply in their daily life, at least as an exercise, all the esoteric information which they know, making intelligent correlations and connections between different symbols and different elements of their life which appear to be separated, but as we know are connected at the subtle level due to the law of resonance, synchronicities would appear, which are visible for initiates. Then their life will appear completely different and there will be thousands and thousands of people which will be able to cut through the illusion, to cut through this smoke screen which is created by the people who hold the keys of power who also have esoteric initiations and create the smoke screen especially to divert the attention of other people.
So the situation will be much better if people will use this information in the way that Esoteric Agenda uses them. Therefore, I especially recommend seeing this movie as an exercise for decoding the reality from an esoteric point of view.
Of course I am not saying that the point of view presented in the movie is the only point of view, there are also other possibilities to connect and I even invite the viewers to make other connections starting from what they say in the movie, to add more connections and to even write these connections here on the blog and to open up a dialogue for this esoteric view upon the world, as when we start to apply these esoteric elements in the daily life then what happens is that the emperor is suddenly revealed as ‘having no clothes!” – the conspiracy is revealed and all these strange manipulations are extremely simple things, they are so simple that people cannot imagine that they can exist in such way in their world, they cannot imagine it because they never analyse from the point of view of their esoteric information which they actually have, because they don’t exercise it. They just perform their esoteric practices on Sunday when they light a candle or go to church, having the impression that they have done something sacred and feel they are ok, but in reality people have the possibility to apply all the esoteric elements in a larger extent! Especially the knowledge about the law of resonance and the knowledge about the law of correspondence which is says ”was is here in the microcosm of my being is everywhere in the universe”, these things can be applied and we can filter the reality through that and in this way the new reality will appear very simple to us.

The power of laughter and the harmony at the level of Manipura chakra

“He [or she] who laughs, lasts!”

 

Laughter is a specific manifestation of the energies that exist at the level of Manipura chakra and has a lot of nuances that range from the healthy tonic laughter to the sarcastic and sardonic (grimly mocking or cynical) laughter that is usually associated with the so-called black humor.

Laughter is an expressive and emotional act that engages facial movements, frantic respiration, rhythmic sounds, and, finally, pleasurable exaltation. Laughter is a specific form of human communication.

Laughter can be provoked by different situations with the condition that they will lead to affective contrast. It has a cathartic function, releasing the tensions that are provoked by inner or outer contradictions. These contradictions usually accumulate at the level of Manipura chakra because at this level we can decide to follow a certain decision that can sometimes go against the fashionable or more pleasing reaction.

 

Laughter is an expression of a release of tensions, which has a deeply purifying effect at the level of Manipura chakra. This purifying effect involves the energies that generally mean the ego – the false personality. For this reason, when a person feels self important and has a superiority complex, laughing AT that person will have a very powerful impact, sometimes even comparable to the effect of an earthquake at the level of personality.

 

In fact, the expression “to laugh with all your heart” is an expression of an important esoteric truth. When laughing, the movements of the abdomen, and also the subtle effects of this activity, unblock the energies at the level of Manipura chakra and sublimate them to the level of Anahata chakra, the spiritual heart. When we laugh very relaxededly and allow ourselves to go into this experience of laughing in full awareness, after a while we will remain silent and centered in the heart, feeling a warm sensation of deep affection that radiates from the middle of the chest, simultaneously with the pleasant sensations that come from the abdominal area that it is now relaxed and feeling good. Healthy laughter is a powerful tool for experiencing the phenomenon of sublimation that takes place between Manipura and Anahata chakras.

In this simple and wonderful video we can see the purifying and energizing effect of laughter, together with its sublimating effect. In the end, the person who began the laughter wears a smile that is calm and deeply affectionate. He looks to all the people around him with deep love, showing the sublimated energy at the affective level following a good laugh.

 

And let’s not forget what the poet, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow wrote:

Joy, temperance and repose,
Slam the door on the doctor’s nose.

 

There is an old saying, “Your day goes the way the corners of your mouth turn”!

Medical research has measured extensively the movements we make with our face and our entire body when we smile and when we laugh. The research concludes that it is possible for all 600 muscles of the body to move during laughter – thus laughter has been playfully labeled by some as a form of “internal aerobics”.

 

People who are characterized by inhibitions and stress avoid laughing whole-heartedly. They laugh “discreetly” and attentively, willing to give the impression of perfect control whereas in reality they are hiding an almost perfect “constipation”. For such people, sometimes laughter can be annoying and even a reason for anger and sadness. Such a person feels provoked by laughter. This is the reason why a whole-hearted laugh can create miracles where hours of attempted relaxation failed. 

Laughter can help us “wipe the slate clean” by inspiring new perceptions, new ways of thinking, a change of belief, and the revelation of previously unimagined possibilities. All this is possible due to the processes of sublimation that laughter easily makes possible. Laughter inspires lateral thinking. Laughter is also a good antidote to the over-seriousness that increases during times of stress and anxiety (another aspect – together with formalism – of a disharmonious Svadhisthana chakra). Over-seriousness blows up problems; laughter blows them away! The psychologist and mystic, Alan Watts, once wrote, “The whole art of life is in knowing how to transform anxiety into laughter”. 

 

At best, laughter helps us to build bridges. Victor Borge, the American entertainer, once wrote, “Laughter is the shortest distance between two people”. Wholehearted laughter teaches us love as a way to reuse the Manipura energies in order to awaken the heart and to go into a fight or fight mode.

As E. E. Cummings said, “The most wasted of all days is one without laughter” which is the same conclusion we have drawn here. Enjoy!

 

Atman Celebration Weekend

On 28^th February and 1^st March yoga students, teachers and aspiring teachers from across the globe came together in Natha Yoga Center for a weekend of celebrating spirituality and welcoming our newest yoga teachers into the world.

The whole event was a heartfelt, harmonious and unifying experience, a place and time where old dreams could be fulfilled and new dreams were being designed.

Emotions ran high throughout the weekend. Our third generation of aspiring yoga teachers sat for their final exam, bending, twisting and rotating their way to being one step closer to becoming qualified yoga teachers, while the previous group of aspirants graduated in a magnificent ceremony, marking a very important moment in the history of this school.

Here are some images from the exam in which you can see the aspirants being tested on their correct performance of certain Hatha Yoga postures and techniques; their flexibility, ability to concentrate and immobility in the position all being taken into account.

The highlight of the weekend was the highly charged graduation ceremony, a night in which big dreams were unfolding. There were tears of joy and sadness, ecstatic happiness and great rejoicing for the success of the newly crowned teachers.

One by one, the 70 new teachers’ names were read out and they climbed the stage to receive their diploma and a rose, and to express their feelings about this tremendous moment in their lives. All those in the hall were touched and even intoxicated by the enthusiasm and aspiration of the ones who successfully graduated.

The event marks a high spiritual peak for those who are stepping into the dawn of a new day as teachers of the Atman yoga system.

The climax of the evening came when the new teachers received a message from Grieg. His message was a very touching address to their activity as teachers and provided all with a strong impulse, especially those embarking upon this new and very important adventure.

The Atman Federation meeting also took place during the weekend. Teachers from the international schools met to discuss the bigger issues of the school, to hear experiences from each other and to be united as a group.

NATHA’s team organized the weekend in a very heartfelt way, taking great care that all the guests were looked after and felt a home, many people commented that they felt like they were in a great spritual family – and the whole ambience was like this. Even though there were many people here, it was a smooth and harmonious event and indeed it felt like a uniting of one very big family.

The Big Picture is a very good documentary that combines different elements; it is excellent for ringing the alarm bells. It is not a documentary that delves deeply into the essence of the problems, but one that makes connections and puts you in the position to see more deeply into the problems and the situations.

The Big Picture is also a very good documentary for those who want to cut through the enormous quantity of conspiracy theories and information that is floating on the market. A lot of the information is put out there to create confusion, some simply being speculation by all types of people who want to look interesting, but in fact they don’t know what they are talking about!! And other information simply is genuine!

In The Big Picture they make very interesting correlations and have the common sense to say that this is a certain point of view without trying to push you in one direction. They just show you different perspectives, giving the viewer the freedom to choose to combine this information or to draw their own conclusions…

‘this is a possibility, think about it, think that maybe today things are happening for a certain reason and forget about all these conspiracies from 2012 about Martian invasion or whatever strange things you might dream about’.

Actually this is a very important point, this is what distinguishes this documentary from many others, because in a certain way it follows the same fundamental idea as different spiritual systems – the suggestion of going back to the ‘present moment’.

They don’t say that the present moment is ‘like this’ or ‘like that’, they just say go back to the present moment, observe the present moment, be aware of what happens to you now, not in ten or twenty years, but what happens to you in this moment as this is the most important aspect and here is the seed of what happens in the future.

Actually this is a very important key element. Indeed there are a lot of speculations and manipulations out there on the market because people are naïve and they go in all kinds of directions, trying especially to live in the future and to decode the future, but they use this as a distraction and an escape from their present situation. This is the method the manipulators use for manipulating the masses; by making them concerned or to dream about the future, so they don’t observe what is happening with them in the ‘now’.

The Big Picture is a very good movie because it has carries a practical spiritual message – to go back to the ‘present moment’ and to look at what happens to you now. From this perspective it is a unique movie. Beyond this, it is a movie that is documented from the media, it is not a movie that brings all kinds of ‘let’s say’ information from scientific sources or something, it’s a movie with information from the media, from what you could see on TV, but what you could see on TV exactly if you are attentive now, and this is also a very good aspect of The Big Picture.

On 29^th and 30th January, Adina and I visited London to host “The Secrets of Tantra” weekend.

This momentous spiritual event was the opening for the new Tantra course in London. Through workshops, lectures, art and performance, we revealed the Secrets of Tantra to an audience of more than 200 people.

The weekend began with a spectacular opening performance by the Romanian theatre troupe, Sophrozin – a ritualistic invocation of the ten Great Cosmic Powers and Shiva. Shiva, the Supreme Consciousness danced His Divine dance of life. Following Him, His ten aspects – the fundamental divine energies – manifested themselves, encircling him, each one offering their gifts and Grace to the audience, (and, symbolically, to the country). It was a powerful manifestation of subtle energies and even those who didn’t have any prior knowledge about these spiritual aspects were visibly moved.

After the sensational performance by Sophrozin, Adina and I gave the opening lecture -An introduction to resonance and the subtle centres of force, the chakras.During this lecture we also introduced the two new Tantra teachers, Andronicus Torp and Maria Porsfelt.

In order to keep with the tantric practice of developing polarity by enhancing masculinity and femininity respectively, the men and women were then separated for the next lectures.

By separating the sexes, we can create an atmosphere where the men and women feel open to express themselves and it gives a chance for certain gender specific topics to be discussed in depth, and during the course of the weekend very lively discussions were to be heard in both conferences.

These conferences were related to a spiritual way of looking at the erotic life and how to explore this part of our existence, to make the best of it and to use its power in order to transform our life into a happier, more harmonious and healthier one. (The Tantra course is for both men and women, but sometimes they have separate specific talks and workshops in order to fully evolve their unique and complementary qualities.)

Reunited once again, Adina took us deeper into the realms of the tantric experience with an enticing practical workshop entitled, ‘The Awakening of the Senses’.  The point of this workshop was to illustrate how in Tantra we can use the experience of the senses in order to expand our consciousness through the experience.

One by one, each sense was awakened through the use of different elements specific to that sense.

What transformed this workshop into a tantric experience was the conscious approach towards each sensual encounter. By choosing to accept or refuse the experience we were able to realise the difference between these two fundamental attitudes.

Over 200 people enthusiastically participated in this set of experiences as proposed by us! They were very open to this practical workshop and exhibited a very relaxed, playful and expanded attitude.

An extraordinary new movie on the topic of sexual continence was shown. Full of expert advice and testimonies from ordinary people, this movie is a very useful insight into the benefits and life-changing experience of making love with sexual continence, for both beginners and advanced practitioners. It is the first in a series of documentaries which will soon be released to the public. Personally I was impressed by the exceptional quality of the film and its documentary value.

The Sophrozin graced the stage once again with their sublime show, “The Divine Game of Life”.

Every time this show has been performed is has been a breathtaking experience, even after seeing it three or four times!

One of the moments which was very well received was the lecture on the subject of “Tantra and Success in Life”. From a spiritual perspective one should redefine what success means, as for most people success is about following their limited individual will and desires. In this way we harmonize our options with the Divine master plan, success no longer being a matter of uncertainty but a matter of time. The huge success one can have, after understanding this game, is to successfully step back to contemplate the Divine manifesting through him/her.

London’s new tantra teachers, Maria and Andronicus made their debut with a workshop about relaxation and awareness. It was a good chance for people to understand the apparently paradoxical and deeply revealing experience of awareness in relaxation and relaxation in awareness for expansion of the consciousness.

Throughout the weekend we received a very positive response from the audience. I was impressed to see how curious, open and active the people were in their participation. It was also interesting to see the level of openness of people in the UK towards Tantra.

The ‘Secrets of Tantra’ was organised by a team from our school in Romania in co-operation with Tara Yoga Centre in England. The English team under a new leadership made a very good event from an organizational point of view and the overall impression was of a wonderful, wholehearted international team.

To close this wonderful event, Shiva and the ten Great Cosmic Powers were there to manifest their Grace, creating a very beautiful and sacred end to an extraordinary tantric weekend.

Tantra course

The new Tantra course has just begun in London. It is a weekly course taught by specialized Tantra teachers. The many students in the course hail from all walks of life, some have prior knowledge about Tantra and want to discover more while others are complete newcomers. The diversity of the students is proof that the Tantric path is suitable for all and the large number of participants shows Tantra is a path of growing interest! The feedback from the course has been very good, with the interest and openness towards the subject leading to many open discussions.

P.S. Immediately after this special weekend ended it started snowing out of the blue, and it continued for several hours until it became one of the biggest snowfalls in the last 100 years in the UK, covering everything in a immaculate, beautiful, white layer.
