In the following I will present some sensational news that is giving an unexpected confirmation to what was previously labelled as being “conspiracy theories”. This information is surfacing again while the “swine flu scam” spreads among naive people and nations. We are expecting that the wall of silence, once broken will continue to fall, revealing more details about this sinister plan that is undoubtedly being carried out by the global elite of ego-power.

The following article was published in one of the biggest Romanian newspaper and represents sensational news considering the person who was interviewed. As we all know, in  intelligence all the services are linked and they all have information – especially when it is about some big issues. Such disclosures from an important member of the intelligence community will strengthen the credibility regarding this subject for the whole international community.

It is interesting that the news that the global elite (basically lead by freemasons) are planning a population reduction was confirmed to me by another person from the same circle of power. “90% of World Population Should Perish”

Swine flu is a lab-made product which will deliberately trigger a severe global pandemic. It is predicted that  90% of the world’s population will be eradicated. The Reason: the oil reserves are almost exhausted and so will be the chemical fertilizers, which will halve the agricultural output. In other words, instead of dying of starvation, why not die of the swine flu? This is the plausible scenario of the pandemic as seen by General Mircea Chelaru, former Chief of Romanian General Military Headquarters.

This year, a mutated virus A (H1N1) – a deadly blend of swine and human flu – appeared all of a sudden in Mexico and has been spreading over other continents ever since. According to former Secretary of State Cercel’s first estimations  for Romania it will reach 20,000 casualties,  or, in his second estimation between 6,000 and 8,000.

One way or another, a pandemic will break out

As a current issue of national security, we would like to present a scenario of this pandemic from the perspective of a serviceman. “The A(H1N1) virus, like any other mutating gene,  can be produced in any lab of average capabilities. I am convinced that swine flu is- exclusively- a lab product, just like Ebola and AIDS, and it can’t get out of hand unless it is unleashed on purpose. The Purpose: one way or another, a pandemic must break out in order for the world population to be decreased by 90%. There are statements and studies  on this topic,which means that the persons involved have already revealed themselves”, says General Mircea Chelaru.

What is the logic behind this genocide? General Chelaru says that according to OPEC studies, known oil reserves total 1.6 billion barrels. By the year 2000 there was a consumption of 30 billion barrels per year.From 2010, it is predicted 100 billion barrels will be consumed per year. At this rate, in the next 15 to 20 years, man kind will run out of oil. This means that the civilization relying  on crude oil will disappear. However, this not only means the collapse of thermal energy production but of the internal combustion engine for which alternatives are already available.

Regrettably, chemical fertilizers – as oil products – will also seize to exist, which means that the global agricultural output will decrease with 50% . “To prevent starvation, part of  the world’s population will be sacrificed. Who is General Mircea Chelaru

General Mircea Chelaru, born in 1949, is a doctor in military science and a graduate of the German College of Strategic and Economic Defense Studies “George E. Marshall” within the European Center for Security Studies, the Romanian Royal Military Academy , and of internationally renowned military law courses. In 1990 he headed the Counterintelligence 3rd Division within the Romanian Secret Service. In 2000 he was the Chief of the Romanian General Military Headquarter and as of 2008, he is a four star general in reserve.

• in May this year the WHO sudden changed the definition of the meaning of a pandemic. This article is addressed to those who are open minded enough to explore the following information and dare to get out of  the “official box” where everything is seemingly safe, but in fact it is not because the responsibility for this ‘safety’ has  been given entirely to an exterior power, one that cannot be questioned or checked. By now everybody has heard of the latest virus ‘the swine flu’ or the H1N1 virus.

Some of my friends have been investigating this subject and the information they found indicates that it is more a ‘classic scam’ hiding a hidden agenda than a real world problem. Since we are living in a time when lying has become a part of our “culture” one has to search for the truth with more dedication than ever, being ready to find it where least expected. But let’s see what is “floating in the air” these days.

Officials predicted in April 2009 that the virus H1N1 would claim millions of lives; the World Health Organization (WHO) quickly declared it a pandemic!! On the 25^th October President Obama declared the ‘swine flu outbreak’  a STATE OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY – despite the fact there has been ‘apparently’ 1000 associated deaths in US, in comparison the common flu causes around 36,000 deaths per year!

There is growing evidence that H1N1 is a laboratory-concocted virus!!

This idea meets a strong opposition in most people, since we are used to accept only that which  has a coherent and easy to grasp explanation. In putting such an idea on the table we will then need to ask the following difficult question: “Why would a virus that causes illness and death be deliberately manufactured and WHO would do such a thing, (WHO being the key word here and you will see why later!)?” As we will see in the following, the answer to this question is amazingly simple.

Trying to understand such situation first implies that we accept it as a working hypothesis and this is already too much for some people. However the facts become clearer then ever and we don’t need much imagination in finding satisfying, possible answers. This is the place where more and more people are at nowadays, starting with hesitating steps to get out of the “official box” of thinking and daring to explore the most amazing possibilities, because to the ones who want to find the truth, reality is proving they have to search for it in “wonderland”. And there is where we go now…

What is now coming to light is that the whole swine flu saga has been engineered as part of the ‘New World Disorder’ plan to murder billions of people.  At least this is what alot of evidence is pointing towards….

If this is hard to swallow at first sight, we can briefly reflect upon the ‘global elite’s’ previous atrocities. Take 9/11 for example: the evidence from professionals and witnesses clearly demonstrates that the events on that day did not occur as we are lead to believe, and that the terror plot was a smokescreen for a far more sinister plan. (I have posted a very good movie about 9/11, here you will see authentic arguments and witnesses disproving the official lies!). Such a “false flag” operation performed directly under our noses just a few years back makes the “man engineered virus” hypothesis easier to understand and it would bring us closer to “wonderland”. If we also reflect on how Afghanistan and Iraq were both invaded under false pretences then this “wonderland” shows its specific landscape.

In 1976 there was an ‘outbreak of swine flu’ reported in America, it was predicted that it would result in the deaths of millions. The crisis was sparked after the death of a soldier who (already sick) died whilst on a hike, reason for death being – pneumonia secondarily to the flu. Other soldiers in the same troop were also reported to have the virus, and a mass immunization program for the US was designed. However it was soon discovered that there were no further cases of swine flu outside the camp where it  supposedly had originated.

By this time though the propaganda machine was already in motion, strongly encouraging the Americans to get the jab.

The vaccination was rushed through without adequate safety tests, and the manufacturing pharmaceutical companies were given indemnity in the event of any problems occurring. The mass vaccination program began; around 46 million Americans were immunized. In time it was revealed that people were becoming sick following the vaccination, but there were no new cases of the virus!! Many acquired the debilitating disease- Guillain Barre syndrome, there were thousands of deaths associated with the vaccination, contrasting with only one death related to the swine flu!!! Eventually the swine flu epidemic hysteria died down, but not before millions were needlessly vaccinated and some with terrible consequences. Perhaps we may have the tendency to think that it was ‘just a mistake’ and in fact those people who made the plan were trying to do their jobs. However this would be a very convenient thing to say and it does not seem in accordance with the reality.  For more clarity here is a short movie that clearly demonstrates the massive propaganda campaign, the manipulation and blatant lies of the officials in that case.

Now the ‘current’ swine flu epidemic, originated in Mexico the first cases were detected around April of this year, and quickly spread globally. In June 2009 The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a level 6 global pandemic (emergency of the highest level).

For such an apparently big problem the level of information is much reduced. Accurate statistics of illnesses and deaths related to the swine flu are hazy, official counts stopped, with the explanation that there were too many cases occurring to keep track of them! Can you believe that in the era of information and with the figures that were predicted (thousands of deaths and tens of thousands of illnesses) this argument in itself is giving the dimension of the lie that is coming up!

Early on in the outbreak the Presidential Science Council predicted that there may be up to 90,000 deaths, though the actual world wide deaths related to swine flu has been around 4,500 . The total deaths since August 30 to October from “Influenza and Pneumonia-Associated” illness are 1,397, reports the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention web site FluView (cdc.gov/flu/weekly/). But only 192 of those have been laboratory-confirmed as flu of any type. (people die of pneumonia from other causes, not only related to flu.) In fact, FluView reports that deaths from influenza and pneumonia are well within the normal bounds for this time of year — or, as the CDC puts it, “below the epidemic threshold.” !

So why then is the swine flu still a pandemic? How come that powerful states are investing billions into a vaccination program for something that appears not to be at the pandemic level that the WHO have declared . Billions have been spent on the advertising campaign to try to convince us that there is a problem, when no such problem really exists. We have seen many times before, governments that have the power to check information are making “beginners mistakes” but mysteriously the mistakes always serve the same agendas that are not for the ‘public interest’. The scheme is always the same but it is still working and therefore the beneficiaries are not considering to change it.

By now there is massive amounts of information circulating that the pandemic is a smokescreen created in order for the global elite to have centralized control – Under this level 6 pandemic status the WHO have the power to control how governments respond, if they want to have a mandatory vaccination program, they can do this with the appropriate force, if necessary. This could mean quarantines, road blocks, restricted travel and imprisonment for non- compliance.

Of course it doesn’t mean that this will happen right away but we can already see it starting to go in that direction. Already in some countries like Hungary, the newly voted law is punishing anyone  who will speak against the mass vaccination and this will be implemented from now on.

With all these strange situations we can see that it is highly possible that the Global elite (who are also behind the WHO and UN) have this on their ‘decreasing the population’ agenda, so if the masses do not respond to the propaganda techniques, it may well be that it will come to a military enforced vaccination program.

For me this was just a hypothesis supported by indirect evidences (the indirect evidences are many times as strong as the direct ones) up until some years ago I was talking with a person who is involved with freemasonry and in a special moment of openness I was making a check, and I asked him if he knew anything about the controversial plan for the global reduction of the population. To my big surprise he confirmed that this was a topic that had been discussed in certain clubs and circles of power for many years and there are even many versions of it according to the solutions proposed.

There is a lot of evidence against vaccines in general, and it is thought that the H1N1 vaccination will contain dangerous substances that will be extremely harmful causing illness and death. As in 1976, it has been reported that the vaccination is again being rushed through without adequate safety trails and with the indemnity for the companies who produce it.

‘IF this is so’ the rush is very strange, since up until now there is absolutely no evidence that this is a pandemic or that it is at a dangerous level of development. The only aspect that we can see in this strange rush to create and distribute the vaccine under the cover of having ‘no time’ would be that many of the protocols for normal pharmaceutical procedures could be  broken, hiding under the time factor all the strange aspects.

From other sources we learn that the vaccinations themselves could be the source that triggers the pandemic that will then be used to justify worldwide compulsory vaccinations. “What a stupid thing!” will exclaim those who believe, ‘all that they see’ is the ‘ultimate truth’. Indeed it is extremely weird to think that a vaccine could be the very source of epidemic that is trying to cure… but at a closer look we will see that THERE ARE SEVERAL CASES WHERE THIS HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST!

As we can see in the following short clip, Bayers (the giant of the pharmaceutical industry) discovered that their injection drug which was used by haemophiliacs was contaminated with the HIV virus! When this was discovered in America they took it off the market there, then preceded to distribute it in Europe, Asia and Latin America! In this way they knowingly exposed thousands, mostly children to the live HIV virus. No Bayer executives ever faced arrest or prosecution in the United States! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??? A TOP SALE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY WAS DISTRIBUTING HIV INFECTED MATERIAL BY MISTAKE? This is a story for kids because a mature person would not believe that BAYER was doing this accidentaly. Not at that level. At the level of BAYER this was a deliberate action whose purposes can be multiple but what we are interested here into is that such think can happen very easy under our nose. Should have been that company an iranian one…. you can imagine the hypocritical scandal and direct statements accusing iran about international terrorism! (not that i am a fan of iran )

At a closer inspection, it appears for anyone who thinks using their ‘own head’ that this cannot be a coincidence. In a pharmaceutical company things cannot be infected so easily, even if there are some mistakes in the security protocols. For infecting sterile needles or syringes, one would have to make an entire plan and this cannot be put in place WITHOUT THE EXPLICIT COOPERATION OF THE LEADERSHIP OF THE COMPANY. And since this fact was reported not only once… the chances that it was just an accident decrease to zero! Now, if  vaccines were infected with AIDS, if sterile medical equipment was found infected with viruses that cannot get there by accident, then there would be a problem contaminating the world vaccination programme with active viruses would they?  How many times should an event repeat itself until we start to realize that it is not a coincidence? This time it seems that the conditions are ripe for a global operation.

If until now you still have some skepticism left, take this information that goes in the same line and it is even more far out: the RED CROSS organization were involved in distributing blood that was tainted with HIV and hepatitis C, and this resulted in the death of around 3,000 people!!! (this is the same number of victims that resulted from the events in 9/11)
The organisation which distributed the blood in the 1980s paid a mere fine of $4,000 for causing more than 1,000 Canadians to contract blood- borne HIV and as many as 20,000 to become infected with hepatitis C. It is also reported that Bill Clinton was at the center of a scandal in  the 1980s involving the sale of AIDS-tainted blood to Canada, which was distributed through the Red Cross. As governor of Arkansas, Clinton awarded a contract to Health Management Associates to provide medical care to the state’s prisoners. The president of the company was one of Clinton’s friends! (why is it always one of these guys involved? are they doing it on purpose for us to become paranoic or… they are really involved at a bigger scale than we are ready to accept)

How can we trust that the same will not happen again? As it did with Bayers and the Red Cross and possibly many more unaccounted for actions that have been completely against the public’s best interest!! A lot of information is  pointing in the direction towards a scam of global magnitude!

One must be quite naïve or scared to go down the path of considering this information if you are not at least able to  look into this from another perspective after all these events and information has come out.

The vaccination program has begun in America, and as the vaccinations begin to arrive in Europe, the health care systems gets geared up for this massive program. Targeting the high risk groups such as: health care professionals, pregnant women and young children first..

But let’s play a little the worst case scenario:

If a toxic injection is given to all health care professionals; who will care later for the sick?
If a toxic injection is given to expectant mothers and young children; who will become the next generation?

The panic and hysteria is already enough for many parents to blindly lead their children to the vaccination. It is possible that health care professionals will be obliged by their status to take the vaccine and then we are facing a crisis that will be covered by the time-factor and the panic created so that nobody will try to find the real causes of the situation. We have seen this scheme at work very successfully until now and the 9/11 events are a vivid proof that this scheme works (this is the most recent one). It will be enough to have numbers of dead people to scare the world and no one will think to search for the real authors. Everyone will ask for a solution and, after the governments will come with the solutions, THEY WILL ALSO ASSUME THE AUTHORITY TO SILENCE ALL THOSE WHO WILL QUESTION THEIR INTEGRITY AND THEIR SOLUTION. This is not just a scenario, this is what is happening right now with the 9/11 events. Despite the immense amount of evidence and the immense number of people that are questioning now the events and the official story, yet nothing significant is happening in that direction- no serious investigation takes place. Probably we will even see a law that will punish the “9/11 terrorist attack” deniers and then silence will be ensured by law! Does it sound familiar?

And if this scheme worked so many times until now, why not use it again, this time with another chapter of human existence: health.

THE IMPORTANT CASE OF JANE BURGERMEISTER

Jane Burgermeister, an Austrian journalist, is one of the first people who became involved in revealing the  scam. Her interest in the story began when she discovered that Baxter’s pharmaceutical company were involved in the transportation of  vaccine materials that were contaminated with the deadly avian (or  bird) flu virus Due to the strict laboratory protocols  it would apparently be ‘virtually impossible’ for the routine vaccines to be mixed with a live virus biological weapon! The incident  was found by chance in a Czech laboratory when some animals died after receiving the vaccine, there was no real investigation made into the matter, only a vet was sent to the lab to make an inspection!!

Jane’s findings are again supporting what I was saying up until now and it is worthwhile to be follow her case closely.

“Baxter Pharmaceutical has been chosen by the WHO to lead the efforts in finding a vaccine cure for the swine flu H1N1 virus. This in spite of the fact that Baxter AG, headquartered in Vienna, and the Austrian subsidiary of the pharmaceutical company Baxter International, headquartered in Deerfield, IL, USA, sent vaccine material contaminated with deadly live H5N1 bird flu virus to 16 laboratories in four countries in winter 2009 before a technician caught the mistake. According to Austrian Health Minister Alois Stöger, 72 kilograms of vaccine material was contaminated.”

CONCLUSION

The problem with this situation is that the flu exists and people are dying from it anyhow. The ones who manipulate public opinion are reacting to any questioning of the vaccine by stamping the person as a terrorist who wants to ruin the ‘public health’, a public enemy who is driven by strange interests and so on. We find the same scheme used by the communists when anyone criticizing or questioning the regime was immediately (and many times successfully) publicly stamped as an enemy of the people! To this situation we can respond by creating a common front of all the people that refuse to be just  sheep used for strange plans of the few, a common front of the people who dare to think with their own mind and to question in a healthy positive way, their personal paradigm.

The terrible plot as ambiguous as it may seem, may well be a looming reality, the potential dangers of the vaccine could be deadly, the dangers from getting sick from the flu are also there… I would ask you again to seek the truth courageously, with your spiritual eyes wide open to realize all the angles in this matter and not only to realize the narrow frame in which the ones with group interest are trying to confine your mind.

By only saying NO to mass manipulation and YES to personal transformation will it be possible for  many to reawaken the collective consciousness and then to act as one organism without needing a leading clique who will be corrupted by the power given to them.

9/11  AND THE “AMERICAN INQUISITION”

Today’s “Global War on Terrorism” is a modern form of inquisition. It has all the essential ingredients of the French and Spanish inquisitions.

Going after ” Islamic terrorists”, carrying out a Worldwide preemptive war to ” protect the Homeland” are used to justify a military agenda.

“The Global War on Terrorism” (GWOT) is presented as a “Clash of Civilizations”, a war between competing values and religions, when in reality it is an outright war of conquest, guided by strategic and economic objectives.

The GWOT is the ideological backbone of the American Empire. It defines US military doctrine, including the preemptive use of nuclear weapons against the “state sponsors” of terrorism.

The preemptive “defensive war” doctrine and the “war on terrorism” against Al Qaeda constitute essential building blocks of America’s National Security Strategy as formulated in early 2002. The objective is to present “preemptive military action” –meaning war as an act of “self-defense” against two categories of enemies, “rogue States” and “Islamic terrorists”, both of which are said to possess weapons of mass destruction.

The logic of the  “outside enemy” and the evildoer, allegedly responsible for American civilian deaths, prevails over common sense. In the inner consciousness of Americans, the attacks of September 11, 2001 justify acts of war and conquest:

“As was demonstrated by the losses on September 11, 2001, mass civilian casualties is the specific objective of terrorists and these losses would be exponentially more severe if terrorists acquired and used weapons of mass destruction.” (National Security Strategy, White House, Washington, 2002)

America’s Inquisition

The legitimacy of the inquisition is not questioned. The “Global War on Terrorism” justifies a mammoth defense budget at the expense of health, education, and virtually every single category of (civilian) public expenditure.

The “Global War on Terrorism” requires “going after” the terrorists, using advanced weapons systems. It upholds a preemptive religious-like crusade against evil, which serves to obscure the real objectives of military action.

The lies underlying 9/11 are known and documented. The American people’s acceptance of this crusade against evil is not based on any rational understanding or analysis of the facts.

America’s inquisition is used to extend America’s sphere of influence and justify military intervention, as part of an international campaign against “Islamic terrorists”. Its ultimate objective, which is never mentioned in press reports,  is territorial conquest and control over strategic resources.

The GWOT dogma is enunciated and formulated by Washington’s neoconservative think tanks. It is carried out by the military-intelligence establishment. It is embodied in presidential speeches and press conferences:

“We’ve been warned there are evil people in this world. We’ve been warned so vividly. … And we’ll be alert. Your government is alert. The governors and mayors are alert that evil folks still lurk out there. As I said yesterday, people have declared war on America and they have made a terrible mistake. … My administration has a job to do and we’re going to do it. We will rid the world of the evil-doers,” (George W. Bush, CNN, September 16, 2001, emphasis added)

An understanding of fundamental social and political events is replaced by a World of sheer fantasy, where “evil folks” are lurking. The objective of the “Global War on Terrorism” launched in September 2001 is to galvanize public support for a Worldwide campaign against heresy. In the eyes of public opinion, possessing a “just cause” for waging war is central. A war is said to be Just if it is waged on moral, religious or ethical grounds.

The Demonization of Muslims and the Battle for Oil

The US led war in the broader Middle East Central Asian region consists in gaining control over extensive reserves of oil and natural gas. The Anglo-American oil giants also seek to gain control over oil and gas pipeline routes out of the region. (See table and maps below).

Muslim countries possess 66 percent of total oil reserves. (Michel Chossudovsky, The “Demonization” of Muslims and the Battle for Oil, Global Research, Jannuary 4, 2007). In contrast, the United States of America has barely 2 percent of total oil reserves. Iraq has five times more oil than the United States.

Demonization is applied to an enemy, which possesses more than 60 percent of the world’s oil reserves. “Axis of evil”, “rogue States”, “failed nations”, “Islamic terrorists”: demonization and vilification are the ideological pillars of America’s Inquisition. They serve as a casus belli for waging the battle for oil.

The Battle for Oil requires the demonization of those who possess the oil. The enemy is characterized as evil, with a view to justifying military action including the mass killing of civilians. (Ibid)

Historical Origins of the Inquisition

The objective is to sustain the illusion that “America is under attack” by Al Qaeda. Under the American inquisition, Washington has a self-proclaimed holy mandate to extirpate Islamic fundamentalism and “spread democracy” throughout the world.

“Going after Bin Laden” is part of a consensus. Fear and insecurity prevail over common sense. Despite the evidence, the White House, the State Department, the two Party system, cannot, in the minds of Americans, be held responsible for a criminal act (9/11/) resulting in the deaths of American civilians.

What we are dealing with is an outright and blind acceptance of the structures of power and political authority.

In this regard, the American Inquisition as an ideological construct, is, in many regards, similar to the inquisitorial social order prevailing in France and Spain during the Middle Ages. The inquisition, which started in France in the 12th century, was used as a justification for conquest and military intervention.

Initially it took the form of a campaign in southern France directed against the Cathars and Waldensians, which challenged the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. The Cathar movement was a religious sect which was protected by the regional feudal order in southern France, against the dominion of the Catholic Church and the French monarchy in Paris. “The Cathars believed they were the true Christians and the Catholic Church was a false church, founded by the devil.”

In the early 13th Century, “Pope Innocent III declared a crusade against the Cathars” at the behest of the French royal family. The crusade was in fact a war of conquest under the disguise of a campaign against heresy.

The Inquisition directed against heresy was intended to consolidate the Monarchy’s territorial control. It provided a pretext to intervene militarily in south and southwestern France, using the authority of the Catholic Church as a façade.

The inquisition became part of a political consensus, carried out by the Church’s inquisitors, imposed by the ruling feudal order and supported militarily. Its purpose was to maintain and sustain the social and political order, extend the powers of the central State, subjugate regional powers in France, using the campaign against heresy as “a justification to wage war”. Sounds familiar?

Today’s Inquisitorial Order

Anybody who doubts the legitimacy of the American inquisition (9/11 and the “Global War on Terrorism”) is a heretic conspiracy theorist or an accomplice of the terrorists.

The American Inquisition is part of a Bipartisan Consensus. Both the Democrats and the Republicans support the American Inquisition.

“Going after Osama bin Laden” is part of the election platform of both political parties. In fact it is the central component of the election campaign:

I [Barack Obama] argued for more resources and more troops to finish the fight against the terrorists who actually attacked us on 9/11, and made clear that we must take out Osama bin Laden and his lieutenants if we have them in our sights (Barack Obama, Acceptance Speech, National Democratic Convention, Denver, August 2008)

We have dealt a serious blow to al Qaeda in recent years. But they are not defeated, and they’ll strike us again if they can. (John McCain, Acceptance Speech, Republican National Convention, St Paul, September 2008)

There is an “outside enemy”. The Homeland is under attack. Islamic terrorists “threaten our way of life”. “We must defend ourselves” preemptively against Osama and his lieutenants.

US Northern Command (Northcom), with headquarters at the Petersen Air Force base in Colorado was established in early 2002 to protect America against a terrorist attack. It was presented to public opinion as a response to the 9/11 attacks. The real strategic objectives of Northern Command using sophisticated aero defense weapons including nuclear warheads, are not mentioned.

Political Consensus

The mouthpiece of America’s inquisitorial order is the Western corporate media.

People who question the validity of any of these statements or who have doubts about who is behind the 9/11 attacks, are considered to be accomplices of those who threaten the American Homeland.

In 1232, Pope Gregory IX set up a system of special religious courts called the inquisition. The Dominican friars were sent out to find and question heretics:

“Heresy cannot be destroyed unless heretics are destroyed and … their defenders and [supporters] are destroyed, and this is effected in two ways: … they are converted to the true catholic faith, or … burned. (Henry Charles Lea, A History of the Inquisition of the Middle Ages, p. 535, 1887)

Those who refused to recant, which means give up their heresy, were burned alive.

Today’s Patriot Act, the military courts, the Guantanamo concentration camp, the CIA rendition camps, Abu Ghraib, etc., are part of an advanced inquisitorial system. Terrorist suspects are held incommunicado. They are tortured, tried by military courts and sentenced. They are not given the right to recant.

The objective is not to “make the World safer” by putting the terrorists behind bars.

The show trials of the alleged terrorists perform an important social function. They are an integral part of Pentagon’s disinformation campaign. Quite concretly, they give a real face to the enemy. They sustain the illusion, in the inner consciousness of Americans, that the “Islamic terrorists” constitute a real threat.

The arrests, trials and sentences of “Islamic terrorists” sustain the legitimacy of America’s Homeland Security State and its inquisitorial legal and law enforcement apparatus.

The ultimate objective is to instill in the minds of millions of Americans that the enemy is real and the US Adminstration will protect the lives of its citizens.

Manufacturing Dissent

Washington does not silence its antiwar critics. Quite the opposite. The inquisitorial social order allows certain forms of dissent. It is politically correct under a “democracy” to condemn US foreign policy in the strongest terms.

What is not allowed is to question the inquisition.

Those who oppose the US Administration are not branded as heretics. Many “Progressives”, Liberals and Antiwar activists, led by prominent intellectuals, firmly believe that Muslims were behind the 9/11 attacks. “We are against the war, but we support the war on terrorism.”

The New World Order builds a political and media consensus (i.e. the GWOT) but at the same time it creates and moulds its own opposition. It establishes the limits of dissent. It “manufactures dissent”.

The presidential candidates in the bipartisan race are supported by powerful corporate interests including the oil companies, Wall Street and the defense contractors.

At the same time, these same corporate interests, through their various foundations (including Ford, Rockefeller, Gates, et al), support and finance a number of Liberal/Progressive organizations and alternative media.

9/11 is the cornerstone of the American Inquisition.

The lies underlying 9/11 are accepted by the mainstream antiwar movement.

US foreign policy is condemned, but the “Global War on Terrorism” is upheld. Wittingly or unwittingly, this endorsement of the GWOT by those who claim to be opposed to the US administration, provides a legitimacy to the inquisitorial order, which underlies the actual practice of US foreign policy.

On the other hand, those who have serious doubts regarding the official 9/11 narrative, including the 9/11 Truth Movement, are branded as heretics and nonbelievers.

The “Just War” theory

The “Just War” theory (justum bellum) has a longstanding tradition. It has been used throughout history to uphold the dominant social order and provide a justification for waging war.

In the case of Afghanistan, 9/11 played a key role in justifying the invasion. The war on Afghanistan was considered a “Just War”, waged on humanitarian grounds.

On September 12, 2001, NATO invoked for the first time in its history “Article 5 of the Washington Treaty – its collective defense clause” declaring the 9/11 attacks on  the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon “to be an attack against all NATO members.”

Afghanistan was tagged, without  a shred of evidence and prior to the conduct of an investigation, as the “state sponsor” of the 9/11 attacks. The invasion of Afghanistan in early October 2001 was presented as a counter-terrorism operation directed against the perpetrators of 9/11 and their state sponsors.

Trade unions, NGOs and many “progressive” intellectuals endorsed the US-NATO led invasion. The events of 9/11 played a key role in gaining the support of various sectors of American society including the opponents and critics of the Bush adminstration’s foreign policy.

The war on Afghanistan was prepared prior to 9/11. War preparations were already in an advanced stage of readiness. The green light to wage war by the US and NATO on Afghanistan was provided within 24 hours of the 9/11 attacks.

The press reports failed to reveal a fact which is known and acknowledged by military analysts: a major theater war cannot, under any circumstances, be planned and carried out in a matter of 4-5 weeks.

9/11 was used as a justification to carry out a “humanitarian war”. Known to military analysts, the war on Afghanistan had been planned well in advance of the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

The Spanish Inquisition

In the 14th and 15th centuries, the Inquisition spread to other parts of Europe. In Italy, the inquisition went after nationalist movements in regions like Lombardy in the north, Venice, or Sicily. It was used to suppress these political movements. In northern France and Germany, the inquisition used the pretext of small mystical sects, to intervene politically and militarily. Regional powers including local principalities refused to cooperate with the inquisition. In today’s world, this form of interventionism is carried out by sending in US special forces to “help governments” to combat terrorism.

Spain, conquered by Muslims and in part reconquered by Christians in the 13th Century, was “religiously heterogeneous, and a tolerance had developed so Muslims, Christians, and Jews could live together in relative peace.” Toward the end of the 15th Century, coinciding with a period of political and territorial consolidation, “Spanish tolerance changed abruptly. Spain saw the rise of a form of inquisition more ruthless and disruptive than anywhere else in Europe.” (Bill of Rights in Action)

The Spanish inquisition was also characterized by a process of building a consensus, of going after the heretics and nonbelievers. The inquisition was used to support the process of territorial consolidation in the Iberian peninsula. The objective was to reinforce the absolute monarchy and the powers of the landed aristocracy against the Muslim and Jewish merchant classes.

The Spanish Inquisition was executed at the behest of Queen Isabel, Reina Catolica. In 1483, The Reyes Catolicos, Isabel de Castilla and Ferdinando de Aragon, established a Council to direct the Inquisition. Tomas de Torquemada, an advisor to Isabel become the first General Inquisitor. Torquemado had previously preached against the Jewish and Muslim Converts (Conversos). The objective was to repress the upcoming merchant classes. “One country, one ruler, one faith” became the mandate of the General Inquisitor.

Goya’s Inquisition

The pope upheld the inquisition, the hidden agenda was the feudal order and the Spanish led colonial wars. The Spanish inquisition lasted for 300 years.

Today in America, the General inquisitor is the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

The Legal Apparatus

The inquisition in the Middle Ages would collect accusations:

“If two witnesses under oath accused someone of heresy, the accused person would be summoned to appear. opinions, prejudices, rumors, and gossip were all accepted as evidence. the accused was never told the names of the accusers, nor even the exact charges.

Inquisitors examined the accused in secret. Anyone who refused to confess immediately was assumed to be guilty. Inquisitors were trained only in religion, and they would try to trap the accused with religious questions. For example, an inquisitor might ask, “Do you believe what the holy church believes?”

“I am a faithful Christian,” the fearful suspect might reply.

“So!” the inquisitor might shout. “We already know you believe in heresies! You’re saying your beliefs are the true Christianity and the church is false!” (Bill of Rights in Action)

No lawyers were allowed, because it was considered heresy to defend a heretic:

“They would torture those who refused to recant. During torture, the religious inquisitors would stand by as witnesses to record confessions or take down the names of other heretics. The government also carried out the final sentence of imprisonment or death.

Those who recanted immediately might receive a fairly light sentence — saying prayers, fasting, being whipped in public, or making a pilgrimage. Some who recanted were forced to wear a yellow cross of felt sewn on all their clothing. The cross marked them as a former heretic, and many people would stay away from them in fear.

Many who refused to recant right away were sentenced to prison for life. If they refused to recant at all, the Inquisition turned them over to government authorities to be burned alive. Some inquisitors were so thorough that they went after the dead. If a dead person was accused of heresy, his or her bones could be dug up and burned.

For most accused heretics, there was no appeal. A few rich or powerful people might beg the pope to change a sentence, but for most of the condemned, the sentence was final. The families of those sent to prison or to the stake lost their property.

Today’s legal system in America has all the essential features of an inquisitorial order. Torture is permitted “under certain circumstances”, according to an August 2002 Justice Department “legal opinion”:

“if a government employee were to torture a suspect in captivity, ‘he would be doing so in order to prevent further attacks on the United States by the Al Qaeda terrorist network,’ said the memo, from the Justice Department’s office of legal counsel, written in response to a CIA request for legal guidance. It added that arguments centering on “necessity and self-defense could provide justifications that would eliminate any criminal liability” later. (See Washington Post, June 7, 2004)

“Even if an interrogation method might arguably cross the line drawn in Section and application of the stature was not held to be an unconstitutional infringement of the President’s Commander in Chief authority, we believe that under current circumstances [the war on terrorism] certain justification defenses might be available that would potentially eliminate criminal liability.” (Complete August 2, 2002 Justice Department Memorandum in pdf)

Torture

“The Spanish Inquisition was particularly terrifying because of its inherent characteristics. The accused never knew who their accusers were. Once arrested, the accused heretic’s properties were seized.”

“These properties were then administered at first by the Crown, and later by the General Inquisitor….

Even if the accused was now a devout Christian, he was tried as severely as possible because of his roots. The accused was also not allowed to have a lawyer or counsel for his defense, and the names of all witnesses were kept secret from him (Jason L. Slade, The Spanish Inquisition August 6, 1996)

Torture was the order of the day. The accused were not allowed to have a lawyer.

The torture methods applied by today’s CIA inquisitors bear a canny resemblance to the torture techniques used by the Inquisitors in the Middle Ages, including the water torment or aselli, commonly referred to in CIA jargon as “water boarding”:

“Because the trials were for spiritual matters, the Church handled them. However, the punishments were usually very much physical, so they were handled by the state. There were many means of this physical torture for confession. The two most famous or infamous were the strappado or pulley, and the aselli or water torment.(Jason L. Slade, The Spanish Inquisition August 6, 1996)

Water-boarding then and now

Alfred McCoy reports in the regard that the CIA:

“had often added to their no-touch repertoire physical methods reminiscent of the Inquisition’s trademark tortures — strappado, question de l’eau, “crippling stork,” and “masks of mockery.” At the CIA’s center near Kabul in 2002, for instance, American interrogators forced prisoners “to stand with their hands chained to the ceiling and their feet shackled,” an effect similar to the strappado. Instead of the Inquisition’s iron-framed “crippling stork” to contort the victim’s body, CIA interrogators made their victims assume similar “stress positions” without any external mechanism, aiming again for the psychological effect of self-induced pain… (Alfred McCoy, The Hidden History of CIA Torture: America’s Road to Abu Ghraib, Global Research, December 2004)

In Spain in the 16th Century, the inquisition was accepted. It was a consensus. The population was led to believe that it was a good thing and that torture “served to purify society”.

“A bishop came out and shouted out the names of the condemned. then the heretics were led out, wearing black robes decorated with red demons and flames. officials of the government tied them to the stake.

“do you give up your heresy against the holy church?” a priest would challenge.

anyone who repented would be strangled to death before the fires were lit. most, however, stood silent or defiant. the fires were lit, and the square echoed with the screams of the heretics and cheers from the crowd.” (quoted in Bill of Rights in Action, op cit)

Anybody who dared to question the validity of this “war on terrorism” was himself branded a terrorist and subjected to the anti-terrorist laws, which at the time, in Spain, was death.

In today’s inquisitorial environment, most people are skeptical regarding the official 9/11 narrative, but nobody dares question the validity of the “war on terrorism”.

“These are bad people, and we must go after them, take them out.” The discourse is almost the same.

The ultimate objective is to subdue the citizens, totally depoliticize social life in America, prevent people from thinking and conceptualizing, from analyzing facts and challenging the legitimacy of the inquisitorial social order which rules America.

The Big Lie becomes the Truth. Realities are turned upside down.

War becomes peace, a worthwhile “humanitarian undertaking”,

Peaceful dissent becomes heresy.

The objective is to create an atmosphere of fear and insecurity, with a view to upholding the New World Order.

Undermine the Inquisition;

a book by Ugo Mattei and Laura Nader

This is a great book that gives an alternative point of view point upon the law system, some of the flaws in the way we understand the “rule of law” today, and the reasons why many crimes that take place nowadays are under our eyes and under the protection of law.

Many of  Laura Nader’s examples are strikingly factual for modern day, and not only for the American society – even if she is focused mainly on the American system. Whoever wants to find answers regarding the system we have today and the reason why this system fights so fiercely against any spiritual uprising will find in this lecture (and the book behind it) some excellent points.

It is not a fancy lecture with the speaker with charisma to cover the emptiness of their speech because her talk is full of significance and meaning. You just need to have a little patience in the beginning to tune in, and then the examples will blow your mind… and this is only a presentation.

With strong statements as “the Patriot Act is not patriotic!” this lecture is definitely not formal and not much into the main stream way of thinking (better say not thinking). It is also does not try to explain in any way the things but it is making amazing points regarding the system (especially the law system) and with some esoteric preparation anyone can realize the connections and find out the BIG PICTURE.

This book and the lecture are exceptional materials for those who are searching for the truth in a systematic way. The failure of the western civilization (but not only) in raising the human consciousness above the natural instincts becomes clearer after going through this material.

Who is behind this set of facts that are presented here is another story that the authors are not addressing too much but one thing is clear: THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG GOING ON IN OUR SYSTEM TODAY. Completing the other materials that I present here, this is an excellent work of research.

Following the tendencies of the modern world, and facing now one of the biggest economical (and in fact a generalized) crisis of modern times, it is time to reconsider the generally accepted human values and the righteousness of the principles that were forged under the uncertain times of last century’s wars. This is imperative since we are now also facing the globalization that will be either an expansion of our human civilization to its universal destiny or its cancer that will dissolve its organs (the national entities) and destroy it.

In this time of information, in the civilization of holography and quantum mechanics, to claim that one can stay out of the range of transformation without being affected by it is at least a proof of not being able to keep up with the pace.

From the following comments one can easily see that the declarations we are making are often not sustained by real knowledge and by the real situation in the world. In many situations the initial Universal Declaration of Human Rights is at risk of being considered as just a demagogic work, especially since there were and still are so many breaches in this field of human existence.

Some scholars might say that we do not need to talk about philosophy in this domain that is practical and pragmatic, but we rather talk about politics which has something to say. This is another naïve approach and does not reflect the scientific spirit of our time. Since this current approach to human rights has not been successful in 60 years of existence, recent events showing that there is still much to do in this area, maybe it is time NOW to see the problems of Human Rights from a perspective that will include some of the deep roots and in finding these roots to maybe eliminate the problem. One cannot continue to ignore the fact that “the way you see the problem is a part of the problem if not all of it”. Therefore we have to reconsider the very notions that constitute the foundation of the concepts of human rights.

Before starting we have to note that in the last centuries, the highest number of crimes against human rights was made by the state itself and therefore we have to consider from a completely different perspective the role of the state in the issue of human rights and even to create a system to protect the citizens against the abuses of the state. Of course this issue was addressed before and there are some organisms that are trying to do this, but the reality in this field is showing that there is much to improve and sometimes even the perspective to transform. This issue has to go together with the problem that is born out of putting the state as the guardian of the human rights since in some situations this is like putting the “wolf to guard the sheep”. The problem can be solved by leaving human rights in the hands of a system that does not depend on the state and the state will become just a player in the system, not the “referee”. This issue is of paramount importance and it is a subject of a large platform of debates and reflections from people coming from all levels of human existence and it is not only destined for politicians and a few human rights activists.

On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights the full text of which appears in the following pages. Following this historic act the Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and “to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories.”

PREAMBLE

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world, Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people, Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law, Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations, Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms, Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

Teaching and education is the only viable way to create the real basis of human rights. The violations of human rights take place due to flaws in the education system and thus the accession into the higher levels of the social power of elements that are poorly educated. Here we have to emphasize on a reform at the level of the educational system that will have to include the spiritual education as well as an education that is based on “human development” and not “goal achievement”. These two main directions (introducing the spiritual education at all the levels of the society and reforming the educational strategy) will ensure the true basis of the education that later will result in a natural awareness upon human rights. We can say analogically that the “wolf” will know better his duties and the “sheep” will know her rights.

Nowadays we are confronted with an accentuation of the problems regarding human rights even in western society and this happens for some particular reasons. In the modern day we have been sure that human rights have been respected in the western world and that we are “champions” in this domain. Yet upon closer inspection we can observe that the problems facing human rights are just moving to other levels of existence that are emerging now and for which the established legislation and social paradigm is no longer valid.

Are we discovering new dimensions these days? Are we moving toward another universe that is different than what people were experiencing some ages ago? The answer is YES and NO in the same time. In reality we are just changing the way we see things and this is drastically affecting the reality in which we live. An act of cowardice was very difficult some hundreds of years ago and when it happened it was not normal, it was clearly “visible” in the eyes of people because of the way most of the people embraced a certain set of moral values. Nowadays an act of cowardice is normal in many situations and is even skillfully justified in front of the public. Thus the one who becomes a leader of a group of people can at any time misuse the power given to him in a hidden way, trying to cheat the people he is supposed to serve. And we call this politics. Due to this emphasis on the rational mind and the scientific spirit, getting away more and more from the human part of us – that is responsible for “common sense” – modern people can do amazingly bad things in the name of some good ideals and principles. As a witness for this statement are staying the existence of the mass manipulation in the modern era, the atomic bomb, the genetic manipulation for profit and so on. The partisans of the so called “scientific spirit” are unfortunately serving as a shield for covering those that are using this decrease in common sense (that is resulting from over considering the rational mind as the ultimate level of human evolution and ignoring the spiritual values that are born out of individual development) in order to put forth in the world their individual interests irrespective of human values and thus severely violating human rights.

“Science without conscience is but the ruin of the soul,” said Francois Rabelais. Prior to the modern time and modern view upon life, people were more in touch with the values of the soul, the human values, and thus they were balancing this rational mind, rarely allowing excesses to take place. The more these values are forgotten the more we are exposed to create an environment that in the long run will work against us. At this level we have to realize that the human values have to be integrated as a part of our education, as a part of our life and training.

The education that is specializing people, making them learn more and more about less and less things, is creating some “idiot savants”. These savants are the ones who will invent the atomic bomb and afterwards continue to perfect it. A broad platform of education, that includes the humanistic and spiritual values will naturally give the humans a perspective in life that will reject by default any form of tyranny, abuse or violation of human rights, not because of creating conditionings of behavior, but simply because of a new capacity of understanding the consequences of their actions at a much deeper level.

On many occasions the scientists who were inventing a terrible weapon were not aware of the consequences of their invention. Many times when a banker is speculating and in this way he is stealing money from some people, he is not completely aware of the consequences of his actions upon those people and even upon himself. Such a person does have a healthy set of values and this leads to monstrous actions. When we say awareness we are not talking about the calculation of how many lives the bomb can take or how many salaries are lost due to a financial scam. We are referring here to the awareness upon the human dimension of the act, to put yourself in the position of the victim. This kind of awareness comes with a vast education that develops the human dimension. The soldiers in the Iraq war reported that when shooting innocent civilians they imagine that it is a computer game and that make the things easier. Those that didn’t manage to do this trick are the tens of thousands that are now suffering the “post war syndrome” that makes them handicapped for life. Many people need this mental replacement of reality and it becomes nowadays one of the social “disease” that is about to come to public awareness. The virtual reality that many people prefer already makes victims in many areas of life such as couple relationships. At this level the interaction with the other one is most of the time a superimposition of some models that are collected from movies and other “sources” and it is not at all the experience of reality. This leads to many divorces and separated couples and generally to couple relationships that are searching in the darkness for a spark of happiness.

This unawareness that exists nowadays leads to one of the most dramatic infringements on human rights one can imagine: the human rights of the future generations! If we are here and now and we use this planet as we like, it is also because the previous generations had given it to us in good shape. But the completely irresponsible environmental behavior (due to profit oriented and materialistic thinking) leads to the deterioration of the living conditions of the future generations of human beings. Should they not be protected by the same human rights? Are they not like us, even with these mysterious ties of time? What if we will discover a genetic mutation that will make our life in this generation exceptional but will make our children crippled, will it be moral to produce such genetic manipulation? The human rights of the future generations have amazing implications that we are not aware of and this idea is just an example of the unawareness that exists nowadays with regard to the consequences of our actions upon us, the world and the time because considering such an important and delicate matter and the human rights of the future generations, implies a vast understanding of the consequences of our daily activity.

In this context it is not at all amazing to see all the abuses that take place against humans these days, to witness all the violations of human rights, since the awareness upon the consequences of our actions is so low and it is not cultivated as a high value of the modern world. This awareness has to be done through the educational system, creating an education that is encyclopedic and will allow everyone to be integrated into the world and thus to understand better the consequences of our actions from many perspectives and how they will affect themselves and the world. This will also make possible that most humans will be more reliable and will not easily fall prey to those who want to manipulate them for any interest. The more comprehensive people’s education is the less possibilities there will be for the violation of human rights since either the one with the power or the victim will have a chance to wake up before all is done and it is too late (thus avoiding the many situations that we have had these days when we have realized too late what we have done). Spiritual education is a part of this complete education and will ensure the coverage of the new areas of our life that become more and more important and that are rapidly coming into public awareness. The present commentaries on the initial declaration of human rights will underline the importance of such a spiritual education and what that will imply.

Article 1.

· All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

“Know the Truth and the Truth shall set you Free” were the famous words that will be the solution to our problem with the human rights. As long as we don’t eliminate ignorance, there is no real freedom in the world and there will always be one that will be tempted to abuse the trust of millions that are innocent and ignorant. In order to make human rights a constant value of our civilization we have to eliminate the causes for the infringements and these causes are rooted in the ignorance of both the tyrant and the victim.

For the above mentioned reasons we can say that before any guarantee of freedom one has to remove ignorance! This is the fundamental right of any human being before talking about any other rights! Promising freedom to an ignorant person (or a person that is ignoring a part of the reality in which he lives) is just a demagogical lie. There will always be someone who exploits the “blind spots” and enslaves that person (and that someone will in fact be another kind of ignoramus).

The necessity for the creation of the spirit of brotherhood was often emphasized on in order to create a better world. But it is also known that the spirit of brotherhood in the world can be aimed at by individuals who are not exclusively attached to their individuality, to their individual survival. That will require educating people in realizing that we are not only the body and the little experience assigned to the body by life itself, that our existence has a higher goal than surviving and satisfying the pleasure of the senses.. Talking about brotherhood (with hope that this will be applied) in a materialistic world dominated by terrorism is equal to attempting to teach vegetarianism to a pack of hungry wolves in front of a big bloody steak. The human nature is known as being dual and the part that is emphasized the most by education and daily conditionings gives us the further behavior. Thus constantly emphasizing on the animal, instinctual nature, creating more fear than love in people’s life is gradually leading them to manifest their animalistic nature rather than their human one. This is the reason why despite the rules and endless previous disastrous experiences, human society is still generating wars and fights with every occasion possible.

Article 2.

· Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

When an individual sees him/herself as being addicted to some other individuals, to some situations of life or to some objects, how can we talk about the freedom of that person?

These liberties and rights can be stated clearly in the law but they can be taken away by deleting them from the mind of people, manoeuvring their desires and fears. The entire scientific establishment nowadays agrees that we are the ones responsible for putting the limits of our own existence, or at least that the limits of our existence are set by us. This is why it is possible to create a law that will protect some people from discrimination and at the same time to convince those people to discriminate themselves. The modern form of slavery is not physical but economical, political and media slavery. There are not so many forms of physical slavery left, based on owning the physical body of another person but there are new forms of owning people’s desires, people’s fears, people’s hopes or beliefs. One can own someone’s public image, someone’s resources for basic existence and therefore practically exert the same form of slavery as that of the middle ages, just in an area that is a new domain of existence, where the rules have not yet been established since there is not so much awareness in this area yet.

As long as we are not protecting people from this self limitation we are still only talking formalities with respect to human rights. The new forms of slavery find people unprepared and the only way to make them prepared is to educate people so that they cannot be dependent on anyone from outside, not be addicted to certain exterior aspects, and not easily fall into all kinds of blinding temptations. In this respect we can say generally that spiritual training and education can truly prepare people for this realization, all the other aspects of life influence little (if at all) the situation created by people’s own self induced limitations.

· Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

The first comment here refers to the right to life of any person. This right to life is more than the physical life. In many spiritual traditions it is said that a life that is does not aim towards spiritual awakening is not a life at all. For this reason the transformation that is given by education in a spiritual way combined with the practical results of a spiritual practice will ensure the right to life of that person. It is not enough to have life in the physical body and more and more people acknowledge this truth nowadays. There are more levels of awareness regarding the term “alive” that are coming up today and we have to consider these new horizons as well when we talk about the “right to life” otherwise we risk talking about something that is already history.

The second comment here refers to “liberty and security”. As we recently saw (and in the last century also repeatedly) the notion of liberty often opposes the notion of security when it is about the person or the society. Some naïve dreamers have said that the liberty and security of the individual are not conflictual notions but only the individual liberty sometimes conflicts with the security of society. In reality the security of society is motivated by the individual security and therefore is should serve it! Recent events have shown that the more we emphasize on social security, the less liberty we have at the individual level, the more individual liberty we have at the individual level the more we tend to have social insecurity. This situation will always be in conflict as long as liberty and security are two notions that are fundamentally in conflict at the individual level. The talk about social security is meaningless before solving this initial root conflict at the level of the individual.

What is this conflict about? From the point of view of the spiritual systems, security and safety is what drives the ego, it is the expression of the preservation instinct in its most abstract form. The ego represents the “summum bonum” of all the false beliefs and reactions that a human being has about him/herself and the environment. The spiritual transformation consists (among other things) of the gradual dissolution and transcendence of the existence dominated by the ego. But at this level few understand that what is obtained by this process of deep spiritual transformation is a state of freedom. Thus liberty is obtained when the ego and the forces that drive it – including security or safety – vanish. For the one who is learning and developing, the need for individual security is replaced with knowledge and awareness. On the other hand, we can clearly see that all that we are assuming in the name of security is later limiting our individual freedom. For example, sometimes people are afraid to lose their lover and in order to secure their relationship they decide to have a baby, or they take a trip around the world, or they buy a house together. These things are not bad, but when they are done with the hidden meaning to secure the relationship and to make sure that it will continue then over time they will destroy the very root of the relationship. The two lovers have just a false impression that their relationship will be safe, but these actions are destroying the individual liberty in that relationship and the later consequences are the destruction of the relationship itself. For the sake of security, so that the status quo in their life is preserved, people give away their liberties and in order to gain liberty, people have to take the risk of evolution and transformation, risking that what existed before will not be the same after the transformation has taken place. In absence of individual transformation, individual liberty will sometimes threaten the other individuals, therefore we either give away some of the liberty and we get security (see the Patriot Act) or we take the individual transformation and then our liberty will be safe for the others.

As long as we live life at the instinctual level, dominated by strong desires and instincts, we will always choose security against liberty and there will be someone to benefit from this choice. Eliminating the root of the problem here will be spiritual evolution and the deep understanding of this fundamental contradiction between the two values. Liberty and security are able to coexist in the case of a person who is walking the spiritual path and is able to consciously work for the conciliation between the two tendencies.

Article 4.

No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

As we have shown above, the modern form of slavery is not a direct one but an indirect one – mental slavery – and it includes all kinds of methods that are not counted nowadays as slavery, but they imply the same impact as the old fashioned version. Sometimes the modern mental slavery is even worse since it forces people to accept voluntarily what the old fashioned slavery cannot do. An example here is the communism of North Korea, in which the ideal society replaced the role of the family and family education was taken care of by the society. We have considered this to be an outrageous interference of the state in the individual’s life and freedom. Yet if we look objectively at the modern western society, we cannot ignore the fact that the child – parent connection is disappearing and the children are raised by the society, family ties becoming in most cases only formalities that tend to disappear. This is a result of an apparently free choice but one cannot ignore the striking similarities between the two situations that underline the new form of slavery which is leading to the same results. Materialism and mental slavery are leading to the personal choice of slavery.

Since the text states that slavery and servitude should be prohibited in all their forms, what did we do to prohibit the servitude that big corporations are creating through the mental conditioning of most of their employees? There were some cases of employees who died from overworking, yet no one was responsible for that since those persons have the “freedom” to go home and rest. At the same line we have the slavery created by the financial system that lives from stimulating in people the desire to have what they cannot afford and in this way to enslave them to their own desires and through this to enslave them to the corporatist interest. Ignoring these aspects just because it is too complicated to talk about them is not a wise solution, especially today.

It is time to re-evaluate the very definition of slavery, and in order to bring forth all its forms we have to include all the forms of slavery that are born from ignorance and lack of understanding of the mechanisms of life, slavery that is the root of all slavery and which always gives room for abuses, regardless of how many laws we put forth in the society. Ignorance cannot be defeated with a law.

Article 5.

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Today’s understanding of torture is outdated. It has been proven that nowadays one can die from stress, a fact that was discovered in the beginning of the 20^th century. Remote torture through media is a widespread practice today and it is a tool used for punishing political opponents, to control the others’ reactions and even to eliminate a group that does not fit with the general trend in society. A degrading treatment is not only to torture the physical body of a person, it is also to shade strange public attention on that person, or to create a false accusation and continue with a trial for several years without any proof and in the end to drop charges as if it was a mistake, and so on…

Some of the forms of torture that are used these days do not imply physical contact between the executioner and the victim. There are people losing all their dignity running cases in courts against the state and when they have a chance to prove their point, nobody will mention that in the same media where their public image was tarnished. Their self confidence is ruined which has almost the same impact as some physically degrading treatment. Furthermore, when the physically degrading treatment ends, the victim has a chance to recover, but in the case of moral or mental abuse the victim’s life is completely changed. The very notion of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment has to be redefined taking into consideration these new dimensions of awareness that we have today.

Article 6.

Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

This is a trick that proves to create a lot of trouble by the development of the “incorporated” business. As long as a person is responsible in front of the law but the big companies are persons in front of the law only sometimes, there is a huge gap in the legislation that allows many abuses against human beings and violations of human rights.

Another aspect that has to be mentioned here is the correlation between the laws that are made by humans and the Universal Laws that run the whole manifestation. These laws include the laws of nature and are far more complex than the laws of the physical world. A correlation between the laws of human society and these universal laws must exist otherwise there will be a permanent source of violation of the fundamental human rights. One cannot imagine that the Universe who created us (in one way or another, by random mutations or by intelligent design) will not create us in an intrinsic human rights system. Therefore the law system of the human society has to be in line with the laws of the universe if we want to be sure not to violate the fundamental and universal human rights by ignorance. The fact that we are moving further away from the universal laws is already visible in different areas of our life today, and as a result of this we are unconsciously creating new violations of the rights of the human beings as members of the Universe.

Article 7.

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

The whole discussion about equality is moving nowadays into the realm of spiritual dimensions. There is no chance that we will solve this problem of equality before the law until we find the real grounds of our equality, which is the spirit. One can easily note that before the universal laws we are all equal and this is a fact that cannot be denied by anyone on this planet. If before the human laws some are not equal with the others, before the laws of nature we are all equal WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION. Everyone is dying in the same manner and no rich, powerful or intelligent person was able to defeat this except on spiritual grounds. For example, before the law of time all are equal. Before the laws of our inner nature we are all the same. Once again we find here the need to develop the correlation between the law system of the human society and the universal laws of nature, which in this context we can call the Divine Laws. A tyrant can abuse the laws of the society but he will never abuse the laws of the universe. It is obvious that to continue making the laws of society different from the inviolable laws of the universe will continue to give opportunities for abuses to appear. Making the laws of society identical to the universal laws will make the first ones as inviolable as the last ones. Carrying out this task is a great work that has to imply all the levels of society, including the spiritual seekers who make an immense contribution in this direction.

Article 8.

Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

These days the national authorities tend to become obsolete since we are dealing now with supranational states and corporations, often imposed through manipulation by small groups of interest of the vast majority. “Tyrants” are now heading towards a world dimension so it is there that our attention should be focused. The national remedy can be easily overridden by the international tribunal and this is an increasingly big problem.

Another comment on this article is about granting. Since the laws are constantly violated and the humans are falling victim to these violations, who can still grant these rights? The problem with granting the rights is in fact more about finding the source of the rights, of those liberties that no one is violating, and staying within that frame. In this way what was granted AND WAS ALWAYS PROVEN to work will apply for us too.

Article 9.

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Talking about arbitrary arrest must be made in the context of the laws of nature, otherwise all the arrests and detentions have a certain degree of arbitrariness.

There is also the mental arrest that is nowadays practiced to a large extent and this should also be included in our debates since it is part of modern society and there are millions of people in mental prisons across the world. The same applies to exile since there are many who are forced into this and although this force is not physical it has the same impact. Again we can solve this problem by quitting the materialistic view that treats everything that cannot be perceived with the five senses as if it does not exist. The mental prison cannot be seen, but it exists and has practically the same effects on humans as the physical prison does. Scientific studies proved that if a person imagines eating a cake, his brain will have the same reaction as if he really eats the cake! And when the brain reacts, the whole body is affected. Thus we have today’s scientific background to prove that “mental prisons” affect people in the same way as physical prisons and sometimes these effects are deeper and longer lasting. All we have to do now is to install another paradigm for judging these facts and to act accordingly, maybe changing some of the ground laws that will no longer fit with the new vision.

Article 10.

Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

It is indeed an important aspect that has to be emphasized in order to have human rights respected in society. Upon closer inspection we can see that the notions of independency and impartiality in a world that is dominated by the power of the mass media are no longer valid. If there are some people living outside of society (such as secluded monks in a monastery), maybe they can form such an impartial tribunal. But even in such a case, there is a powerful influence that our minds together create upon each other especially when acting in unison, animated by the same beliefs. If in a certain case the judgment was already made by the public opinion manipulated by the media, the power of those millions of minds in Unison will tend to influence directly (without the physical interaction) the minds of the “impartial” judges. This influence was proved scientifically and it is also proving its power these days in various situations. The solution for this problem is to be found only in correlation with the level of spiritual education. It is known that the more evolved a person is from a spiritual point of view, the less influenced that person is by common beliefs. The independency of this “impartial” tribunal is therefore related to the level of consciousness of the judges and not to their level of professionalism or their academic education. This is also the reason why in old societies judgment was left to the wise men, not because they know the laws better (they are not necessarily more familiar with the worldly matters since they have spent most of their lives with their attention oriented in a different direction from the ordinary people in society and consequently they have lived outside of the social environment), but they have the real power of impartiality. Therefore, we again need to consider spiritual evolution as a part of our social structure, ensuring a reference point that we need so much now. The common set of beliefs and preconceived ideas can affect so dramatically the perception upon reality that the notion of objectivity is almost meaningless. Moreover, even in science, quantum mechanics already crushed the domination of “objectivity”, an objective measurement or value scale only exists for itself, the moment we use it for something it will affect it already and thus change it. Therefore, independency is just a notion that we cannot find in a holographic universe where every part is connected with all the other parts and thus they affect each other. The only “objective” aspect of the Universe is the Consciousness that is witnessing all that exists and contains everything within, but cannot be witnessed.

Article 11.

(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.

This right has to be transferred to the media as well. It is a matter of paramount importance which has to be carefully considered if we are to aim for real justice. The media can already make the judgments and the court is only following the public opinion in that case. There are numerous cases worldwide where the court case is following the mass media case without any objectivity. Some of the previous considerations are valid here also.

(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Article 12.

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

The protection of journalists these days is the main preoccupation of human rights activists, maybe because it is more convenient. In reality, the journalist should be protected as a citizen and not have any special protection since the civil rights should be enough to cover all the human beings irrespective of their profession. However, at the same time the protection of the individual should cover also the protection against the journalists and the mass media. This protection has to be created in the spirit of education of the people who are sometimes exaggeratedly attached to their image and their exterior appearance rather than life itself. This protection against the activity of the journalist can be done not by increasing the laws against the media, but by imposing the education of the journalists. It is strange to see that if a person wants to teach at a university they needs a lot of preparation and certain degrees, and that person will address hundreds of students, while to address sometimes hundreds of thousands and even millions of people, not much education is required, and in most of the cases the rules in the media are very formal. The low level of education makes the journalist an easy victim of manipulation and political pressure, pressure that it is not made physically, but usually mentally. The notion of “self censoring” has often appeared in different debates and it is a reality that goes together with all the other aspects that we mention here.

Article 13.

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.

(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Article 14.

(1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.

(2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

This limitation is automatically raising politics to the heights of being one of the protected human rights. The definition of what can be political and what is not political is making room for political abuses and misinterpretations of all kinds. Every system defines the political in such a way as to let out the opponents and thus to cancel their protection. This practice was demonstrated in all the regimes in the last centuries and will continue as long as such a relative and discriminative approach on this subject exists. The opponents of the system will never be accused of political crimes, but they will be convicted for “non-political” crimes, which are never protected by human rights. In order to stop this practice (a practice that was often ignored by the debates about human rights, again because it is difficult to define the separation line) we have to reconsider the way we integrate the law in the society and where the protection is placed.

Article 15.

(1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.

The advantages of belonging to a nationality are complex and belong to the human structure.

Globalization is making the national identity almost disappear and then nationality will become an obsolete notion. Various studies related to the specific of nations have shown the existence of a “national soul” and the denial of such notions just for the reason that they are not objectively proven is an attitude that doesn’t fit the modern world. The importance of the national souls upon the individuals that are forming a nation are so complex that it is worth being considered with respect to human rights and the human environment. There are theories (with solid scientific argumentation) which consider Earth as a living system that is self regulating its own living and the living creatures are part of it. In this context, the nations will somehow play the role of living tissues of this living planet. The dissolution of the tissues in an organism is not always a progress, in most situations we call it cancer and it represents a mortal disease. Cancelling the national identities and the national specificities might not have the same beneficial effects as the apparent economical ones.

In this context the complex consequences of globalization are worth studying more carefully instead of generating such a complex situation and judging its effects afterwards.

(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

The same rule has to be considered regarding the national identities in the view of the aggressive globalism that is emerging nowadays. Along the same lines, the formation of the continental unions (a trend that became clear these days) should not force nations to give up their identity and this process should be carefully done, otherwise this right of human beings will be indirectly cancelled: no one will be arbitrarily deprived of their nationality, but their nation will arbitrarily disappear!

Article 16.

(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.

Talking about forming a family we have to talk first about being aware of what a family is. Moreover, the couple relationship is almost a taboo subject in modern society, if we are to judge from the number of hours of couple relationship education that are taught in western schools. Even when there is a little education it is most often purely instinctual and insufficient, not doing justice to this vast subject that contains within it one of the most important human qualities – the reproduction and perpetuation of the species.

Education in this aspect is usually given by “underground” sources, having as a consequence the extreme unreliability of the modern family and the use of sexuality at a very low and instinctive level.

(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.

Driven by instincts that are sometimes mistaken for pure love, in absence of an education that would include LOVE as one of the main issues, the ones forming a family enter into it freely from a juridical view point, but completely unprepared and without freedom due to their ignorance. This results in the fact that divorce is at an all time high, and familial happiness has become hard to find in a world almost obsessed with the search for happiness.

Freedom in absence of awareness and knowledge is nonsense. Therefore, the freedom to have a relationship and marriage is given by the deep understanding and experience that comes with the proper education regarding this subject.

(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

The family as a unit tends to limit the choices of the individual without giving the understanding about the fundamental rules that are driving this important chapter of human life: the couple relationship. Before making this choice, the individual has to be given the options and then the freedom to choose, otherwise the family tends to become an instrument of social manipulation and will lead to all the strange situations we have these days in society (specifically in the west and in the east). On the other hand, family is defined and studied from a spiritual perspective as one of the subjects that are part of our life and our evolution. In absence of this integrating view, considering the protection for family will become another possible abuse and means of limitation when in the wrong hands. More important than this protection of the family will be the education of the youngsters about family – what it means, how to form a family and most importantly, WHY? Without the proper education, just protecting the family becomes an electoral advantage in times of social difficulties.

Article 17.

(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.

This right has become a nightmare in the modern world that is not ready to own almost anything since the individual doesn’t own itself. In the modern day we have cases like MONSANTO in which a group of personal interests are playing with the laws of nature to create monster genes for profit and ownership reasons.

The spirit of ownership is not far from slavery since all is related with all in this “holographic” universe. If one has the right to own something and all is interconnected, sooner or later that person will own other persons and that is slavery!!! As absurd as it might look when put it in this way, the situation is like this in the modern world and no matter how much we will try to hide from it, the reality is showing evidence all over. The modern human being is in most situations not ready to own something since he/she will become addicted to these properties and will aim for more until ownership becomes slavery. This process is already proven by many generations on this planet and even in the civilized world we can see the same pattern today.

The feeling of property is one of the links that ties together the illusion of the ego and makes the person confused regarding his/her own Divine Identity. This makes people believe that they are what they own and this is the root of the self-supported materialism. This feeling was proven by all the spiritual systems as being at the root of ignorance of the human beings, the proof for that is the low level of consciousness that characterizes many people that own a lot of properties. If owning will raise the level of consciousness then the richest will always be the wisest and then they will never need PR and public image counselling to repair their stupid mistakes. The reality proves that one is ready for ownership after developing the set of moral qualities that will keep him/her away from the temptation to identify with the property. In absence of this moral scale, ownership is the root of greed, fear of loss, violence and all the associated bad behavior that humans prove to be capable of when they have an acute sense of property. The subject is delicate and must be addressed with much care since the collective property also was leading to some anomalies in absence of a spiritual system (we refer here to communism)

(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Article 18.

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

This right can be violated in so many ways these days, without any visible trace of the violation. The mass media manipulation can prevent people from embracing a wonderful idea or they can be persuaded to follow a strange and even harmful direction or current of opinion.

The rights to freedom have to come with the means of this freedom. If a scientist wants to study the effects of mobile phone radiation upon the human life, he will not get any funding for the study and even though he has the freedom to study he will not be given the chance.

There are ideas and systems that cannot be understood in the established paradigm. This is the essence of transformation, it starts with ideas that are outside of the reach of normal mentality and after a while these ideas are integrated into our life with the effect of transforming the whole system. The more we oppress and control the new ideas, the more we stop the development and transformation. This can be seen in the individual life, but it also happens in society. There are some aspects of spirituality that cannot be understood from the outside and it is enough to express an opinion in the mainstream media (an opinion that in fact will express our limitations in that domain) and this opinion will violate the rights to freedom of thought for millions. The only solution to this is again the proper education of people for it is the only way one can follow the system by trying it and also that we will not speak before we know something from experience as we might be wrong! This is a normal rule in a spiritual system.

Article 19.

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

In absence of proper education of the entire population, there will always be means to attack and harm people with opinions and expression. The journalists and any other persons who are forming the public opinion carry a responsibility that is often too big for that person. They are most of the time unaware of the damage they can create by forming the opinions and thus limiting the freedom of opinion and expression. Of course here the fans of power will say that the leaders also have the same rights to express their opinion, but again we go back to the model from the distant past where the ones who had the right to talk – the right that was not given by anybody but came from the fact THAT THEY WERE ASKED THEIR OPINION – were the Wise men. Today we see people who are public figures giving their opinion about virtually anything, irrespective of their experience in life. Thus, a senator who has a miserable marriage and creates only the impression of a being in a happy couple for the sake of the public, gives advice to the young generations about what to do with their life, and even votes for laws regarding what kind of education will follow that generation.

The situation is leading us today to an almost generalized “dictatorship” of mediocrity and materialism.

Article 20.

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.

(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

Once again the same problem appears here as in many other places on this Declaration, the methods to compel someone to belong to an association nowadays are no longer visible and clearly traceable in the materialistic frame that is enforced upon us today.

Article 21.

(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.

To guarantee this right that is fundamental the educational system has to profoundly transform. There is no chance to avoid electoral fraud in a world that judges people more because of their wealth than because of their spiritual level of consciousness. To freely choose means that one has the possibility to know and for that people depend on the information channels that are owned by the ones that are elected! Can a free choice result from this?

Human beings are naturally endowed with capacities that are far beyond the ones we use these days. To take only one of them: we can intuitively perceive when someone is lying to us and from the perspective of free choice in electing the governmental representatives we can indeed choose freely if we can tell when a candidate is honest and when he is lying. Cultivating these aspects in the large mass of people will thus bring the real freedom of choosing the elections, but this will often be against the interest of the established power or almost the whole political class. It is therefore not a coincidence that these abilities were not encouraged and developed in society until now, even if such an article of law as the present one which talks about a freedom that cannot be really manifested has been created.

(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.

As long as the culture and the society is almost exclusively based on wealth and materialistic values, there will always be differences in access to the public services, the one that has wealth will feel cheated if accessing the same service as the poor one since the wealthy one has given to the public sector much more than the poor one in the form of taxes. In order to have social justice one has to integrate many more values in the social awareness and then these values will naturally decide the access to the public service. This awareness upon other values will be raised by a proper educational system.

(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

It is a well known fact that the will of a person is just a sum of all the exterior influences that are compiled by the individual ego, as long as that person has not realized the truth within, the Supreme True Identity that is our inner reality, the witness of the whole existence. This ultimate identity of the human being is not identical with the body nor with the other energetic structures; it is invariant to the passing of time. The same “I” we experienced when we were little, we experience when we are grown ups. The body meanwhile suffered dramatic transformations, but there is something in us that was always the same.

This “zero level” of our personality (as it was called in transpersonal psychology) or the Supreme Self (as it is called in spirituality) is the foundation of our free will. When we forget who we are in reality we start to rely on the exterior world and we try to find out who we are there, defining ourselves with the possessions we have, the actions we do, the titles we achieve and so on. To have a free will one has to realize at least partially this inner reality, the true “I”. In absence of that we are always subjected to another manipulation that we will consider as our own choice. This achievement implies spiritual training and generally represents spiritual evolution.

Article 22.

Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

Social security when blindly applied is works against the free development of the personality of the individual.

It is known that if we leave the children to eat whatever they like they might hurt themselves, therefore we have to teach them. In absence of an education that aims for the development of the personality of the individual, how can only social security ensure that? It is not only that social security cannot create the development of personality, but in absence of proper education social security creates lazy, irresponsible and troubled people. It is a common fact (ignored by the respective governments) that the suicidal rate is the biggest in some of the countries that have the best social security system. This fact suggests that social security does not make people happier or better prepare them for life, in some situations it even makes things worse.

When the “iron curtain” was falling it was noticed that eastern European workers were more reliable and were easily taking the jobs from many western workers. Trained in difficult conditions of existence, these workers were better from certain points of view. This is the reason why, when talking about developing the personality, we are not referring only to the comfort of life and the protection of the rights of the physical existence.

The educational system has to contain the necessary training of the personality and not only to provide the information. In the past the daily difficulties were part of the personal training and thus the school held a smaller role. Now, if we hold social security in such high esteem we have to give the schools a bigger role to provide the training of the personality of students so that they are really develop and are ready for life.

Article 23.

(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.

(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.

(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

Article 24.

Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25.

(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

This security in general is a complete eradication of the concept of “intelligent design of the universe”. If nothing is a coincidence in the universe and everything seem to have a purpose, then the notion itself about security and social security changes completely the perspective and has to be reconsidered. Can we determine with precise methods the future development of events? And if not, then how can we guarantee the right for a certain standard of life and security since life itself is the result of an intelligent design and fits each of us as it is?

(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Article 26.

(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

In elementary education there shall exist a spiritual part that will prepare the person for life in the above mentioned conditions. In absence of this system, the individual reaches to maturity without having the mature qualities. An example of this is the “emotional retardation” of many people these days due to the lack of training in this field when they were young.

(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

This was always a source of abuses and no system was able to stop it since it means interference in the intimate sphere of the family. The fact that education is compulsory is enough to make the problem disappear IF IN THE SCHOOLS THE EDUCATION WILL BE GIVEN AS A GENERAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ORIENTED EDUCATION. In this way the teenager that is ready to freely choose will be able to choose from his/her own heart and the interference and eventual abuses from the parents will not be possible.

This measure is justified by the fact that in many families the responsibilities of being a parent and educating is extremely low and therefore deciding the fate of the child is not moral.

Article 27.

(1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

Again the same view that we are the only authors of the creation we make, in the conditions that we are not even clear we arrived here on Earth. The ownership over the rights to authorship also creates the confusion regarding the work we are doing with severe consequences upon our life. When we are the authors of the actions, we get attached to them, to their results. This is the beginning of a long chain of limitations that we gradually impose on ourselves without even knowing it. A proper spiritual education will protect people from this mistake and will make the authoring of an idea an issue of completely different significance.

The spiritual systems provide different ways to understand and harmoniously integrate the daily duties with the fact that we are not the authors of the actions but only the channels through which the Supreme Consciousness manifests. All the spiritual systems – in unison with modern studies on the psychology of work – agree that the one who considers himself the author of the action will be less efficient and more stressed in his work than the one who realizes this state of channelling of the universal intelligence from above that manifests in his actions.

Article 28.

Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

For this the proper setting has to be provided as it is meaningless to talk about this if there is no system that will also provide the means for the social order to appear naturally.

Article 29.

(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.

(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.

Public order and general welfare are included in the spiritual and moral development of the individual, but when they are independent of that they can be tools for abusing the human beings and violating their human rights.

(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

This statement places the United Nations above God or the Supreme Universal Spirit that created us all. If we have some rights and freedoms, they cannot be more clear and broad than the ones Nature itself gave us, therefore this paragraph shows a deep ignorance of the authors who considered the United Nations as being entitled to decide which are the human rights and which are not the human rights! This will be normal if the human being was a creation of the United Nations, but since the United Nations is a gathering of human beings that were created by the power of Nature, the Supreme Spirit or GOD, it cannot overrule the human rights and decide upon them in any circumstance. Can it be that the United Nations will decide that some of the human rights (that the universe gave us) are no longer needed? Hopefully not! Therefore this paragraph is an unfortunate conclusion of this Declaration of Human Rights that proves to be out of date and in need of profound reconsideration.

Article 30.

Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

This observation in the end of the act proves the inefficiency of a system that lacks the spiritual perspective. The moment you set some rules in the relative domain of the society, those rules are already the subject of abuse and misuse. The laws of creation only have the power and the efficiency to perpetuate continuously as they are doing within the permanent act of creation. This “self supported” law system is the model from which all the human laws should be copied, with the aim of attaining a state of balance and harmony that is similar to the natural one.

The facts are as follows: since 2004 MISA along with many of its branches including NATHA became members with full rights of the International Yoga Federation (IYF) and European Yoga Federation (EYF).

It followed a period of fruitful collaboration so that once knowing us better the governing council IYF agreed to host the first Congress of the European Federation of Yoga in Bucharest in 2005. At this Council meeting, held in Argentina in 2005, I was there when Board of the IYF designated Swami Suryananda as the organizer of this Congress and the official representative of the IYF for the Congress in November 2005 in Bucharest.

These events are not known; this is why we want to make them public here, because they definitely prove that a dirty game is continuing behind the scenes regarding the promotion of authentic spirituality by our MISA Yoga School together with its branches.

Suddenly, on the Federations’ forums (both World and European) a series of slanderous and derogatory emails started to appear, in which the authority of the Congress from Bucharest was fiercely contested! Apparently, these emails came from some members of the mentioned Federations (IYF and EYF).The accusations were very serious, among others stating that the “Congress has not been authorized by IYF” (which was completely aberrant, as I was even there when it was approved!!!) because the conditions required by the statute were not fulfilled, or even, believe it or not (!) that Swami Suryananda had no authority to organize and represent the IYF at that Congress!

All these aberrant things were so strange for us, especially because I was there in person at IYF councils that authorized the Congress from Bucharest and Suryananda as the official representative and fully empowered with organizing and decision-taking on behalf IYF and IYF (by that time) President Swami Maitreyananda.

One of the vehement points against the Congress 2005 in Bucharest was, to our great surprise, that we have not organized the SPORTS YOGA CONTEST! But at that time, it was never mentioned in any of the official meetings concerning the organization of the Congress, that we would be obliged in any way to organize “yoga competitions”.

However since December 2005 this miserable slander, disruption and abusive manipulation using the federation regulations of Yoga Sports Federation (that had not even been invited to Bucharest) – proved to be the classical “procedure” of the workings of the ones who act from the shadows against spirituality and the authentic Yoga movement in general, and MISA in particular.

The harsh exchange of messages continued, Swami Suryananda left for India and he was unable to intervene promptly on the Internet, he did not reply or pay attention to those embarrassing calumnies, assuming they were probably a mistake (as he mentioned during some telephone conversations that we had).

I personally went to Milan to talk to him, wanting to clear this abnormal situation; he took a nuanced position, even reconciliatory. He told me that he trusted the people of the IYF that he knew and had collaborated with for a long time and that he was waiting for the emails to cease, because most likely they were the dirty actions of some hackers who want to create confusion in the federation.

However the messages have not stopped but on the contrary, they have continued for 2 more months and the allegations have become increasingly more serious, to the point were they say that Swami Suryananda wants to split the International Federation in two, although there he represented the Federation itself (as the records have proven this without a doubt) and he had the mandates signed by the IYF members as he represented them and is very clear that he had not breached any of his mandate.

At the beginning it was only the Congress and the authenticity of Swami Suryananda that was being attacked, gradually and insidiously in these allegations MISA began to appear amongst the guilty parties.

After a while it appeared that MISA has diverted this Congress and MISA wants to take over the European Federation (!) (although, this is another aberrant accusation to us, as we had no official position there, besides that of Mihai Stoian as honorary secretary for the Scandinavian countries, and Grieg’s acceptance in the World Yoga Council).

It should be mentioned here the fairness of Swami Suryananda who in Bucharest in November 2005 even said that although we worked so well together showing ‘seriousness and devotion’ for the federation, and that he personally would have wanted for us to have more representatives in IYF and EYF forums, that it was not possible because we have not been members for three years.

In the light of these facts for which we have evidence: (audio and video recordings and testimonials of dozens of people), it appears that all the allegations spread in those emails were very strange.

At a certain moment, several members of the European Federation, among which we mention the Yoghiraj Habib BA (Spain), Mayte Criado (Italy), Mimoun Boulahfa asked openly to cease the calumnies related to the Congress at Bucharest in 2005.

To all our amazement, all these, together with Swami Suryananda and Yogacharini Pandit Gayatri Devi HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THE IYF! Moreover even EUROPEAN YOGA FEDERATION (EYF), which was the EUROPEAN part of the International Yoga Federation (IYF) HAS BEEN EXCLUDED FROM IYF! This way European Yoga Alliance appeared as the European part of the International Yoga Federation.

This aberration and serious violation of a fully-entitled membership status of the European Federation headed by Suryananda inside the international federation, since then we were able to foresee very strange maneuvers behind the scenes of the so-called democracy promoted by IYF. Because MISA and its branches continued to be members in both federations, after a short while we were firmly advised to choose which federation to continue with, because the two were no longer seen to be compatible or support one another!

At that time I still considered that the conflict did not concern us as a spiritual school and was only a consequence of the behind the scenes games of certain bad-intentioned people who aimed to manipulate the opinion of the Governing Council of IYF for obscure intentions…So we chose to continue our cooperation with IYF even hoping that the conflict would reconcile in time and all would return to the terms of collaboration.

As we will see in the following text there is very clear evidence that both members of International Yoga Federation Council and the people around them are involved in certain activities that discredit the authentic spiritual movements and seriously prejudice The Movement for Spiritual Integration in Absolute, MISA. After a series of calumnious emails discrediting Swami Suryananda’s authority and also those who supported the Congress in Bucharest, what followed (as we illustrated before) was the exclusion of The European Yoga Federation from International Yoga Federation, European Yoga Federation being subtly replaced by the European Yoga Alliance, so International Yoga Federation got much closer to the European Yoga Union, a structure which until now remained far from the International Yoga Federation.

It is very interesting that on the Council of the European Yoga Union were Sri Ajita and Mario Sorin Vasilescu from Romania, (people that will later play an important role in the situation that we want to clarify here). After, we were asked to clarify our position regarding the affiliation with the International Yoga Federation or European Yoga Federation, we chose to continue to collaborate further with International Yoga Federation as we previously presented, because we have good intentions to promote spirituality and Yoga practice on this planet and also we seriously believe that once we start something which we consider beneficial, it is important to continue with it. We also consider that the abnormal situation which appeared relating to the Congress in Bucharest, 2005, as an error that could be resolved.

Nevertheless, to explain more I went to Swami Suryananda in Italy trying to clarify what was behind these events. From the discussions we had (in his home) it was obvious to see the manipulation and an operational plan of those who wanted to divide the federation.

Swami Suryananda even showed me his computer in which he kept all the calumnious correspondences related to the Congress in Bucharest and the responses to it; from this archive it was very clear that people inside International Yoga Federation acted on purpose to create this confusion by slandering Swami Suryananda, the Congress and MISA Yoga School.

Then I had meetings with Swami Maitreyananda who at that time was the President of the International Yoga Federation, indeed he confessed he also presumed that there are people inside International Yoga Federation playing this strange game and thus the unfair exclusion of the European Yoga Federation from the international one is not Swami Suryananda’s fault. Although, Swami Maitreyananda’s behavior was quite undecided regarding re-establishing connections with Swami Suryananda, we offered to mediate things in order to resolve this strange situation, but he said he is waiting for a good moment when they will meet for a congress, probably in Europe.

In the meantime on the occasion of The World Congress December 2006, Delhi, of the International Yoga Federation, we proposed to organize the next European Congress in Copenhagen. They agreed that we should organize the European forum of the international federation, but this time under the patronage of European Yoga Alliance (EYA) and European Yoga Union (EYU). I have to admit that at that time I didn’t pay much attention to the arrangements about whose patronage we were indicated to organize the European congress of the federation, being convinced that we all act for yoga and developing spiritual systems.

On the same occasion we announced the way in which we would organize the yoga competitions that usually accompany the congress, and we were approved without opposition. Nobody enforced any rule or restriction regarding the way we choose to keep the congress in Copenhagen. Therefore, in May 2007 in Copenhagen Euro Yoga 2007 took place.

Again, the Congress was a big success, at this Congress Carlos Miguel participated, (President of the EYA), Sri Ajita (who meanwhile became the president of the European Yoga Council) and also honorary guest Swamini Dayananda, (who meanwhile became the president of the International Yoga Federation.)

We have to underline here that Swamini Dayananada is a faithful and devoted disciple of Swami Maitreyananda. I think this detail is important in this presentation. She stated very clearly that, even she is the present president of the IYF, and cannot take any decision without closely consulting her Master, Swami Maitreyananda.

During the Congress in Copenhagen, all the guests were enchanted by the way in which NATHA took care of the running of the congress, moreover, all the representatives of EYA and IYF had nothing against organizing that yoga contest in a different way from the Yoga Federation of Sports.

Here we remember that we organized a contest named “esoteric yoga” trying to show the people from IYF, EYF and also the other guests how we understand the promotion of authentic yoga according to the teachings of our school. In that evening, after the competitions ended, we had fruitful meetings in which we were congratulated for this competition (for the seriousness of the participants – mostly from our school, for their capacity of concentration and execution of Hatha Yoga proceedings for a long duration – such as Shirshasana (standing on the head) for more than one hour continuously! and so on.

None of the participants of the European Yoga Congress from Copenhagen representing EYA and IYF (not even the president Swamini Dayananda) objected about the organized competitions.

Moreover, prepossessed by the very serious spiritual activity of NATHA Yoga School in Denmark, Swamini Dayananda awarded us a special diploma, including our recognition in the IYF which we still have – without the necessity of paying annual taxes for 2008!!!

After ending the congress in Copenhagen, IYF and EYA representatives sent us warm thanks and congratulations for the success of the event.

So things developed and in order to contribute to the international spiritual development under the patronage of IYF, knowing how much work and cost such an event implies, having certain experience we proposed to keep a World Congress of IYF in Bucharest. First, they said that all International Yoga Federation congresses were agreed until 2012 or 2013 for certain countries.

Then after a while they said that the country who offered to host the 2008 world congress had cancelled it (India) so they proposed to us hold the congress in Bucharest. The official confirmation that Romania and MISA would organize the International Congress of IYF in 2008 was given to the International Yoga Congress 2007 in Mexico, in which our colleague Andrei Gamulea participated.

With this confirmation we made plans for the future congress in Romania. With this opportunity, inspired by our Master Grieg, was decided to make the proposition that we would not organizie a sports and artistic yoga contest, but to go along the spiritual line much closer to authentic yogic tradition.

To clarify and obtain all approvals from the IYF council, Adina and I decided to go in November 2007 in Uruguay to another International Congress of the IYF, to which Swami Maitreyananda (president of the International Council of the IYF) and Swamini Dayananda (at that moment president of the IYF) participated, especially to discuss the unfolding of the future congress in Romania and to deliver Grieg’s message regarding this event.

Speaking with Swami Maitreyananda and Swamini Dayananda in Montevideo, they publicly both agreed (there are several witnesses to this discussion) that a sports yoga contest is not a spiritual event and that Grieg was right when he stated that a spiritual system has nothing to do with sport.  This is why Swami Maitreyananda himself proposed to organize an International Congress in Bucharest under the patronage of the IYF containing a contest for promoting spiritual values in the traditional way, (the present contest) and also giving the Indian federation the opportunity to organize “the world sports yoga and artistic contest” as they actually wanted.

On this occasion Swami Maitreyananda said that behind the scenes of the International Yoga Federation there were some very powerful events going on, this idea was also presented 3 years ago when I met him in Buenos Aires. He also underlined that the ‘behind the scenes’ events involved very big international forces (that are also causing the problems encountered by our Romanian school). However he said that if we continue in this way he is sure that things would improve.

So we agreed to organize an international congress in Bucharest and an esoteric yoga contest, in this way not competing with the yoga sports contests promoted by the International Yoga Federation of Yoga Sports. Until this time the things had somehow proceeded normally.

From then onwards, there have been some totally unnatural aberrant, strange aspects, and together they underline a very precise working of some forces that know exactly what they are doing and who try with diabolic perseverance to destroy the spiritual tendencies or alternatives of some aspects that these forces want to enforce as being authentic.

So to continue the succession of events, after we announced the developments of the Congress in Bucharest and the program change that we would not be organizing any world yoga championship, some very strange attacks suddenly began on the international and European federation’s forums, which in the beginning were indirectly addressed to the Congress in Bucharest.

In the beginning it was Sri Ajita’s who accused me and our school and, in a very subtle way, Grieg. These accusations were in the form of letters published on the International Yoga Federation forum – the first one requested an urgent answer, the second one followed with extremely severe accusations, insisting and vehemently demanding answers from us regarding the first letter.

It is very interesting that before these waves of accusations that we have published on the International Yoga Federation website a letter appeared in which I stated these calumnies about our school (that were also starting to show up on the International Yoga Federation forum) are ruled by occult forces that are trying to fulfill a very specific plan. In that letter I asked all the members of the International Yoga Federation to intervene for the benefit of our school for ending the situation the Romanian MISA yoga school is in due to the attacks and maneuvers made by some Romanian authorities’ forces.

The effect of this letter and the announcement we made about the changes to the congress program was that we were criticized, personally myself, the school and in a subtle way Grieg by this person called Sri Ajita who after receiving a very clear answer from us – in which it was very clear that all he stated was groundless and it was only a calumny regarding us – he continued these accusations, proposing even to exclude me, Grieg and the school from the International Yoga Federation council and from the federation itself.

What is very interesting is that Sri Ajita was absolutely not in a position to have this pretension. He was exactly like us a member and honorific secretary accepted in the federation in the same year as us, 2004.But in a strange way these accusations were followed by the accusation that, through this Congress in Bucharest we want to boycott International Yoga Federation of Sports (IYSF) and we want to oppose the federation, etc.

I would like to make a very important explanation: Confusion is deliberately maintained between International Yoga Federation and International Yoga Federation of Sports (inside the members of the federation), because they want yoga to become a sport, in this way eliminating any spiritual pretensions that yoga and yogis could have.

For this reason, almost the same people are chosen (as if by democratic vote) to rule International Yoga Federation and International Yoga Federation of Sports. This is not generally stated and this council deliberately mistakes International Yoga Federation business with International Yoga Federation of Sports. Being an organization with the pretension of including all world yoga organizations, (no matter what kind of practice); International Yoga Federation shouldn’t have the right to be partial in this direction.

It is normal for the International Yoga Federation of Sports to defend their contest of sports yoga, having their own rules, but we NEVER propose to organize any sports yoga contest! We proposed and approved together with the president of IYF a totally different contest with different rules that was not at all under International Yoga Federation of Sports jurisdiction, but, because of our belonging to IYF and EYA, was under their patronage!

If these aspects are clarified they obviously show that the people accusing us of boycotting International Yoga Federation have bad intentions, and actually HAVE NO VALID ARGUMENT regarding this. But, deliberately maintaining this confusion between IYF and IYSF, they can accuse us THAT WE DID NOT WANTED TO ORGANIZE A SPORTS YOGA CONTEST. And here I have to repeat that we never wanted and we never offered to organize such a contest because of the clear reason that WE DO NOT CONSIDER YOGA AS BEING A SPORT!

But this confusion regarding the two federations and moreover the fact that the same people rule both of the structures shock the public and other members of the federations! I have finished with the previous explanations and will continue with the events. After clearly responding many times to the accusations that Sri Ajita had made, he continued calling and personally contacting all the council’s members, proposing our exclusion from the International Yoga Federation. This was apparently accepted by the members of the council, therefore, at a certain moment there was a message published on the federation forum announcing that the federation wanted to stop any contact with MISA and its branches.

Hearing this, I personally contacted all the members of the council (by phone) except Sri Ajita who denied any discussion or meeting with us (which is a very important aspect); they reacted very strangely, all of them saying that they have nothing against MISA yoga school but that they were following Sri Ajita’s personal request. I asked how it was possible for this man to have the deciding power inside the International Yoga Federation and they replied that he is an important person, (without any extra explanation).

In discussions with Swamini Dayananda (president of IYF), Carlos Miguel (president of EYA), and Beatrice Ruyz from Portugal (within European Yoga Council), they all in fact said that they signed the resolution in an inertial manner and would reconsider the decision, taking into consideration that we hadn’t been asked about these decisions and also they hadn’t asked us for any explanations.

We haven’t been invited to participate in any meeting to clarify the misunderstandings that appeared. We agreed to attend a meeting with all the members of the council and we were invited so we could explain our position. It was very strange that this meeting that we were invited to took place 10 days ago and I found out only after the meeting had taken place. We were informed that they had now decided that International Yoga Federation and the European Yoga Alliance would not support the Congress in Bucharest. The explanation offered directly by Swami Maitreyananda was that there are very big pressures both from Romania and other countries on the Federation, and they cannot take such a big responsibility!!

I have to state here a few more profoundly significant elements that well help the understanding of the ‘behind the scenes’ activity.  As I said, in 2004 when I met Swami Maitreyananda he told me (after he heard about the problems that the Romanian Yoga School is confronted with) that actually these problems are not the only ones in the world and they are generated by an occult force attempting to strictly control any spiritual movement nowadays. That time he gave me examples from other schools and other masters. Meanwhile studying these cases, I recognized striking similarities with the case of Grieg and MISA Yoga School.

In that year we had the discussion and when Swami Maitreyananda told me those things, he said that in his opinion those forces were ‘so to say still quite weak’, and they only single out certain organizations. When these events began, (at the end of 2007 and the beginning of 2008), at a certain time Swami Maitreyananda told me (these discussions are recorded and we can offer to those who want to hear them) that he was also being confronted with similar problems to the ones we were confronted with. He confessed that he had been under immense pressure since he declared he would meet Grieg in Sweden.

From that moment, he received threats, a whole series of public press accusations (in the Argentinean press this time). At a certain point in a later discussion he told me after we last spoke when I had said that I have information about an international organization which is attempting to completely control spirituality, that an organization called Freemasonry exists (in 2004, 2005) he thought I was exaggerating. However, now he confessed he is convinced by what I said. All of a sudden in 2008 a file was brought against him in the Appellate Court in Buenos Aires, accusing him of having sex with a minor, this being a standard procedure used in many cases to slander some spiritual masters.

But the Argentinean Appellate Court rejected this file, and the prosecutors who fabricated this file told him that this is just the beginning and he will get into trouble as Grieg has. Swami Maitreyananda confessed to me that the majority of the members of International Yoga Federation are masons and he naively thought that they have good intentions and the masons were not the reason for the problems that MISA yoga school encountered, as many other schools in the world also encounter problems.

Now he realizes that this organization is at the root of the problems. Moreover, he underlined that the pressures that the federation face come from the inside, from the people who (he realizes only now) are exactly the ones who are members of the masonry. Among them, Sri Ajita has a very high rank in masonry and this is the reason why everybody listens to him.

From a simple member, Sri Ajita mysteriously became overnight the president of the European Yoga Council. Swami Maitreyananda also revealed to me the fact that he was not only attacked in the press and in court, but all his students started to get threatening letters that they would be dragged to court if they continued attending his yoga class. What is extremely serious is his yoga school is in connection with international terrorist organizations having destabilization tendencies etc. Of course they refer to MISA Yoga School that is in this way deliberately presented as an organization with a very bad reputation.

A week ago, when Swami Maitreyananda communicated to me that the meeting (that was supposed to be somewhere in Europe) had taken place (in which we also were supposed to attend to clarify things), he said he was unable to do anything for us in this situation, justifying that the meeting was coordinated by masons and he had absolutely no power, because he is not part of masonry and every move he makes will immediately eliminate him from International Yoga Federation.

Of course we cannot say we agree with his position, which demonstrates cowardice and a spiritual compromise, but Swami Maitreyananda’s statements have a deep significance illustrating how this international organization works, being ruled from the shadows by the freemasonry. In this context we have to stress that the plan he showed me in Montevideo in Uruguay is confirmed.

On that occasion he underlined that it is desired for yoga to be transformed into an Olympic sport and once the immense funds will be allocated by different international organizations for Olympic sports and the money starts to come in this direction, practically some international so called ‘yogic sport standards’ will be established:

Suddenly anyone trying to speak about chakras system, about subtle energies, about some spiritual achievements in yoga will be considered to have the tendency to behave as a sect and would be very efficiently fought against, the best argument to convince the public would be that yoga is something different, because it is an already “unanimously” accepted Olympic discipline.

In this context, through the previous sequence of events we can see that this plan (guided from the shadows by freemasonry) actually completes step by step all these maneuvers showing nothing but this Masonic plan. I would like to add here a few clarifying elements to underline the sequence of events regarding this. When we published the website

We put on the website the rules of the esoteric yoga contest – before the federation decided to officially break down the collaboration with us – I personally received a demanding email asking me to immediately remove the chapter about the subtle perceptions contest from the website

It is very strange that the International Yoga Federation reacted in this way – if it would not have this hidden agenda about yoga becoming a sport discipline and that’s all then why were they so disturbed by the esoteric part of this yoga contest?

In addition when we said we will keep this congress anyway and that it will be a big success, (according to two previous ones we hosted until now). Then being afraid to loose us from their control the International Yoga Federation came back and proposed two absolutely amazing things: firstly they proposed to keep the congress together, but to take off the esoteric contest from the program.

When they realized that we are keeping our previous line and we are not making any compromises, we received a further message even more “hallucinogenic” in which Swamini Dayananda proposed for us to return BACK into the European Yoga Federation, that one ruled by Swami Suryananda – (those who were previously excluded from International Yoga Federation as saboteurs and in this direction they I Y F will mediate this transfer), considering that is it the best for everybody that we join the European Yoga Federation and this way we can have, maybe in the future, the mediating role between International Yoga Federation and European Yoga Federation.

Of course this proposal shows the despair of International Yoga Federation, hanging onto an idea of keeping us under a certain control, and in the same time, maintaining the possibility to cancel the esoteric contest. Obviously we couldn’t accept this proposal because once we agreed to continue with International Yoga Federation, we would have been like those politicians without principles and only out for their own interests, migrating from one party to another.

I would also like to say it is not at all by chance that in that period, exactly when these calumnies appeared on the International Yoga Federation website (on its forum, on yahoo group) some messages appeared from some people pretending to be ex students of MISA Yoga school about whom we have proof are paid by the secret services to do a coherent activity of calumny to destroy the image of MISA Yoga School.

Messages from these kind of people appeared on the website of the federation but when we replied to those messages to show the truth, those messages were censured and in this direction I have the proof of the messages I received from the administrator of that forum, announcing that our replies were rejected.

The reasons are not said…However, on the contrary, the open letter of our former yoga teacher Narcis Tarcau was published, who is now entitled Swami Vivekananda, who absolutely insidiously and perversely says he wants to know clearly if IYF and EYA offers the patronage and the support for the Congress in Bucharest, because he together with his students ONLY want to participate if this event is officially recognized by these federations!!! He is imperiously asking clarification regarding the aspects related to IYF and EYA if they are or not together with MISA, because he does not know for sure what to “advice” his students about this.

Of course IYF came back with pressure over us to obey the strange imposed conditions…

Coming back to the unfolding of the events, in conclusion we can say that our decision to organize the Congress in Bucharest and the esoteric yoga contest was practically the reason for these calumnies and attacks and if we have a wider view upon this series of events, that started in 2004 (actually in also 2005) we can see the same operating methods, the same people planned everything and fulfilled it.

We will not be discouraged by all this intrigues and we will continue to act developing the Atman International Federation of Yoga and Meditation, a federation with many schools embracing the teaching system offered by Grieg and under the patronage of this International Federation we will continue to organize congresses and spiritual events on the planetary level, promoting authentic yogic spiritual values.

The last idea I want to end this presentation with is the fact that, in the moment that IF of Yoga and Meditation Atman was legally setup, International Yoga Federation called us asking us to immediately cancel the name and the website of the federation, having the reason that the name international federation would compete with International Yoga Federation. In that moment, not knowing the international laws, we accepted this. But after searching the laws more thoroughly we found out that setting up a federation that should have this name of being international or organization should fulfill some criteria, without it being impossible to get this name.

We had the surprise that even the International Yoga Federation DOES NOT FULFILL this criteria and this is why they are not legally setup, being in fact a disguise of a national Italian federation under the name of International Yoga Federation. In other words, International Yoga Federation is not even legally setup as an international organization having this official title as international, compared to Atman International Federation of Yoga and Meditation which is legally setup and legally fulfills all conditions to have this title. We kept all this away from the public because we trusted those who were and are still implicated in International Yoga Federation.

But now, when they have shown bad intention and are using our goodwill in a cynical way, we reveal to everybody that in fact International Yoga Federation does not have (at least until Atman International Yoga Federation and Meditation setup) the papers to carry on its activity as an international organization. We have proved goodwill by canceling the website of the federation and even renaming our federation from the Atman International Federation of Yoga and Meditation becoming World Federation for Yoga and Meditation Atman in order not to make this competition. If honestly from the beginning they would have said what the situation was then the gentlemen from International Yoga Federation would at least have shown goodwill; we also had it when we modified the name of Atman Federation. Nevertheless, they tricked us hiding the real reason why they did not want this name to appear. I consider this emphasis as being significant for those who want to make intelligent correlations.

The chapter THE SILENT WAR gets to be very dynamic these days. It is not a coincidence since the spiritual clarifications are necessary for all of us in order to allow the spiritual revolution to begin in the world.

Eu inteleg din ceea ce scrii tu ca ai cedat tentatiei (fapt care nu este nou dealtfel in lumea in care traim astazi) de a critica ceea ce nu intelegi pentru ca in acest fel ai mai multe sanse de a ramane de partea “puterii” si de a nu risca sa fii in prima linie a transformarii care vine. Inteleg si te compatimesc profound pentru aceast esec spiritual. Sper ca din tristul tau exemplu, cei lucizi vor invata ca pe calea spirituala nu este permis sa facem compromisuri chiar si daca ni se pare ca drumul transformarii este prea anevoios.

Acuzatiile tale vadesc din nou o necunoastere flagranta (mai ales pentru pozitia pe care vrei sa ti-o arogi in comunitatea internationala) a principiilor morale ale spiritualitatii. Tu faci acuzatii plecand de la presupuneri, fapt care reprezinta ori o proasta educatie spirituala ori o rea intentie si iti marturisesc ca nici nu stiu care varianta ar fi de preferat in situatia ta. In scrisorile mele de raspuns de pana acum, ti-am spus despre modul in care inteleg eu calea tantrica si ce anume am facut pentru a pune in aplicare aceste principii. Daca dupa expunerea deschisa a acestor aspecte tu consideri ca eu sunt implicat in “sex-business” ma vad nevoit sa iti reamintesc proverbul intelepciunii milenare care spune ca “cel pervers judeca lumea dupa propria sa perversitate”.

Mai grav decat atat, tu faci persupuneri si dupa aceea tragi concluzii bazate pe aceste presupuneri nefondate: “As sex business is profit oriented, you have all reasons to stimulate desire in your customers and to be attached to money.”

Ceea ce tu expui in aceste randuri nu este deloc o atitudine a unei persoane spirituale ci mai degraba atitudinea unui om plin de resentimente si avand chiar si o anumita doza de prostie. Dupa toate explicatiile pe care ti le-am dat (si ai fi putut sa ceri mai multe lamuriri daca simteai nevoia) trebuie sa fii lipsit intr-o anumita masura de inteligenta ca sa faci asemenea rationamente schioape si sa te dedai la o asemenea stare de prostitutie spirituala. Ce interese servesti tu Ajita cand faci asemenea acuzatii?

As fi putut sa cred citind primele randuri ale ultimei tale scrisori ca nu ai citit cu atentie ceea ce ti-am raspuns si te-ai cam grabit cu raspunsul tau (graba care iarasi nu este expresia unei stari de intelepciune). Insa la un moment dat faci dovada ca ai citit cu atentie ceea ce ti-am scris si chiar ai invatat cate ceva despre tantra din ceea ce ai citit. Iata pentru a te ajuta sa constientizezi acest aspect am sa pun spre exemplificare unul dupa altul doua citate, unul din prima ta scrisoare si apoi altul din ultima. Astfel se poate vedea cu usurinta cum ti-ai transformat viziunea despre tantra, fapt care ma bucura pentru ca inseamna macar ca ai citit totusi cu atentie ceea ce ti-am scris:

“Using sexual desire to attain internal life is an extremely demanding art, where the practitioner has to be fully detached, with his mind under total control. Failing to achieve that, the practitioner will fall in external life, which is the cycle of reincarnation.”

Pentru ca apoi sa revi asupra acestei pareri si sa o nuantezi in ultima scrisoare spunand:

“But a real Tantra Yoga teacher does only use desire, controlling it better and better by means
of detachment, as to reach enlightenment by transformation of the energy of desire.”

Chiar daca ma bucura faptul ca ai invatat cate ceva despre tantra din acest dialog totusi nu pot sa nu remarc insa aceasta modificare a pareri tale care nu este nicidecum atitudinea unui om intelept. Puteai macar sa spui ca ai mai inteles inca ceva din tantra si ca din noua perspective – care este mult mai nuantata si mai cuprinzatoare (pe care ai luat-o chiar din raspunsurile mele catre tine) – mai ai si alte intrebari. Faptul ca nu faci aceasta mentiune importanta sit e faci ca ai avut inca de la inceput aceasta opinie numai pentru a iti repara o anumita imagine despre tine insuti nu iti face cinste ca om si ca profesor de yoga. Totusi se vede ca am avut dreptate sa iti raspund mai detaliat insistand asupra aspectelor spirituale pentru ca iata si tu (si poate si altii care aveau aceleasi confuzii ca si tine) ai avut de invatat. De aceea voi continua sa port acest dialog cu tine si voi continua sa detaliez raspunsurile mele in legatura cu subiectele spirituale.

Afirmatia ta cum ca: “Assuming that you are a Tantra Yoga teacher, who can believe that you will detach yourself from your profit goal in sex business when you teach? Nobody.” te contrazice chiar pe tine in afirmatia pe care o faceai in fraza precedenta. Tu spui mai intai ca un profesor de tantra se foloseste de dorinta tranformand-o gradat pentru ca sa poata sa transceanda si imediat apoi spui ca daca as fi profesor de tantra nimeni nu poate sa creada ca se poate face asa ceva?? Tu chiar nu citesti ce ai scris inainte de a trimite public asemenea greseli flagrante care te descalifica in fata celor care citesc? Se pare ca aceasta confruntare cu propriile tale inhibitii sexuale ti-a scapat de sub control si ai inceput sa faci lucruri pe care cu siguranta le vei regreta mai tarziu cand oamenii vor citi cu atentie ceea ce ai spus acum cand esti sub influenta acestor ciudatenii care iti ies din subconstient. Te sfatuiesc prieteneste sa te opresti si sa citesti inainte de mai multe ori ceea ce ai de gand sa pui pe domeniul public si chiar sa rogi un prieten care nu este atat de prins in acest joc al dorintelor inferioare si orgoliului sa citeasca ceea ce vrei sa trimiti pentru a iti da un feedback si pentru a evita viitoare greseli. In felul acesta poti sa eviti a te face de ras intr-un mod in care o sa fie mai greu sa repari mai tarziu chiar daca ai sa doresti aceasta.

Dovada ca lucrurile ti-au scapat complet de sub control vine chiar in continuarea scrisorii tale cand incepi sa te dedai la injurii si acuzatii grave pe care nici macar un om fara o educatie spirituala nu le poate poate emite fara sa fie sanctionat drept rau intentionat sau lipsit de bun simt.

Afirmatia ta “using an uncontrollable “methodology” consisting of a mish mash of techniques and so called revelations, which are not in accordance with the standards of the International Yoga Federation.” este uimitoare avand in vedere ca nici tu nu cunosti care este standardul Federatiei Internationale de Yoga care a fost incalcat de catre tehnicile si metodele pe care le folosim noi pentru simplul motiv ca un asemenea “standard” nici nu exista.  

Daca acest standard ar fi existat si noi l-am fi incalcat atunci fii sigur ca cei care conduc aceast federatie ar fi reactionat promt mai demult. Tu insa intr-un mod pervers lasi sa se inteleaga ca noi am folosi tehnici si metode stranii care ar incalca un imaginar standard al federatiei Internationale. Folosirea aceluiasi limbaj insinuant fara sa aduci nici un fel de argumente te pune intr-o lumina extrem de proasta. Imi dau seama din aceasta cat de grave sunt aceste probleme cu care te confrunti si am de gand sa propun celor care doresc sa facem o serie de 7 binecuvantari pentru tine pentru a te ajuta sa iesi din acest marasm al urii si calomniei in care ai intrat de buna voie.

In plus, daca ai fi avut minimul bun simt sa studiezi ceea ce predam noi in aceasta scoala de yoga, ai fi vazut ca in realitate noi folosim aceleasi metode ca si in tratatele clasice in marea lor majoritate, iar in anumite cazuri particulare (insa foarte putine comparativ cu cantitatea imensa de cunostinte spirituale care se predau in aceasta scoala) folosim si metode esoterice care sunt mai rar intalnite si care se adreseaza unui grup restrans de initiati. Pentru aceste aspecte speciale sunt realizate selectii speciale tocmai pentru ca sa se pastreze caracterul esoteric al acestor metode. Dupa studiile mele acestea sunt modalitatile prin care se procedeaza in toate scolile esoterice in lume si nu stiu sa fi incalcat nici un fel de standard al vreunei federatii internationale. Este adevarat ca de multe ori scoala noastra a provocat in cei rigizi si obtuzi la minte unele accese de furie sau chiar excese de limbaj insa aceasta nu justifica tonul scrisorilor tale.

In ansamblu tu prezinti o atitudine dogmatica si chiar cu tendinte fanatice care sunt foarte apropiate de aceea a inghizitorilor din evul mediu. Unde este toleranta si intelepciunea yoghina? Unde este bunavointa de a face mai intai un studio aprodundat si de a discuta cu mine mai intai? Vei spune probabil ca ai asteptat un an pana sa faci asemenea afirmatii ins ate intreb: ce ai facut tu in acest an pentru a ma contacta si pentru a imi spune toate aceste indoieli si nelinisti ale tale? Raspunsul este simplu si te demasca: in tot acest timp nu ai facut nimic pentru a cunoaste mai bine acest subiect. Te-ai repezit acum sa reactionezi intr-un mod singular, cand unele persoane in slujba serviciilor secrete din Romania au publicat calomnii despre scoala noastra, reactie pe care ai avut-o nu datorita convingerilor tale ci datorita inhibitiilor tale la nivelul sexual care au fost reactivate de aceste barfe ordinare. Nu ti se pare ciudat ca tocmai acum ai reactionat si reactia ta este numai de a acuza fara nici un fel de dovezi, asa cum dealtfel sunt si calomniile pe care le-au proferat si acei “profesionisti” ai calomniei?

Ca o dovada suplimentara ca ceea ce spui este aberant, iata ca discutand cu conducerea federatiei internationale am aflat ca planul referitor la cogresul de la Bucuresti ramane la fel, ei pregatindu-se sa participe in mod direct la aceasta manifestare. Daca tu ai fi vorbit in numele lor, de ce nimeni nu te sustine? Nu iti da de gandit si aceasta situatie, sau tie iti este suficient ca afirmatiile tale sunt sustinute de calomniile proferate de anumiti indivizi dubiosi si de catre atacurile aberante ale autoritatilor romanesti?

Si inca un aspect straniu la raspunsul tau: desi te-am intrebat de doua ori tu niciodata nu faci referire si la dosarele ilegal constituite impotriva lui Gregorian Bivolaru si a inca 50 de profesori de yoga din MISA. Se intelege din aceasta ca de fapt tu esti de acord cu aceste abuzuri si ca te situezi de partea autoritatilor care au realizat acest abuz condamnat la nivel international. De ce nu ai macar curajul sa recunosti deschis aceasta parere? Explicatia pentru mine este simpla: daca ai recunoaste aceasta pozitie atunci parerile tale ar fi din start judecate altfel de catre ceilalti, stiind ca tu de faci exponentul unor criminali. Insa lasand sa treaca sub tacere aceste aspecte evdente tu speri sa abati atentia de la aspectele cu adevarat grave ale acestei situatii realizand acuzatii aberante si atacuri personale, manjite de o filozofie ieftina si superficiala. Insa asa cum ai putut sa observi din multiplele reactii pe care le-ai primit atat de la altii profesori de yoga din cadrul MISA cat si de la alte persoane care nu au nici o legatura cu scoala noastra, stratagema ta nu a tinut si ai fost demascat. Singurele persoane care continua sa te alimenteze cu calomnii si acuzatii aberante sunt cei care te-au pacalit sa le faci jocul bazandu-se pe lipsa ta de discernamant pe care din pacate, asa cum am putut vedea cu totii, o ai si ai manifestat-o din plin in aceste trei scrisori pe care le-ai scris.

Incheierea este o ipocrizie din partea ta cand spui: “I thank you for the opportunity of making more light in myself.” Ma intreb: daca dupa ce ai facut mai multa lumina in tine ai putut sa scoti asemenea aberatii pline de ura si acuzatii abjecte, cum arata interiorul tau inainte de a face lumina?

Dear Ajita,

I am surprised that after you read what I wrote to you, you continued with dirty and ungrounded accusations. From what you wrote I understand that you gave in to the temptation (by the way, nothing new about this in the world we live in today) of criticising that which you do not understand because in this way you have more chances to remain on the side of “power” and of not taking the risk to be in the first line of the coming transformation. I understand and I have deep compassion for this spiritual failure of yours. I hope that those who are lucid will learn from the sad example you are giving that it is not allowed to make compromises on the spiritual path even if we consider the path of transformation as being too difficult.

Once again, your accusations show a flagrant lack of knowledge of the moral principles of spirituality (especially considering the position you want to have in the international community). You make accusations starting from assumptions. This shows either bad spiritual education or bad intention and I confess that I do not even know which of these is preferable in your case. In the letters I have answered to you so far I told you about the way in which I understand the Tantric path and what I have done in order to apply these principles. If, after the open presentation of these aspects, you say that I am involved in “sex-business”, I see clearly that I need to remind you about the ancient saying: “The pervert one judges the world according to his own perversity”.

What is even more serious, you make assumptions and then you draw conclusions based on these ungrounded assumptions: “As sex business is profit oriented, you have all reasons to stimulate desire in your customers and to be attached to money.”

What you say here is definitely not the attitude of a spiritual person, but rather the attitude of a person full of resentments, showing even a certain amount of stupidity. After all the explanations I gave (and you could have asked for more clarifications if you feel needed) you must be lacking some intelligence since you make such limping reasoning and indulge yourself into such a state of spiritual prostitution. What interests are you serving, Ajita, when you make such accusations?

Reading the first lines of your last letter, I could have believed that you did not read carefully what I have answered to you and you just replied back in a rush (rush is also not the expression of a state of wisdom). But at a certain moment you prove that you did read carefully what I wrote to you and that you even learned something about Tantra from what you read. In order to help you become aware of this aspect, I will insert two quotes, one from your first letter and then another from your last one. Thus, one can easily notice how you transformed your vision about Tantra. I am happy about that, because at least it shows that you did read carefully what I wrote to you:
In your first letter you say:

“Using sexual desire to attain internal life is an extremely demanding art, where the practitioner has to be fully detached, with his mind under total control. Failing to achieve that, the practitioner will fall in external life, which is the cycle of reincarnation.”

In your last letter you come back to this opinion with more nuances and outline it by saying:

“But a real Tantra Yoga teacher does only use desire, controlling it better and better by means
of detachment, as to reach enlightenment by transformation of the energy of desire.”

I am really happy you understood something about Tantra from this dialogue, yet I cannot help noting that this change in your point of view is not the attitude of a wise man. You could have at least say that you understood something more about Tantra and that now, from the new perspective – which is more nuanced and more encompassing (which you have got from my answers to you) – you have more questions. The fact that you do not mention this and that you pretend you had this opinion from the beginning, only to fix a certain image about yourself does not honour you as a man and yoga teacher. Still, it is clear that I was right to give you a more detailed answer, insisting on the spiritual aspects, because you (and maybe also others who had the same confusion like you) had something to learn. This is why I will continue this dialogue with you and I will give details in my answers about spiritual subjects.

Your affirmation: “: “Assuming that you are a Tantra Yoga teacher, who can believe that you will detach yourself from your profit goal in sex business when you teach? Nobody.” is a contradiction to what you said in the previous sentence. First, you say that a Tantra teacher uses desire, transforming it gradually, in order to be able to transcend, and immediately afterwards you say that if I had been a Tantra teacher nobody could believe this is possible to be done. Don’t you read what you wrote yourself, before sending publicly such flagrant mistakes, which disqualify you in front of those who read them? It seems that facing your own sexual inhibitions is out of your control and you have started to do things which for sure you will regret later on, when people will read carefully what you wrote now, while you are under the influence of these strange things coming out of your subconscious. I friendly advice you to stop and read for several times what you plan to send out publicly. You can even ask a friend, who is not so caught up in this game of inferior desires and ego, to read what you want to send in order to give you a feedback and to avoid further mistakes. In this way you can avoid to become embarrassing in a way that will be much more difficult to be fixed later on, even if you want it.

The proof that things are completely out of your control comes from the continuation of your letter, when you start insulting and making serious accusations that not even a man without a spiritual education can say without being punished as bad intended or as lacking common sense.

You say: “”using an uncontrollable “methodology” consisting of a mishmash of techniques and so called revelations, which are not in accordance with the standards of the International Yoga Federation.” This affirmation is surprising, considering you yourself do not know any standard of the International Yoga Federation that was broken by the techniques and methods that we use, and this is because such a “standard” does not exist.

If this standard had existed and we had broken it, then for sure the leaders of this Federation would have had an instant reaction long time ago. But you, in a pervert way, mislead people into understanding that we use strange methods and techniques which break an imaginary standard of the International Federation. Using insinuations, without bringing any arguments puts you in an extremely bad light. From this I realize how serious these problems that you are facing are and I intend to propose to those who want to make a series of 7 blessings for you, in order to help you get out of this moral decay of hatred and calumny, in which you have willingly entered.

Besides, if you had had minimum common sense to study what we teach in this yoga school, you would have seen that in fact we use the same methods as in the classic treaties – most of them – and in certain particular cases (very little, compared to the huge quantity of spiritual knowledge that is taught in this school) we also use esoteric methods which are rarely found and which are for a limited group of initiates. For these special aspects, special selections are done in order to maintain the esoteric character of those methods. According to my studies, these are the ways used by all esoteric schools in the world and I do not know of having broken any standard of any International Federation. It is true, in the ones who are rigid and squared minded, our school has caused anger or even excessive use of insults, but this does not justify the tone of your letters.

All in all, you present a dogmatic attitude, even with fanatic tendencies, very close to that of the middle eve inquisitors. Where is yogic tolerance and wisdom? Where is the good will to first make a deep study and then talk to me? You will probably say you have waited for 1 year to make such affirmations, but my question is: what have you done during this year to contact me and tell me about all these doubts and anxieties you have? The answer is simple and it takes off your mask: during all this time you did not do anything in order to get to know this subject better. Now you rushed into having a reaction in a singular way, when certain people in the Romanian Secret Services published all those calumnies about our school. You had this reaction not because of your beliefs, but due to your inhibitions at the sexual level which had been reactivated by these ordinary gossips. Don’t you find it strange that you reacted just now and that your reaction is only to bring accusations without any proofs, just like the calumnies brought by those calumny “professionals”?

As a supplementary proof that what you say is absurd, talking to the Leadership if the International Federation I found out that the plan regarding the congress in Bucharest stays the same and they are preparing to participate directly to this manifestation. If you had spoken in their name, how come that nobody supports you?

Doesn’t this situation make you think, or for you it is enough that your affirmations are supported by the calumnies uttered by certain suspicious individuals and by the absurd attacks of Romanian authorities?

Another strange aspect in your answer: although I have asked you twice, you never make reference to the illegal files against Gregorian Bivolaru and 50 other yoga teachers in MISA. This leads to the understanding that in fact you agree with these abuses and that you are on the side of the authorities who made these abuses, condemned at international level. Why don’t you at least have the courage to admit openly this opinion? The explanation for me is easy: if you admit this position, then your opinions will be judged by the others from the beginning, knowing that you are the spokesman of some criminals. But if you keep silence about these obvious aspects, you hope to draw the attention from the real serious aspects of this situation, making absurd accusations and personal attacks, tarnished by a cheap and superficial philosophy. But, as you could notice from the multiple reactions received both from other yoga teachers within MISA as well as from other people that have no connection to our school, your strategy failed and your mask was taken off. The only ones who continue to feed you with absurd calumnies and accusations are the ones who tricked you into doing their game, based on your lack of discernment. Unfortunately, as we all could see, you manifested this fully in these three letters you wrote.

In the end, it is hypocrisy from you when you say: “”I thank you for the opportunity of making more light in myself.” I wonder: If after you made more light into yourself you could say such absurd things, full of hatred and absurd accusations, how does your inside looked like before the light was made?

I needed a long time to realize who you are and what your organization MISA is.
First I thought you were some special man practising an obscure form of Tantra Yoga. I proposed you my help because I know the danger of that approach.

In your respons you now admitted to be directly involved in “non-exposed” sex business.
As sex business is profit oriented, you have all reasons to stimulate desire in your customers and to be attached to money.
At the other hand you pretend to be a Tantra Yoga teacher. But a real Tantra Yoga teacher does only use desire, controlling it better and better by means of detachment, as to reach enlightenment by transformation of the energy of
desire. Assuming that you are a Tantra Yoga teacher, who can believe that you will detach yourself from your profit goal in sex business when you teach? Nobody.

So, I made a mistake considering you as a practitioner of the dangerous left hand Tantra Yoga style. You are not a Tantra Yoga practitioner at all. You are only a vulgar sex businessman using the names of “Tantra Yoga” and our
“International Yoga Federation” as an attractive cover for your controversial business activities. You systematically try to mislead people, using an uncontrollable “methodology” consisting of a mish mash of techniques and so called revelations, which are not in accordance with the standards of the International Yoga Federation.

I will advise to cancel the congress of June in Bucharest. And my conclusion is that you and your organization MISA cannot be accepted by any Yoga association.

While I was traveling in India I found this interesting article (NEW INTERNATIONAL DISORDER) it illustrates a review of the world picture (at least from certain angles).

 We can see that slowly the people in the world start to wake up and realize that the actual situation is not a coincidence but more a set-up that is based on the lack of awareness that the large majority  manifests regarding the world around them. This NEW INTERNATIONAL DISORDER is a piece of a very big puzzle that now starts to come into place. 

Now we can see the evidence of this ‘waking up process’ almost everywhere. The transformation process seems to be irreversible and impossible to stop by the power holders.

Look around you and you will notice the signs of this process.

New International Disorder

The European Union is not quite celebrating a great victory after carving out a separate state from the Serbian province of Kosovo in an American choreographed exercise. And although the EU has appointed a representative, Pieter Feith, in Kosovo, challenged by Belgrade, how many international laws will the European organisation break with the US encouragement before being called to order?

There was no element of surprise about Kosovo, a UN protectorate, making a unilateral declaration of independence on February 17. The United States had publicly declared its intention to recognise it. It has a large base there, in the words of the EU human rights envoy a “smaller version of Guantanamo.” Washington did not need much lobbying to get the big boys of Europe, France, Germany and Britain, to sign on. But several members, led by Spain, refused to recognise a province carved out of a nation against its wishes in contravention of the structure of the international order, based on the nation state.

First, the then Yugoslav Federation was “humanitarian intervention” through 11 weeks of bombing by NATO, principally American, aircraft. Now by lopping off Kosovo from Serbia nine years later – again without UN authorisation – the major nations of the West are thumbing their nose at the United Nations. In fact, Resolution 1244 specifically describes Kosovo as a province of Yugoslavia (Serbia being the successor state). And although the province is now inhabited by a 90 per cent majority of Muslim Albanians – some 100,000 Serbs have not fled so far – Muslim nations have been looking at the creation of the new state warily.

There is, of course, the piquant situation of the United Nations having to transfer its authority to the European Union while the world organisation still retains the responsibility under 1244. How soon UN Secretary- General Ban Ki-moon will succumb to US pressure to commit an illegality remains to be seen. Washington has decided that Kosovo should be the EU’s baby under NATO’s tutelage, irrespective of international and national laws. The small land-locked “nation” of two million people has begun its existence precariously.

Which brings us to the central flaw in the powerful nation’s right to force a nation state into submission through “humanitarian intervention”, or forcefully to carry out a nation’s dismemberment against its will – in both instances without UN authorisation. The international order is based on the equality between states, and although it is recognised in practice that some states are more equal than others – the institution of the veto power in the UN Security Council says so – the international order can only survive if smaller and weaker states feel that they are not liable to be victims of the law of the jungle.

It is universally accepted that the United States remains and will remain for some time to come in a unique position of power. This feeling of being all-powerful was best expressed by President George W. Bush in his first term in his strategic doctrine of 2002 setting out the goal of being the perpetual No. 1 power on the planet and giving itself the authority of unilaterally undertaking pre-emptive strikes against a country of its choice to ensure that no country or group of nations can challenge America.

Following this doctrine, the Bush administration disdainfully spurned the offer of help from NATO in going to war in Afghanistan. And this doctrine, chiselled by President Bush’s neoconservative advisers, took the US to invade Iraq without United Nation’s authorisation. The harsh realities of the real world forced President Bush to make tactical retreats by begging for NATO help in Afghanistan and desperately wooing and bamboozling countries to expand the woeful coalition of the “unwilling” in Iraq.

The important point to remember is that the United States has not given up on its dream of ruling the world. It has had to make tactical changes after it had overreached itself. But it is persevering in its quest for locking in its status as World No. 1 by continuing to retain Russia, most recently through planned elements of a missile defence system on Russia’s doorstep in Poland and the Czech Republic, checkmating China, building new bases in Eastern Europe and overseeing the Balkans through its major base in Kosovo.

As the European Union’s attitude to events in Kosovo has dramatically revealed, this organisation seems to have resigned itself to playing second fiddle to Washington on the world stage. Gone are the days when the EU dreamed of being a major player in its own right, with its own joined military force making its presence felt. The US was sufficiently provoked by European dreams to come down hard on Europe developing its own military instrument of policy.

Jacques Chirac yielded place to Nicolas Sarkozy in France, Gerhard Schroeder to Angela Merkel in Germany – the mood of Europe changed. The fact that anyone can think of Tony Blair, reviled by a majority in his own country for being Bush’s “poodle” as the longer-term president of the European Union under the new mini-constitution is a stark reminder of the distance the EU has travelled. The EU can still cross swords with the US on trade issues but will play a supine role on the world’s political stage – witness its policy towards the Israeli- Palestinian conflict.

Russia has made its position loud and clear. By carving a separate state out of Serbia against its wishes, the US and its allies are treading a dangerous path. What then prevents Abkhazia or South Ossetia to leave Georgia or Trans- Dniestr Moldova?  Or the Serbs, stitched together with Bosniaks and Croats in Bosnia- Herzegovina under the Dayton accord, rebelling? Or any number of other ethnic movements going their way under American auspices? That this point has registered in Europe and different parts of the world is clear from the vocal opposition of Spain and a few other EU members and from Indonesia and Sri Lanka. China and much of the developing world support the Russian argument Moscow reinforced by sending President Vladimir Putin’s successor, Dmitry Medvedev, to Belgrade.

Instead of standing up and being counted on a principle whose repudiation has grave implications for India, New Delhi has chosen to equivocate. It is time for the Manmohan Singh government to declare its opposition to the forceful creation of a new state and welcome the Serbian foreign minister to New Delhi during his planned Asian tour later this month. Deprived of a part of their country because they belong to a relatively small state on the wrong side of American strategic interests, Serbs’ fury is understandable.

Besides, I had to structure my answer so that I make myself well understood, because I noticed that some of the ides you presented in your message were unclear and they needed a proper explanation. Now, after you read my answer, I hope that the aspects related to left or right hand Tantra, as they are understood in our school, are more clear and that you are no longer so scared by the Tantric path perspective.

Nevertheless, I want to assure you with full heart from the beginning of this message that I am open to listen to any common sense advises that you have for me. Actually, I also read very carefully your first message and I hope that the answer I gave you is at least a proof for this. So far, you have only made affirmations and I answered in detail in the previous message to the points you have outlined. I am still waiting for the advice you promised. Yet, there are certain aspects which I would like to underline regarding what you had written to me. These aspects show that although you want to help me see something, you are actually not consistent. Last year, when you were our guest, you said: “This weekend was unforgettable. But this year you say you have a problem with our school, which does not follow the right path. I took care of the morality of this second affirmation in my previous message, but now I would like to ask you if this 180* shift is characteristic to a wise man? When you were enchanted by the hosts of Euroyoga Congress, we were on the same spiritual path and under the same guidance of Grieg as we are now. How come you did not say anything to me and Adina? How come you become anxious just now, when on the International Yoga Federation forum those calumnious messages appeared?

I see that you insist on the Tantric system also in this message (message which you have send in a strange rush, without waiting for the clarifications you asked from me), but considering that I have already answered you, I hope everything is more clear now. The danger that you insist upon almost obsessively – regarding the Tantric path – seems to be only in your mind, because in reality, having a well structured methodology, the practitioner progresses safely on this path. Tens of thousands of practitioners, who have obtained remarkable results on the spiritual path in this school, using this precise methodology, stand as a proof for this. Perhaps it would be a good idea for you to come and learn this system, having the openness for this. Later on, after you know it well, you can offer us the advices you keep mentioning. But I must underline that your affirmation, that the Romanian government is worried about the spiritual practice of people and this is why they attack the yoga school shows either an amazing naivety – for a man with your experience – or a hidden bad intention. Is this your conclusion, after all you could see even from the documents published on the internet by our school, regarding the abuses of Romanian authorities? This affirmation makes me smile. You say:

 ”Your government certainly feels that danger, but can not prove it, because they are not expert in the field. You can correct your practice and your problems will vanish as snow under the sun.”

I would like to specify one last thing regarding your affirmations about the relationship between our school and the International Federation.

From the moment we entered the International Yoga Federation we acted correctly in the favor of the Federation. The proof is the two congresses we organized in this period of time. These events (At least the congress in Bucharest) were by far the biggest events I have seen so far within the International Yoga Federation. I believe you are aware of this reality, honestly. But when it was the attempt to impose on us to organize this year a contest of so called Sport Yoga, we said that this branch is not traditional and that we do not wish to compromise yoga. In fact, we showed at that time (perhaps you remember the message Grieg sent to Swami Maitreyananda) that sportsmen often use yoga to improve their sportive accomplishments, but that yogis do not use sport in order to improve their spiritual accomplishments and not even their yoga practice. At our suggestions, the International Yoga Federation agreed to also organize in Copenhagen (when we will meet I can give you the entire file with messages from the federation), besides the Sport Yoga Contest (as this had already been announced), a contest of traditional yoga, which we then named “esoteric yoga”. In Copenhagen, you or anyone of the guests did not have a problem with this (as it can be seen from your own words, which I hope were honest). After the end of the Congress in Copenhagen, the leadership of the International Sport Yoga Federation (which is different then the International Yoga Federation) said that they disagreed with the fact that we changed the rules of the contest and added that section.

In the meanwhile, the International Yoga Federation decided that MISA should organize in Bucharest the World Congress together with the World Congress of Sport Yoga. Due to the fact that the International Sport Yoga Federation did not accept anything from what we had suggested and in order not to compromise the idea of yoga through this pseudo world championship of sport yoga, we had to renounce organizing this world championship. BUT THIS WAS OUR DECISION AND NOT THE DECISION OF THE INTERNATIONAL SPORT YOGA FEDERATION.

After this decision was taken, the decision of the International Sport Yoga Federation to no longer communicate with our Yoga School appeared. At the same time, though, in the talks I had with Swami Dayananda, president of International Yoga Federation, Swami Maitreyananda, the former president of the International Yoga Federation, Carlos Miguel, president of the European Yoga Alliance, we agreed that the International Yoga Federation will sustain an international congress in Bucharest. This congress should be put on the agenda of the international activities of the federation, but it is different from the world congress, which includes the sport yoga championship. NOTHING was mentioned in any of these discussions about what you say in these messages. This makes me wonder: IN WHOSE NAME DO YOU MAKE THE AFFIRMATION: “you must also be aware of the fact that the International Yoga Federation is not happy with MISA”? WHO GAVE YOU THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE SUCH AFFIRMATIONS WHEN THOSE RESPONSIBLE WITHIN THE INTERNATIONAL YOGA FEDERATION DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ALIKE? The final affirmation, that the IYF sustains or not our practices – which you wrongly call “left hand Tantra”, is absolutely hilarious. It was never discussed within the International Yoga Federation which practices are sustained and which are not. Moreover, the intense focus was on “unity in diversity“. Therefore, this affirmation belongs to you and it is an authority abuse.

I hope that by pointing out these things regarding your letter, I did nothing but to respect the open and honest dialogue between us. At the same time, I expect a real concern regarding the abuses in Romania, because those are real problems and the international spiritual community should look into it.

Iata ca am raspuns primului tau mesaj. Trebuie sa intelegi ca eu mai am si alte lucruri de facut decat sa raspund la mesaje pe internet. In plus a trebuit sa structurez raspunsul in asa fel incat sa ma fac bine inteles pentru ca am observat ca unele idei expuse de tine in mesaj erau neclare si necesitau o explicatie corespunzatoare. Acum dupa lecturarea raspunsului meu sper ca aspectele legate de tantra, de mana stanga sau de mana drepta asa cum sunt intelese in scoala noastra s-au mai lamurit si nu mai esti atat de speriat de perspectiva caii tantrice.  

Totusi vreau sa te asigur cu toata convingerea inca de la inceputul acestui mesaj ca sunt deschis sa ascult orice sfaturi de bun simt pe care mi le vei da. Dealtfel ti-am citit cu mare atentie si primul mesaj si raspunsul pe care l-am dat cred ca macar aceasta o dovedeste. Pana acum insa ai facut aproape numai afirmatii si la singurele argumente ti-am raspuns in detaliu in mesajul anterior. Astept in continuare acele sfaturi promise.

Sunt totusi iata anumite aspecte pe care as vrea sa ti le arat despre ceea ce mi-ai scris, aspecte care arata ca desi vrei sa ma ajuti sa sa vad ceva totusi tu insuti nu esti consecvent. Anul trecut cand ai fost oaspetele noastru afirmai: “This weekend was unforgettable. The Eurocongress in Copenhagen lead by the warm energy of Adina Stoian in the service of mankind, remains in my heart.”

Anul acesta insa iata ca tu spui ca ai o problema cu scoala noastra care nu merge pe calea cea dreapta. De moralitatea acestei a doua afirmatii m-am ocupat in mesajul trecut insa acum as vrea sa te intreb daca aceasta schimbare la 180 de grade este caracteristica unui om intelept? Atunci cand tu ai fost incantat de gazdele Euro Congress noi tot pe aceeasi cale spirituala ne aflam si sub aceeasi indrumare a lui Grieg. Cum de atunci nu mi-ai spus nimic nici mie nici Adinei? Cum de aceasta ingrijorare apare exact acum cand pe forumul federatiei internationale de yoga au aparut acele mesaje calomnioase?  

Desi vad ca si in acest mesaj (pe care l-ai trimis cu o graba stranie fara sa astepti lamuririle pe care mi le-ai cerut)  insisti asupra sistemului tantric, avand in vedere ca am raspuns deja sper ca totul este mai clar acum. Primejdia asupra careia insisti aproape obsesiv in ceea ce priveste calea tantrica se pare ca este numai in mintea ta pentru ca in realitate avand o metodologie bine structurata practicantul avanseaza sigur pe aceasta cale. Marturie stau si zecile de mii de practicanti care au obtinut rezultate remarcabile pe calea spirituala in aceasta scoala folosind aceasta metodologie precisa. Poate nu ar strica sa vii si sa inveti acest sistem cu deschidere si apoi dupa ce il vei fi cunoscut temeinic sa ne oferi si sfaturile de care tot amintesti.

Trebuie insa sa punctez ca afirmatia ta cum ca guvernul roman este ingrijorat de practica spirituala a oamenilor si din aceasta cauza ataca scoala de yoga dovedeste ori o naivitate uimitoare pentru un om cu experienta ta ori o disimulata  rea vointa. Oare asta sa fie concluzia ta dupa tot ceea ce ai putut sa vezi chiar si din documentele publicate pe net de catre scoala noastra in ceea ce priveste abuzirile autoritatilor romane? Ma faci sa zambesc cu aceasta afirmatie:

O ultima precizare as vrea sa fac in legatura cu afirmatiile tale referitoare la relatia scolii noastre cu federatia internationala.

Inca de la momentul in care noi am intrat in federatia internationala de yoga noi am activat cu corectitudine in favoarea federatiei. Dovada sunt cele doua congrese pe care le-am organizat in acest interval si care evenimente (cel putin congresul din Bucuresti) a fost de departe cel mai mare din ceea ce am vazut pana acum in Federatia Internationala de Yoga. Cred ca in mod onest iti dai seama de aceasta realitate. Atunci insa cand s-a cautat sa ni se impuna sa organizam anul acesta un concurs de asa zisa YOGA SPORTIVA noi am afirmat ca aceasta ramura nu este una traditionala si ca nu dorim sa compromitem yoga. Dealtfel am aratat atunci (poate ca iti amintesti mesajul care a fost trimis de Grieg lui Swami Maitreyananda) ca sportivii adeseori se folosesc de yoga ca sa isi imbunatateasca perfomantele sportive insa yoghinii nu se folosesc de sport pentru a isi imbunatati realizarile spirituale si nici macar practica yoga. La sugestiile noastre a fost acceptat de catre Federatia Internationala de Yoga (iti pot pune la dispozitie cand ne vedem tot dosarul cu mesaje de la federatie) ca sa facem la Copenhaga, pe langa concursul de yoga sportiva (pentru ca acesta era deja anuntat) si yoga traditionala pe care atunci l-am numit “yoga esoterica”. La Copenhaga nici tu si nici unul dintre invitati nu au avut o problema cu aceasta (asa cum se vede si din propriile tale cuvinte care sper ca au fost sincere). Dupa incheierea congresului de la Copenhaga cei din conducerea Ferederatiei Internationale de Yoga Sportiva (care este diferita de federatia internationala de yoga) au spus ca nu sunt de accord ca noi am modificat regulamentul concursului si ca am adaugat acea sectiune.

Intre timp Federatia Internationala de Yoga a decis ca MISA sa organizeze la bucuresti congresul mondial impreuna cu campionatul mondial de yoga sportiva. Datorita faptului ca Federatia Internationala de Yoga Sportiva nu a acceptat nimic din ceea ce noi am sugerat si pentru ca sa nu compromitem ideea de yoga prin acest pseudo campionat mondial de yoga sportiva, am fost nevoiti sa renuntam la a mai organiza acest campionat mondial. INSA ACEASTA A FOST DECIZIA NOASTRA SI IN NICI UN CAZ A FEDERATIEI DE YOGA SPORTIVA. Ulterior acestei decizii a aparut hotararea Federatiei de Yoga Sportiva de a nu mai comunica cu scoala noastra. In acelasi timp insa in discutiile pe care le-am avut direct cu Swami Dayananda, presedintele Federatiei internationale de yoga, cu Swami Maitreyananda, fostul presedinte al Federatiei internationale, Calros Miguel, presedintele Aliantei Europene de Yoga, am convenit ca totusi Federatia Internatinala de Yoga sa sustina la Bucuresti un congres international inscris in agenda activitatilor internationale ale federatiei insa diferit de congresul mondial care contine si campionatul de yoga sportiva. In nici una dintre aceste discutii nu a fost menitonat NIMIC din ceea ce spui tu in aceste mesaje, fapt care ma face sa ma intreb: IN NUMELE CUI FACI TU AFIRMATIA: “you must also be aware of the fact that the International Yoga Federation is not happy with MISA”? CINE TE-A AUTORIZAT SA FACI ASEMENEA AFIRMATII CAND FACTORII RESPONSABILI AI FEDERATIEI INTERNATIONALE DE YOGA NU AU SPUS NIMIC ASEMANATOR?

Ultima afirmatie ca IYF sustine sau nu practicile noastre, pe care tu in mod gresit le numesti “de mana stanga”, este de-a dreptul hilara. Niciodata in federatia internationala de yoga nu s-a pus problema ce practici sunt sustinute si ce practici nu sunt sustinute. Mai mult chiar s-a lucrat sub ideea forta “unitate in diversitate”. De aceea afirmatia aceasta iti apartine si este un abuz de autoritate.

Sper ca punctand aceste lucruri despre scrisoarea ta nu am facut altceva decat sa sprijin dialogul deschis si sincer dintre noi. De asemenea astept o reala preocupare despre situatia abuzurilor din Romania pentru ca acelea sunt problemele reale asupra carora comunitatea spirituala internationala trebuie sa isi indrepte atentia.

Va multumim pentru scrisoare si pentru grija aratata pentru scoala noastra de yoga cat si pentru ajutorul pe care intentionati sa ni-l oferiti si care este oricand binevenit. Punandu-ma in locul Dumneavoastra va inteleg ingrijorarea si de aceea as dori sa lamuresc pe cat posibil anumite aspecte astfel incat sa se reduca acest sentiment chinuitor de discomfort cu privire la persoana mea si la scoala noastra. Trebuie insa sa realizati ca aceasta stare pe care o incercati nu este armonioasa pentru Dvs si arata ca aveti nevoie de ajutorul nostru, pentru ca in ceea ce ne priveste noi nu avem asemenea stari de perturbare si cand vedem ca ceva nu este in regula manifestam starea de compasiune si detasare si in nici un caz nu ramanem tulburati.

Voi lua acum pe rand aspectele prezetate pentru ca sa putem sa le lamurim cat mai bine pe fiecare in parte.  Iata una din afirmatiile Dumneavoastra:

“You explain how bad people attack you and your organization and you speak of calumnies against you. But that is disturbing me. Because you cannot deny you are involved in sex business, as proved for me by the presence of a sex shop on your congress of Kopenhagen, where everybody could see and buy pornographic material, books or sex toys.”

Incep cu vesti bune si anume ca puteti fi linistit in ceea ce priveste vanzarea de material pornographic la un presupus sexshop in cadrul congresului European de yoga de la Copenhaga: nici unul dintre buticurile care au fost autorizate sa desfasoare activitati comerciale la intrarea in salile congresului nu a fost un sexshop. Am verificat personal atat listele cu materiale puse in vanzare in acele zile cat si prin discutii directe cu directorii acelor firme si m-am asigurat ca nu a fost asa. A trebuit sa fac aceasta pentru ca asa cum stiti eu a trebuit sa plec imediat dupa dechiderea congresului si dupa conferinta pe care am tinut-o chiar la inceput si am vrut sa ma asigur ca ceea ce ati semnalat nu s-a petrecut dupa ce am plect eu. Singurele materiale cu nuanta erotica care au existat in acea incinta pe toata durata celor trei zile de congres au fost cele aduse de Kubera Tantric Butik si au fost numai unele jucarii sexuale ca acelea mentionate in Kama Sutra. Nici urma de reviste, carti sau filme cu character pornografic asa cum ati spus. Chiar si asa, acele jucarii nu se aflau la vedere ci intr-o cutie care putea sa fie ceruta de catre persoanele interesate. Initiativa acelui butik apartine unui profesor din scoala noastra care preda tantra si care a considerat ca din moment ce noi vorbim in anumite cursuri de tantra despre armonia sexuala in cuplu si asemenea jucarii sexuale sunt mentionate in lucrari celebre cum ar fi Kama Sutra, cei interesati pot sa le aiba la dispozitie pentru ca sa nu trebuiasca sa mearga sa caute in sex shop-uri unde se gasesc si alte materiale. Echipa de organizare a congresului le-au cerut insa celor de la Kubera sa tina acele jucarii numai pentru cei care solicitau in mod explicit aceasta si nu pe taraba. Totusi daca inca mai aveti anumite intrebari puteti sa intrati in dialog direct cu Andronicus Torp, directorul firmei respective, la adresa andronicus@natha.dk.
“The essence of your problem, Mihai, is that you are busy with an own form of Tantra Yoga, which has been transmitted to you by Grieg Bivolaru. And you still believe the man.”

Aceasta parte a scrisorii ma surprinde si sper sa fie numai adresarea stangace intr-o limba diferita de cea materna cauza acestei afirmatii. Ma intreb totusi cum poate sa fie esenta problemei mele faptul de a imi urma ghidul spiritual? In ce carti ati citit ca un discipol care isi urmeaza ghidul spiritual are din aceasta cauza o problema esentiala. Din cate se afirma in toate tratetele fundamentale ale intelepciunii, problemele esentiale apar atunci cand discipolul nu isi urmeaza maestrul intr-un mod corespunzator. Si evident pentru ca sa iti urmezi maestrul la modul practic, trebuie sa crezi in el si in veridicitatea afirmatiilor sale. Forma de tantra yoga pe care mi-a predat-o ghidul meu spiritual Grieg este o forma TRADITIONALA si eu personal am verificat aceasta comparand ceea ce am invatat de la el cu lucrari traditionale de yoga si tantra. Pentru mine (ca si pentru foarte multi altii) deja nu mai este o problema de a il crede sau nu pe Grieg pentru ca acum pentru mine autenticitatea acestor invataturi este o chestiune deja demonstrata atat de aceste studii pe care le-am realizat dar mai ales de experientele pe care eu le am pe aceasta cale asa ca afirmatia ca “tu inca il crezi” nu isi are rostul.  Experienta spirituala pe care am acumulat-o ma edificat din plin ca acest om are dreptate. Mai mult m-am convins ca insusi marele Model Divin care a fost Iisus propovaduieste aceeasi cale atunci cand EL da parabola talantilor. Ma uimeste faptul ca doriti sa ingropati talantul “energiei sexuale” pe care chiar Dumnezeu ni l-a dat si nu vreti sa il inmultiti pentru mai binele spiritual. Chiar daca nu va intereseaza calea tantrica merita sa va raportati la invatatura lui Iisus pentru ca din ceea ce eu am verificat si practic aceste doua cai sunt identice. In plus si in scoala noastra se preda continenta sexuala care este mentionata in toate tratatele yoghine sub numele de Brahmacharya.

Si in plus daca aceasta este problema esentiala atunci de ce nu ii adresati lui Grieg aceste intrebari in mod direct pentru ca sunt convins ca el ar fi incantat sa va raspunda? Eu sunt convins ca aceasta abordare ar fi scutit multe intrebari in mintea unora si ar aduce multe revelatii.

Voi continua insa cu raspunsul pe care l-ati solicitat. Dumneavoastra afirmati:

“Maybe you could start wondering about this, knowing that sexual desire is a very dangerous thing to handle, especially when dealing with beginners. Therefore, in ancient times, the Rishi’s (reference “Science of Soul” by Swami Yogeshverananda Sarasvati) have described the difference between Bahirmukhi Vritti (energy vibrations leading to external life) and Antarmukhi Vritti (energy vibrations leading yo internal life), which are called commonly the left path and the right path.”

Aici sunt total de accord si mai mult chiar as avea de adaugat ca in lucrarile tantrice se insista asupra necesitatii de a avea un ghid spiritual ca o conditie esentiala pentru ca sa poti sa realizezi cu succes aceasta diferentiere dintre cele doua tendinte intr-un mod practic si eficient. Totodata este stiut ca metodologia tantrica ne pune la dispozitie “ustensilele” practice prin care persoanele care oricum se afla proiectate catre exterior sa poata sa intoarca aceasta tendinta catre interior prin procesul complex al transmutarii si sublimarii potentialelor inferioare in forme superioare de aspiratie.

In continuare spuneti ca:

“Using sexual desire to attain internal life is an extremely demanding art, where the practitioner has to be fully detached, with his mind under total control.”

In deplica cunostinta de cauza imi permit sa spun ca aceasta afirmatie a ta contine greseala cea mai frecventa pe care o fac cei care vor sa inteleaga tantra yoga fara a o experimenta practic si fara a avea un ghid spiritual care sa ii initieze in aceste mistere. Pentru a sublinia cu usurinta unde se afla eroarea iata cateva intrebari ajutatoare:

Daca cineva este complet detasat si mintea sa este total sub control atunci ce l-ar mai tine captiv in “lumea exterioara”? De ce nu s-ar retrage el catre lumea infinit mai nuantata si bogata in semnificatii care este in interiorul sau? Si in acest caz, ce nevoie ar mai avea acela ca sa foloseasca orice metoda (nu neaparat tantra) pentru a obtine “lumea interioara” din moment ce inca de la inceput indeplineste conditiile fundamentale pentru aceasta?In relitate cel care este in aceasta situatie nu ar mai avea nevoie sa apeleze la metode speciale pentru ca sa se orieteze catre interior. Ori aceste metode folosite in tantra sunt menite tocmai pentru aceia care inca nu au ajus la acest nivel si ele vizeaza tocmai trezirea acestor capacitati: de perfecta detasare si control mental.Si in continuare cele afirmate mai sus se confirma:

“Failing to achieve that, the practitioner will fall in external life, which is the cycle of reincarnation.”

Cine este plin de atasamente si are mintea nefocalizata cade oricum mereu si mereu catre lumea exterioara si aceasta fara nici un fel de tehnici tantrice! Daca nu ar fi asa atunci am fi gasit deja solutia pentru ca oamenii sa ramana mereu la viata interioara: interzicerea oricaror procedee tantrice si eliminarea sexualitatii ar garanta ramanerea noastra la interior din moment ce tentatiile sexualitatii sunt cauza caderii catre exterior!

Ori se stie foarte bine ce au patit sistemele spirituale care au facut aceasta grava eroare de a elimina fortat si fara nici un fel de discernamant aspecte fundamentale ale vietii umane cum este sexualitatea. Faptul ca cel atasat si nefocalizat cade catre exterior este cauza inlantuirii in Samsara si ea nu apartine unei cai spirituale anume ci apartine oricui se afla in aceasta situatie. A pune problema in acest fel este ca si cum am spune ca pentru ca un om sa poata evolua spiritual cu adevarat el trebuie sa fie eliberat spiritual! Sau un exemplu simplu: e ca si cum ai spune ca pentru a invata sa inoti trebuie sa inoti foarte bine! Sper ca acest exemplu este suficient. Dealtfel cum ar putea cineva sa cada in Samsara daca nu ar avea inca niste atasamente fata de aceasta. Si daca aceste atasamente sunt inca acolo cel mai indicat este ca persoana respectiva sa practice intens. Ocolind aceste incercari doar pentru a ne mentine intr-o iluzorie perspectiva de interior nu reprezinta nimic altceva decat o amanare neinceata si iresponsabile a acestui deznodamant tragic fara a ne lua nici o masura pentru a il preveni.

Noi nu putem sa creem dorinta acolo unde ea este transcensa iar acolo unde dorinta inca exista in interiorul fiintei ea va iesi mai devreme sau mai tarziu la iveala cu efecte deseori devastatoare pentru viata spirituala a fiintei in cauza. Punand insa problema in mod deschis oamenii au ocazia se cunoasca mai profund si daca vor constata ca inca mai au atasamente fata de placerile inferioare atunci au la dispozitie metodologia tantrica pentru ca sa poata sa se transforme intr-un mod real si profund prin sublimarea finala a dorintelor in altceva net superior si spiritual. Tantra indica intotdeauna aceasta atitudine ca fiind cea mai justa atitudine pentru a reusi sa depasim problemele si atasamentele fata de viata exterioara. Evident ca aceasta poate sa functioneze numai impreuna cu metodologia tantrica si tocmai de aceea noi nu incurajam de exemplu erotismul fara metoda adecvata care sa permita transmutarea si sublimarea impulsului sexual in forme superioare si non sexuale de energie.
In plus sa nu uitam ca in traditia estica avem exemplul lui Krishna care a facut dragoste cu cele 16000 de fecioare si chiar si sistemul hatha yoga este de factura tantrica, el reprezentand de fapt yoga uniunii polaritatilor HA si THA.
Where is your practice Mihai, when you stimulate sexual desire in everybody walking by, without distinction, and even more, asks money for your sex tools? Is that not dangerous and a clear sign of attachment?
Faptul ca oamenii au dorinte sexuale nu ni se datoreaza noua sau dumnevoastra. Acesta este un aspect care exista in mod natural. Asa cum stiti deja fiecare om pervers si limitat judeca lumea dupa propriile sale perversitati. Insa PENTRU CEL PUR TOTUL ESTE PUR.

In acest context te intreb: ce este mai periculos: sa eviti sa te confrunti cu ceea ce deja ai in tine? Sau sa inveti cum sa procedezi si apoi sa te confrunti cu acele tendinte care oricum mai devreme sau mai tarziu vor trebui sa fie rezolvate in ciuda amanarilor noastre pudibonde?

Este un semn de atasament sa iei in considerare o problema sau sa o eviti?A lua in considerare problema nu neaparat implica atasamentul insa a evita cu incapatanare cu siguranta implica repulsia. Asa cum ne spune si Patanjali  repulsia are aceeasi natura cu atasamentul. Este ilustrativa pentru aceasta povestea celor doi calugari: Doi calugari, unul mai tanar si altul mai batran se intorceau la manastire dintr-un pelerinaj. Pe malul unui rau pe care trebuiau sa il treaca in calea lor au gasit o femeie care i-a rugat sa o ajute sa treaca apa. Calugarul cel tanar a strigat la femeie certand-o ca li se adreseaza lor, unor calugari. Fara nici o vorba cel mai batran dintre calugari a luat femeia in brate si a trecut apa cu ea. Pe celalalt mal, fara sa spuna un cuvant a lasat femeia jos si a plecat mai departe. Dupa cateva ore de mers intr-o tacere apasatoare calugarul cel tanar a izbucnit cerandu-i socoteala celui in varsta pentru ca a luat femeia in brate si astfel a incalcat conduita calugarilor. Batranul a zambit si a spus: “eu am luat femeia de pe un mal si am lasat-o pe celalalt mal insa tu o porti inca in mintea ta datorita obsesiilor tale”. Totodata in aceasta afirmatie pe care o faceti imi permit sa semnalez si o incalcare a principiilor morelei yoghine. Conform cu ce criterii puteti sa judecati practica mea sau a scolii noastre prin intrebari retorice atata timp cat nu ati urmat cursurile acestei scoli? Cate ore ati petrecut studiind cursurile noastre? Cate persoane care au practicat ASA CUM TREBUIE  SI IN MOD PERSEVERENT ati cunoscut si le-ati analizat cu atentie rezultatele?Facand abstractie de codul moral eu as intelege aceste afirmatii in contextul in care in scoala noastra s-ar vorbi despre sexualitate tot timpul sau intr-un mod predominant. Insa pentru informarea ta in curriculumul cursurilor din primii 10 ani de curs de yoga (aproximativ 480 de cursuri tiparite) se vorbeste despre sexualitate in maxim 10 dintre ele. A spune ca aceasta este o problema denota o atitudine exagerat pudica. Va rog sa studiati intregul program de activitati al scolii Natha (al carei oaspete ati fost) care este afisat pe website-ul scolii si sa imi spuneti care este ponderea activitatilor spirituale referitoare la sexualitate in contextul general al activitatilor scolii? Veti avea o mare revelatie constatand ca de fapt nu este prea mult accent pe acest subiect. Este bine sa va bazati pe fapte atunci cand emiteti judecati de valoare.
Totusi faptul ca in aceasta scoala noi vorbim foarte deschis despre viata sexuala si cum poate sa fie aceasta integrata din punct de vedere spiritual nu reprezinta un secret. In acest context unii dintre cei care predau yoga si tantra in aceasta scoala au initiat anumite proiecte (printre foarte multele proiecte pe care le desfasuram in scoala pe langa cursurile de yoga si tantra) care sunt menite sa descrie o alternativa la sexualitatea inconstienta si degradanta pe care de obicei oamenii o practica, practica ce are implicatii nebanuite dar foarte grave asupra vietii lor spirituale.
Scopul acestor proiecte este prezentarea modului in care oamenii pot integra in mod constient si spiritual continenta sexuala ca metoda de inceput pentru reintegrarea experientelor sexuale in viata spirituala. Sunt constient ca unele dintre aceste initiative sunt revolutionare insa daca nu am fi avut in spate multi ani de practica si de rezultate spirituale nu ne-am fi permis sa pasim pe acest drum. Si suntem constienti de riscul de a fi gresit intelesi de catre cei care se afla inca in mrejele dorintelor lumesti si vad lumea prin prisma propriilor lor obsesii. Dar intotdeauna exista riscuri cu privire la ideile profund transformatoare ale vietii.

Asa cum stiti drama in care se afla multi oameni la ora actuala nu este cauzata de faptul ca nu stiu ceea ce le face rau ci este cauzata de faptul ca ei nu pot sa faca aproape nimic pentru a se smulge din atasamentele placerilor lumii exterioare. Sa nu uitam ca oamenii inca mai cumpara tigari nu pentru ca sunt orbi ci pentru ca sunt incapabili sa reziste atractiei gigantice catre tentatiile exterioare. Oricat ar fi de frumoase cuvintele pe care le vom spune, marea majoritate vor avea mari probleme sa urmeze o cale ascetica – de refuz categoric a lumii simturilor. Si aceasta pentru simplul motiv ca nu au pregatirea si forta necesara pentru aceasta ascensiune in forta. Pentru toti acesti oameni – care reprezinta o majoritate la ora actuala, in aceasta epoca a decadentei spirituale – Tantra Yoga reprezinta o cale catre Dumnezeu care este in mod practic accesibila. Acesti oameni prinsi in mrejele propriilor dorinte nu trebuie sa se mai pacaleasca refulandu-si in subconstient tendintele inferioare pentru ca pe aceasta cale au metodele practice pentru a constientiza acele tendinte si a le sublima in aspiratii superioare spirituale fara a fi nevoie sa mai treaca prin experientele traumatizante ale ratacirii de la calea catre Dumnezeu. Tocmai de aceea pe calea tantrica majoritatea oamenilor nu sunt deloc infricosati de a aborda subiecte care in mod normal sunt un tabu pentru asceti. Cei care merg pe calea spirituala tantrica abordeaza viata deschis si fara prejudecati. Aceasta nu inseamna absolut deloc ca fac numai ceea ce vor ei indifferent de consecinte. Tocmai de aceea Tantra spune ca “totul este cu putinta insa nu orice este permis”.

Simplul fapt ca vorbim deschis despre aspecte care pentru unii raman tabu ii face pe cei care vor sa profite de pe urma scolii noastre sa vrea sa exploateze teama si neintelegerea corecta a acestor subiecte de catre marea masa. In acest scop ei arunca informatii trunchiate si chiar aberante pe piata bazandu-se pe confuzia deja existenta.Scrisoare continua cu afirmatia: 
“My problem now is that I doubt you can recognize the danger of your lack of knowledge about Tantra Yoga. I hope that you can recognize this and act in consequence. For that I am ready to help you. Coming to Bucharest on your special invitation will then be a pleasure for me, giving me the opportunity to explain you more.”Cu tot respectul vreau sa va atrag atentia ca afirmatia ca nu avem cunostintele necesare in domeniul Tantra Yoga este o alta incalcare a principiilor moralitatii spirituale atata timp cat nu ati avut inca ocazia sa ne cunoasteti in mod direct si sa puteti studia cat de mult sau cat de putin se cunoaste despre tantra yoga in aceasta scoala. Daca este sa judecam o scoala dupa repetenti si cei care pica examenele nu facem altceva decat sa ne expunem ridicolului. Stiu ca intelegeti ce vreau sa spun pentru ca am remarcat intr-o replica pe care ati acordat-o prof dr. Holger Lutich pe acelasi forum al Federatiei Internationale cum ii puneati chiar dvs la indoiala competenta de a judeca MISA atata timp cat nu o cunostea foarte bine. Ati afirmat acolo: “Anyway I do not understand that you admit not knowing MISA very well, but still are in favour of defending that organisation.”

Va rog sa fiti consecvent cu propriile principii.

Trecand peste aceasta greseala (pe care am punctat-o in virtutea unui dialog deschis pe care l-am angrenat aici) trebuie sa va spun ca sunteti oricand binevenit (asa cum ati fost si pana acum) la congresul pe care il vom organiza la Bucuresti sub patronajul Federatiei Internationale de Yoga. Noi suntem convinsi ca din dezbateri constructive se poate naste adevarul.

Pentru noi este totusi curios faptul ca desi am aratat atatea aspecte flagrante de incalcare a drepturilor omului in Romania, desi stiti foarte bine ca Roamania este tara cu cele mai multe condamnari la Curtea Europeana a Drepturilor Omului de la Strasbourg, totusi motivul de ingrijorare il reprezinta aceste aspecte care iata, odata explicate apar nesemnificative. Oare nu arata aceasta un atasament de lumea exterioara a iluziilor create de propriile noastre proiectii?

Ce tratat al intepepciunii milenare spune ca oamenii nu au voie sa isi urmeze calea lor proprie catre Dumnezeu? In procesele de la Bucuresti, instructori yoga sunt acuzati intr-un mod aberant de trafic de persoane, frizand absurdul kafkian. Cat va trebui sa continue aceste procese in Bucuresti pentru ca persoanele din mediul spiritual sa ia atitudine ferma dincolo de calea particulara pe care ei se afla?

Va rog in aceasta directie sa cititi acuzatiile pe care statul Chinez le aduce membrilor miscarii Fallung Gong. Veti observa o izbitoare asemanare. Cu toate acestea, acolo, pentru ca exista interesul politic de a forta regimul comunist, se ia atitudine in sprijinul miscari respective. Cred ca sunteti de accord cu mine ca nu trebuie sa avem victime printre practicantii yoga din Romania pentru ca sa cerem cu fermitate la cele mai inalte forumuri mondiale ca aceste abuzuri si atacuri la adresa scolii de yoga MISA SA INCETEZE.Asteptam si in aceasta directie cel putin aceeasi ingrijorare si sprijin pentru ca este mare nevoie de el acum cand peste 50 de instructori de yoga romani sunt tarati in fata instantelor de judecata. Ei sunt judecati cu anumite dosare penale pentru care Romania este criticata la scena deschisa la nivelul administratiei europene. Ca o ultima dovada in sprijinul afirmatiilor pe care le-am facut despre abuzurile impotriva miscarii yoga din Romania iata cum a interpretat presa din romania scrisoarea Dvs: s-a afirmat ca Federatia isi retrage sustinerea Congresului de la Bucuresti si chiar ca ati anuntat ca personal nu doriti sa participati la Congres. Aceasta interpretare tendentioasa a spuselor dvs de catre unele ziare din Romania (care sunt sustinute din umbra de fortele aservite regimului de control statal) trebuie sa va faca sa va ganditi daca nu cumva se incearca folosirea dvs pentru a se ataca din nou scoala de yoga prin compromiterea imaginii sale.Pentru ca toate aceste situatii sa fie evitate cel mai bine ar fi sa cunoastem adevarul asa cum este PRIN EXPERIENTA DIRECTA SI NU LUANDU-NE DUPA BARFE.

Pentru a crea oportunitatea de a ne intalni in atmosfera spiritualitatii pure, lansam invitatia catre toti cei care doresc sa participe la acest Congres International de Yoga  sa vina cu inima deschisa si sa cunoasca scoala gazda, MISA. Astfel sa nu mai apara aceste neclaritati generate de anonimii si barfitorii rauvoitori.

Dear Shri Ajita,

Thank you for your letter and for your concern for our yoga school, as well as for the help you intend to offer us and which is always welcome. If I put myself in your place, I understand your concern. This is why I would like to clarify as much as possible certain aspects, so that this tormenting feeling of discomfort regarding me and our school will decrease. Please become aware that the state you experience is not harmonious for you and it shows that you also need to reconsider our suggestions because I do not have such states of distress and when I notice that something is not right I manifest rather a state of compassion and detachment and definitely I do not remain uneasy about it.

Now I will take in turns the aspects presented so that we can clarify each of them as well as possible.

Here is one first statement from your letter:

“You explain how bad people attack you and your organization and you speak of calumnies against you. But that is disturbing me. Because you cannot deny you are involved in sex business, as proved for me by the presence of a sex shop on your congress of Kopenhagen, where everybody could see and buy pornographic material, books or sex toys.”

I will start with the good news. You can relax with regard to selling porn material at a presumed sex-shop within the European Yoga Congress in Copenhagen: none of the shops authorized to sell their products at the entrance to the halls of the congress was a sex shop. I checked myself the lists with the materials they were going to sell in those days and I also spoke directly with the managers of those companies and I made sure it was not like that. I had to do that because, as you know, I had to leave the works of the congress immediately after the opening festivity – after the conference I kept in the beginning. I wanted to make sure that what you have indicated would not happen after I had left. The only materials of erotic nature that existed in that building during the three days of the congress were the ones brought by Kubera Tantric Butik and they were just some sex toys like the ones mentioned in the Kama Sutra. There were no porn magazines, books or movies, as you have said. Even so, those toys were not visible, but they were in a box available only to those interested. The initiative of that shop belongs to a yoga teacher in our school who teaches also Tantra. He considered that since at certain tantric courses we speak about sexual harmony within a couple, and since such toys are anyway mentioned in famous works such as the Kama Sutra, those who were interested could have them at their disposal, so that they would not have to go and look for them in the sex shops, where there are also other materials. And more, the team that organized the congress asked from the Kubera shop to keep those toys only for those who asked for them, and not exposed. Still, if you have more questions, you can contact directly Andronicus Torp, the manager of that company, at email adress andronicus@natha.dk.

“The essence of your problem, Mihai, is that you are busy with an own form of Tantra Yoga, which has been transmitted to you by Grieg Bivolaru. And you still believe the man.”

This part of your letter surprises me and I hope the cause of this strange affirmation is only the ungainly use of a language different then your mother tongue. Still, I wonder how the essence of my problem can be the fact that I follow my spiritual guide. In which books have you read that a disciple who follows his spiritual guide has an essential problem because of this? From what it is clearly stated in all basic treaties of wisdom, essential problems appear when the disciple does not follow his spiritual master properly. And, of course, in order to practically follow your spiritual master, you must believe in him and in the truthfulness of his affirmations. The form of Tantra Yoga that my spiritual guide Grieg had taught me is a TRADITIONAL one. I checked this myself, comparing what I have learned from him with traditional yoga and Tantra works. For me (as well as for many others) it is no longer a problem to believe Grieg or not, because now for me the authenticity of these teachings is a matter already proven, both by these studies I have already made, and also by the experience I have on this path. Therefore the affirmation “You still believe him” is pointless. The spiritual experience I have accumulate so far has made it clear for me that this man is right. Moreover, I became convinced that these traditional teachings are fitting with the ones taught by the great Divine Model which was Jesus when He gives the parable with the coins. I am surprised that you wish the burry the “coin” of sexual energy, which God had given to us, and that you do not want to multiply it for the spiritual good – as in the parable given by Jesus. Even if you have no interest for the Tantric path, it is worthwhile at least to relate to Jesus’ teachings, because from what I have checked and from what I practice, these paths are identical from this perspective. Besides, we also teach sexual continence in our school, which is mentioned in all yogi treaties as Brahmacharya.

Moreover, if this is the essential problem, then why don’t you ask these questions directly to Grieg? I am sure he will be happy to answer you. I am convinced that this approach would have saved many questions in the mind of some people and it would bring many revelations.

I will carry on and answer your message. You say:

“Maybe you could start wondering about this, knowing that sexual desire is a very dangerous thing to handle, especially when dealing with beginners. Therefore, in ancient times, the Rishi’s (reference “Science of Soul” by Swami Yogeshverananda Sarasvati) have described the difference between Bahirmukhi Vritti (energy vibrations leading to external life) and Antarmukhi Vritti (energy vibrations leading yo internal life), which are called commonly the left path and the right path.”   

I totally agree with this. Moreover, I would like to add that Tantric works insist on the necessity to have a spiritual guide as an essential condition, in order to be able to realize successfully this differentiation between the two tendencies, in a practical and efficient manner. At the same time, it is well known that Tantric methodology gives us the practical “tools” through which the people who are anyway projected in the outside will be able to turn this tendency towards the inside through the complex process of transmutation and sublimation of the inferior potential into superior forms of aspiration.

You continue:

“Using sexual desire to attain internal life is an extremely demanding art, where the practitioner has to be fully detached, with his mind under total control. “

Knowing what it is all about, I can be allowed to say that in this affirmation you make the most common mistake made by people who want to understand Tantra yoga without practical experience and without the spiritual guide who can initiate them in these mysteries. To easily underline the error, here are some helping questions:

If somebody is completely detached and his mind is under total control, then what would still keep him trapped in the “outer world”? Why wouldn’t he withdraw into the infinitely more nuanced world, rich in significances, which is inside him? And in this case, why would he still need to use any methods (not necessarily Tantric) in order to obtain “the inner world”, since from the very beginning he fulfills the fundamental conditions for this?

In reality, the one who is in that situation would not need to use special methods in order to go inside. Therefore the methods used in Tantra are meant for those who did not reach this level yet. They (the methods) aim exactly to awaken these abilities: of complete detachment and total mental control.

In the following, what has been said above is confirmed:

“Failing to achieve that, the practitioner will fall in external life, which is the cycle of reincarnation.”

Whoever is full of attachments and has the mind unfocused will anyway fall over and over again towards the “outer world”, and he does this without any Tantric techniques! If this was not so, then we would have already found the solution for people to remain always in the inner life: forbidding any Tantric procedures and removing sexuality would guarantee that we remain inside, since the temptations of sexuality are the cause for falling in the outside!

But it is well known what happened to spiritual systems that made this serious mistake: to forcefully and without any discernment try remove fundamental aspects of human life, such as sexuality from the spiritual path. The fact that the one who is attached and unfocused falls in the outside world is the cause of being chained into Samsara and it does not belong to a certain spiritual path but to anybody who is in this situation. To put the problem like you put it is like saying that in order for a person to truly evolve spiritually he should be spiritually liberated! Or a simpler example: it is like you say that in order to learn to swim you need to swim very well! I hope this example is enough! Actually, how can somebody fall into Samsara if he did not have some attachments to it? And if these attachments are still there, the best things the respective person can do is to practice intensely and face those attachments. Avoiding these trials just to keep ourselves in an illusory inside oriented illusion is nothing else but to constantly and irresponsibly postpone this tragic end, without taking any measures for preventing it. We cannot create desire where it is already transcended, and where desire still exists within the being it will come out to the surface sooner or later, sometimes having devastating effects for the spiritual life of the respective person. But dealing with this problem openly, people have the chance to know themselves more profoundly. If they will notice they still have attachments to inferior problems, then they have the Tantric methodology at their disposal, so that they can really and profoundly transform themselves through the final sublimation of desires into something completely superior and spiritual. Tantra always indicates this attitude as being the most rightful one in order to succeed to overcome problems and attachments to exterior life. It is obvious that this can work only together with proper Tantric methodology. Therefore, we do not encourage, for example, eroticism without the adequate method which allows transmutation and sublimation of the sexual impulse into superior and non-sexual forms of energy.

Besides, let’s not forget that in the eastern tradition we have the example of Krishna who made love to the 16 000 virgins. And even the Hatha Yoga system is of Tantric nature, representing in fact the union of polarities Ha and Tha.

“Where is your practice Mihai, when you stimulate sexual desire in everybody walking by, without distinction, and even more, asks money for your sex tools? Is that not dangerous and a clear sign of attachment?”
The fact that people have sexual desires is not due to us or to you. This is an aspect that exists naturally. As you already know, each pervert and limited person judges the world by his own perversities. But, FOR THE ONE THAT IS PURE EVERYTHING IS PURE.

In this context I ask you: what is it more dangerous, to avoid facing what you already have inside of you? Or to learn how to deal with and then to face those tendencies which anyway, sooner or later, will have to be solved despite our coyly postponing? Is it a sign of attachment to take a problem into consideration, or to avoid it?

Taken a certain problem into consideration does not necessarily imply attachment. But, stubbornly avoiding it certainly implies repulsion. As Patanjali tells us, repulsion has the same nature as attachment. The story of the two monks is significant for this: Two monks, one young and the other one old were coming back to the monastery from a pilgrimage. On the bank of a river they were about to cross they met a woman that asked them to help her cross over the water. The young monk shouted at the woman, telling her off for approaching them, as they were monks. Without saying a word, the oldest monk took the woman in his arms and crossed her over the water. On the other bank of the river, the old monk put the woman down without saying a word and continued to walk. After a few hours of walking in heavily silence, the young monk burst out, asking the old monk why he had taken the woman into his arms, thus breaking the monks’ code of conduct. The old monk smiled and said: “I took the woman from one bank of the river and left her on the other bank, but you still carry her in your mind, due to your obsessions”.

At the same time in the affirmation you make I noticed also a breach of the yogic moral code. According to which criteria can you judge my practice or that of our school by asking rhetorical questions as long as you have not followed the courses of this school? How many hours have you spent studying our courses? How many people have you met that have practiced yoga PROPERLY AND PERSEVERINGLY in this yoga school? Have you analyzed the results they had carefully?

But skipping the moral code aspect I would even understand some of your above affirmations if in our school sexuality would be a constant or predominant topic. But, for your information, in the curriculum of the courses from the first 10 years of yoga (approximately 480 printed courses), in maximum 10 of them only it is spoken of sexuality. To say that this is a problem shows an exaggeratedly chaste attitude. Please study the entire program of activities of Natha Yoga School (the guest of which you were), which is published on the website of the school and tell me what is the percentage of spiritual activities regarding sexuality, considering the general context of the school? You will then have a great revelation, seeing that we do not stress so much on this subject. It is better to rely on facts when you emit valuable judgements.

Nevertheless, the fact that in this school we speak very openly about sexual life and how it can be integrated from the spiritual point of view is not a secret. In this context some of those who teach Yoga and Tantra within this school have initiated certain projects (among many of the projects we have going on in the school, besides the Yoga and Tantra classes) meant to describe an alternative to the unconscious and degrading sexuality which people usually practice. And as we know this kind of unconscious sexuality has unsuspected but very serious implications upon their spiritual life. The aim within these projects is to present the way in which people can integrate consciously and spiritually the concept of sexual continence as a starting method for reintegrating sexual experiences in the spiritual life. I am aware that some of these initiatives are revolutionary but if we did not have as a base the many years of spiritual practice and spiritual results we would not have afforded to walk this path. And we are aware of the risk to be misunderstood by those who are still under the spell of worldly desires and who see the world through the lenses of their own obsessions. But this is always the risk with the ideas that transform profoundly the life.

As you know, the drama of many people nowadays is not due to the fact that they do not know what harms them, but it is due to the fact that they cannot do almost anything to snatch themselves from the attachments to pleasures of the exterior world. Let’s not forget that people nowadays are still buying cigarettes on which there are printed pictures of people dying from smoking! They are still buying the cigarettes not because they are blind but because they are unable to resist the gigantic attraction toward the exterior temptations. Whatever beautiful words we will say, most people will have big problems to follow an ascetic path – that of total refusal of the world of senses. And this is for the simple reason that they do not have the necessary training and force for this powerful ascension. For all these people – who represent a majority in the present moment, in this age of spiritual decay – Tantra Yoga is a path towards God, which is practically accessible. These people caught under the spell of their own desires should not fool themselves anymore by repressing into their subconscious the inferior tendencies because on this path they have the practical methods to become aware of those tendencies and to sublimate them into superior spiritual aspirations, without the need to go through the traumatizing experiences of going astray from the path towards God. This is why, on the Tantric path, most people are not afraid at all to approach subjects which are normally taboo for the ascetics. Those who walk the spiritual Tantric path approach life openly and without prejudices. This does not mean at all that they do only what they want, no matter the consequences. That is why Tantra says that “everything is possible but not everything is allowed”.

The simple fact that we speak openly about aspects which for some remain taboo makes the ones who want to benefit from our school, to wish to exploit peoples’ fear and misunderstandings regarding these subjects. For this, they throw on the market half-information and even absurd information, counting on the confusion that already exists on those subjects.

You continue you letter with this affirmation:

With all due respect, I want to draw your attention and to tell you that your affirmation that we do not have the necessary knowledge regarding Tantra Yoga is once again breaking the spiritual moral principles, since you did not have the chance to know us directly and to be able to study how much or how little it is known about Tantra Yoga in this school. If we judge a school by those who repeat the class and who failed their exams, we do nothing but to become ridiculous. I know you understand what I mean, because I noticed in a reply you gave to Prof. Dr. Holger Lutich, on the same forum of the international yoga federation how you doubted his ability to judge MISA as long as he did not know it very well. You said there:

“Anyway I do not understand that you admit not knowing MISA very well, but still are in favour of defending that organisation.”

Please be consistent with your own principles.

Moving over this mistake (which I have underlined due to an open dialogue we have engaged into here), I must tell you that you are always welcome (as you have always been) to the congress we will organize in Bucharest, under the International Yoga Federation’s patronage. We are sure that truth can come out of constructive debates.

Nevertheless, for us it is strange the fact that although we have shown so many flagrant aspects of breaking human right in Romania, although you know very well that Romania is the country with most convictions at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, yet the reason of your concern is represented by these aspects, which once explained, appear insignificant, as you can see. Doesn’t this show an attachemnt to the exterior world of illusions created by our own projections?

Which treaty of ancient wisdom says that people are not allowed to follow their own path towards God? In the law trials in Bucharest, yoga teachers are absurdly accused of human traffic, in a way similar to Kafka’s absurd style. How long must those trials in Bucharest must still continue until people from the spiritual environment will stand up firmly, beyond the particular path they are on?

For this, please read the accusations the Chineese government has against the members of Fallung Gong movements. You will notice striking similarities. Nevertheless, there, because there is political interest to force the China’s communist regime, something is being done to support the respective movement. I believe you agree with me that we do not need to have victims among yoga practitioners in Romania in order to ask firmly and urgently from the highest worldwide authorities for these abuses and attacks against MISA yoga school to STOP!

In this direction we expect at least the same concern and support, because it is much needed now, when more then 50 romanian yoga teachers are  taken to court. They are judged with certain law files for which Romania is criticised openly by the European Administration. As a last proof for the affirmations I made about the abuses against the Yoga movement in Romania, here is how the press has interpreted your letter: It was said that the Federation withdraws her support for the congress in Bhucarest and even that you have personally announced that you do not wish to participate in the congress. This tendentious interpretation of what you said by some romanian newspapers (which are supported from behind the scenes by forces within the state control regime) must make you wonder whether they are trying to use you in order to make new attacks against the yoga school by compromising its image.

In order for all these situations to be avoided it is best to know the truth as it is BY DIRECT EXPERIENCE AND NOT BY FOLLOWING SOME GOSSIPS.

In order to create this opportunity to link all of us on the field of genuine spirituality we invite everyone who wants to participate in this International Yoga Congress to come with an open heart and to know also the host school, MISA. Thus, these unclarities generated by anonimous and bad intended gossipers will no longer exist.

This reply was send to the forum of International Federation of Yoga as a reaction to the calumnies that recently appeared there. The reply was requested by the board of the federation in order to clarify the situation. Here it is:

Dear yogi friends, 

In the last period, on the International Yoga Federation forum, there has been a series of messages sent from Romania which contain notorious calumnious affirmations regarding the MISA Yoga School and its activity. It is significant the fact that all these messages are actually some common anonymous letters. We wonder why the respective persons did not have the courage to give their real names? Is it because they feel guilty? Is it because they know they can be held responsible for the calumnies they spread out with such insolence? We know that anonymous messages can never be taken in consideration, because they are already suspicious. Nevertheless, we will put aside this significant aspect and we will answer the letter, in order to thus make the truth triumph over lies.

Out of respect for those who know us by our real names and with whom we collaborate, we must make certain edifying specifications that are meant to reveal what is actually hiding behind this furious and fierce denigration campaign against our yoga school, which is the biggest in Europe.

A completely sensational, but profoundly significant aspect we start our reply with refers to a so called recent message (which is actually an anonymous letter) that appeared on the forum of the international yoga federation. From the very beginning, in this message the intention is to create the false impression that an expert and great personality, famous in the field of yoga system has something to say against MISA Yoga School in Romania. In this way, a skilful diversion is structured presenting this message not as an anonymous letter, but as an official statement coming from a serious person, qualified to formulate valuable judgements and justified opinions. The aspect that nobody knows by now is that this person, presented as emitting in the year 2008 some conclusions regarding the MISA Yoga School had actually died on January 7th 2006. This personality who is fakely attributed a so called message which was formulated against MISA was an eminent Austrian professor and mountain traveller. He was also an inspiration for the famous movie “7 years in Tibet”, which had the well known American actor Brad Pitt playing the role of dr. Heinrich i. Harrer. We hope that it is obvious for everybody that this man did not come from the other world, taking a material form, a year after his death, in order to write calumnious messages addressed to the MISA yoga school. The hidden denigrators did not consider the fact that there will also be some curious people, who will check who is the presumed judge of the Romanian MISA yoga school. Revealing this to you, we also ask you the following: who is it that had the insolence to write this message, which is obviously a fake one? How is possible that the respective person had the impudence to sign it in the name of dr. Harrer? Even if many of you will be surprised by this rude manoeuvre (unfortunately, it is not the only one), we, the ones from MISA, are not surprised by this gross trial to mystify the reality, as until now it can be noticed that the same methods have been used many times in the desperate and fierce attempt to slander MISA Yoga School at any price. Considering the facts, it becomes obvious to us that this message is nothing else then a poisonous anonymous letter, skilfully “disguised” as a letter that wants to be serious. This is the rude manner in which some people who claim to be objective and to know yoga. Besides, these people are saying out loud that they want to show the truth, but in fact they promote calumny and lies!

Since we are here, we must underline that this furious and systematic campaign of anonymous messages is not at all new and spontaneous, as it is intended to look like. Significantly, these anonymous messages started to appear shortly after Romanian authorities started a series of flagrant abuses against the MISA yoga school. For those who do not know what it is about, here we make reference to the dramatic events from Romania which started with the brutal intervention of impressive so called police forces (over 300 police officers, prosecutors, agents, anti terro special troupes, army), against some innocent and peaceful people who practiced yoga. It is significant the fact that in some cases, victims of these abuses were even people that had nothing to do with MISA yoga school. These abuses, which started in March 2004 (and still continue in the present – undercover, it is true), are the continuation of a series of harassments and attacks originating from the communist period in Romania. The first such political files against some yoga practitioners from MISA appeared in 1984 (at that time the organization did not exist as such, as yoga was forbidden by the law during the Romanian communist regime). The recent series of abuses that started in March 2004 is well known both in Romania as well as by the international authorities. It is not a coincidence that due to the notifications sent to these international authorities, Romanian authorities received official admonitions regarding this case since 2005. Also, we want to remind you about the fact that the spiritual mentor of MISA, Mr. Gregorian Bivolaru, could no longer face the threats and abuses he was subjected to, therefore he had to find his refuge in another country, member of the European union. In 2006 yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru was accepted as political refugee in Sweden. This fact was almost singular at the time. To clarify in the light of truth some aspects, which, with a bad will (intention?), were put in a strange light in a pervert way by some of the so-called “offended citizens”, which are actually the anonymous authors of these absurd and calumnious accusations against MISA, we want to remind you that Mr. Bivolaru had chosen the political asylum in Sweden at his own will and he followed the legal procedure for receiving the political asylum. As a response to the repetitive and insistent requests sent by the Romanian authorities and due to the international treaty of cooperation between Romania and Sweden, valid at that time, Swedish authorities submitted Mr. Bivolaru to a treatment which, in the present moment, worldwide and in Europe, it is considered torture. It is significant the fact that nowadays this procedure: complete and prolonged isolation in a prison cell is not legal. Mr. Bivolaru was kept like this in complete isolation for more then 7 months, at the explicit and special request of Romanian authorities. They presented him to the Swedish authorities as being extremely dangerous. This revolting situation took place considering the fact that in Europe detention in isolation for longer then 12 days is unanimously considered a severe form of torture that can affect the psycho mental integrity of the respective human being. At the same time we also remind you that during the communist regime of the dictator Ceausescu, yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru was forcefully put into a psychiatric hospital for almost 8 months, by the political secret police, which considered him dangerous because he was practicing and teaching yoga. In 1984, at the order of dictator Ceausescu, yoga was prohibited in Romania. We hope that these facts are eloquent, together with the ceaseless denigration campaign and the furious mass media attacks in Romania (attacks which led even to endangering the life of Mr. Bivolaru in Romania, as well as to seriously affecting the life of thousands of yoga practitioners within our school, who had files made by the political secret police meant to bring their persecution in all kind of ways, including at their jobs). All these and many other facts led the authorities in Stockholm to take the decision, without a precedent, to accept witnesses in the trial that took place at the high court in Stockholm. Eventually, Sweden’s answer to the extradition request of yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru, sent by the Romanian authorities was decided. The trial in Stockholm was a public trial. In this trial, among the witnesses that were heard was also the presumed victim of Mr. Bivolaru. At the same time, other witnesses heard were people living in the ashrams of MISA Yoga School in Bucharest, as well as an international expert regarding sects, Prof. Rev. Carl Erik Nylund. The transport of the presumed victim of Mr. Bivolaru to Stockholm was arranged by the Swedish authorities and it is in itself a premiere. This took place due to the serious situation Mr. Bivolaru was in. After hearing these witnesses, the conclusion was that MISA was not a sect and that Mr. Bivolaru was definitely not the leader of a religious sect. At the same time, it was notified that the accusations were false (since his file was made following a political order). The conclusion was that in this situation his life would be endangered if he was extradited to Romania. Shortly after this ascertainment, mr. Bivolaru was freed from isolation and then he received political asylum in Sweden.

We want to underline here the fact that to receive political asylum is completely different then to receive asylum out of humanitarian reasons. If a person broke a so called law in his own country, but the punishment he received breaks in a flagrant way the fundamental human rights, the Swedish government offers asylum to the respective person on humanitarian grounds. In the case of Mr. Bivolaru, the political asylum he received shows that the investigations made by the Swedish government have led to the conclusion that there is an unfair campaign against Mr. Bivolaru, based on political persecution. All these shade a clear light upon the lies, absurd accusations and set ups against him.

In the light of all these undeniable truths, we wonder how is it possible that these so called revelations, made by anonymous people, appeared only in this period of time and not when the presumed facts took place. As we can easily notice, all these anonymous, dirty and calumnious messages attacking, full of hatred, our yoga school are structured only around some speculations obviously false arguments, with no objective consistency.

Besides, we should not forget that all these affirmations are insidiously posted only on suspicious forums by anonymous persons. The fact that none of these accusations is made by people who have a real name and address speaks by itself. Besides, as anyone can notice by visiting these discussion forums, some of these anonymous people spend almost daily more then 20 hours posting continuously many calumnious messages and slandering articles on such sites. It is normal to wonder how these people make a living. How is it possible that daily 7-8 people spend about 20 hours daily, manifesting a visceral hatred against this yoga school and the yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru? We have received information from people who are in contact with the secret service. We found out that in fact these forums are open and administrated but Romanian secret service, together with the prosecution and with the former politician Adrian Nastase. Initially, when he was prime minister, he gave the political order to destroy this yoga school and to imprison immediately yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru. In the light of this information, you can easily realize who is financing these people. Some of them are ex or still active agents of the secret service, infiltrated in time within this yoga school and later on used as false witnesses for some absurd accusations, unique in this world – such as the fact that the ancient karma yoga practice is in fact unpaid work. Such people, paid from the secret funds of the Romanian special secret service with over 1000 euros per month activate as anonymous on these websites, having the dirty job of misinforming, calumniating and denigrating this yoga school (MISA). Behind their anonymity, they benefit of a completely inherent protection and impunity. As we know, anonymous persons cannot be held responsible in a calumny trial. Due to the huge wages they receive monthly, when in fact in Romania the average wage is 150 euros, such corrupted people – tools of prosecutors and secret services – who have nothing better to do then to spread calumnious and anonymous news on the internet. And if they are only some “offended citizens” who make so many fierce efforts, full of hatred, in order to show a so called truth about MISA Yoga School, then naturally we wonder why is it that none of them takes responsibility, honestly and openly, for these ideas? For an intelligent person it is very easy to understand what makes them act in this way: nobody can make responsible an anonymous person for all the dirty calumnies they invent and spread around. If these people were of good faith, considering the surprisingly great efforts they make for writing daily hundreds of anonymous letters, they would come out into the open and, openly and full of courage, take responsibility for the affirmations they make. It is obvious that if at least 5% of those so called facts pointed out by those anonymous who claim to be knower of the MISA phenomenon were true, then those who write continuously about it would drop their anonymity and would take full responsibility, even in front of the Romanian authorities, for the affirmations they made. For example, it is hilarious that many of the absurd accusations of these anonymous persons are not even in the file against MISA, made due to political orders. Therefore, it is significant that none of these calumnious accusations is found in the files made by the Romanian prosecutors, at political order, against the yoga school. Besides, here we must remind you that MISA yoga school, together with yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru and over 7000 yogis were under continuous surveillance by the Romanian secret service for more then 15 years (according to the declarations made by the authorities). Actually, another serious and yet sensational aspect that will unmask these low actions of these anonymous people is that, despite their serious accusations based on the 7-8 false witnesses, it has been years since the Romanian authorities did not bring any convincing proves, meant to prove any of these accusations. Here is how this furious campaign made and supported by some anonymous persons now has the tendency to spread its poison and visceral hatred against MISA Yoga School and on the forum of the International Yoga Federation. In the light of these undeniable facts presented here, we can see that the only thing these anonymous persons aim for in secret it to make a continuous scandal and to shade a bad light on the reputation of MISA yoga school, which is the greatest yoga school in Europe. Moreover, it is necessary to remind you that the abusive actions of Romanian authorities as well as the mass media full of hatred campaign against MISA Yoga School determined the authorities of the European union to take notice and to send to Bucharest repetitive warning messages regarding the persecutions both against MISA Yoga School and 20 of the best yoga teachers in this school, which are absurdly accused. They are unfairly harassed and brought to court. These serious aspects are not mentioned (we wonder why?) By these anonymous people, in the same way they do not mention the fact that Romania has been severely warned by the European commission for the serious irregularities in the justice department. Unfortunately, among them the MISA case is also mentioned. Doesn’t the fact that in the present the case of abuses against MISA Yoga School is at the top tell us something? All these internal and international perspectives are completely ignored (we wonder why?) By these anonymous people who, in this way, try to create a false and perverted image of the Romanian MISA yoga school.

Besides, another aspect that must be mentioned here is that the only arguments these anonymous people come up with refer to the fact that Mihai Stoian, one of the yoga teachers within this yoga school, acted in porn movies. The cunning tendency to manipulate the information is obvious also in this case. He has never hidden the fact that he practices tantra yoga and, as it is well known in this ancient science, the conscious and controlled involvement of sexual energies is part of a precise methodology for spiritual evolution. Among the elements for promoting these teachings and especially in order to promote the idea, extremely useful nowadays, of sexual continence, a series of artistic movies with erotic theme was made. But they were and are meant to be, first of all, educational. Here we will not judge the quality of this action, because this is the job of the public; nevertheless, it is strange that in these messages it is evoked, as crushing arguments, the participation in such movie productions. How else do these “chaste” sanctimonious persons expect us to start creating in people a different attitude regarding their own sexuality, without showing them a completely revolutionary and superior alternative, based on promoting the ancient science of sexual continence? Instead of the mechanical sexuality, lacking love, we aimed to promote a different vision – sacred, pure, sensitive, beautiful and elevated upon couple lovemaking. But, in this context, to accuse MISA Yoga School for spreading and distributing porn movies is a serious manipulation. In fact, even the accusation that these movies are to be kept secret is ridiculous and shows the idiotic tendency of manipulating the public opinion and of bringing calumnies, because all of those movies were sold in shops, therefore they were made public. On the other hand, we must underline that, in fact, the initiative for making such erotic movies belongs to private persons who were just attending the courses of this yoga school, and not to the MISA yoga school. Therefore, all these absurd and calumnious accusations unfairly brought against the school are only another side of these desperate tentative to denigrate and destroy, at any price, the image of MISA yoga school.

One very severe fact we were amazed to discover was the unauthorised publishing of certain images taken from a private archive. This was done through an erotic movies distributor in Scandinavia. At the same time, we found out that this illegal and vile action seems to belong to certain messengers of the Romanian secret services. It was meant to create separation and hatred among yoga practitioners which were revolted seeing those images. Those images have never been authorized for distribution by MISA Yoga School leadership. Yet, those images were illegally distributed, even on the internet. Another vile purpose of this manoeuvre, in our opinion, was to unfairly shade a bad light on the yoga school. But the proofs we have gathered are meant to invalidate this absurd accusation: that MISA Yoga School secretly sold these private images, which have never been destined to public distribution.

In the following, we offer you here, in premiere, the transcription of a discussion recorded in the presence of the owner of the Danish distribution company for Scandinavian countries. From the very beginning we want to specify that this discussion took place when we investigated the strange way in which such images, taken from the private archive of the initiating theatre Sophrozin, were published without copyright and without a written authorization from the management of Sophrozin theatre and, in a strange way, appeared publicly on dvds. Later on, they were also published on the internet by certain anonymous malicious persons. We underline once more that all those images which later on appeared (without copyright) in the movies distributed by the respective Danish company have never been and will never be authorized to be distributed publicly. Initially, those private images were and continue to be destined only to those people which are part of the initiates within the tantra yoga system. In this way, the image rights of those who appear in these shoots (images) were totally protected. It is strange the fact that those images (which were not authorised to be distributed) appeared both through this Scandinavian distributor as well as on the internet, without having approval from the management of erotic art productions. This is not only flagrantly breaking the copyright law, but it is also an obvious proof that certain people (maybe even the prosecutors), who had access to those tapes that had been confiscated during the house raids in march 2004 were aiming, to destroy MISA Yoga School through these vile actions. Without a doubt, those people who were not yet identified were involved directly in this dirty operation. As we have shown above, the respective footage, which later on had been distributed without any authorization, had been confiscated abusively, together with all the footage from the archive of Sophrozin theatre, by the police forces, during the house raids in March 2004. Later on, some of those private footages were made public, without having any authorization. The clarifications we offer you here are necessary, in order to be able to understand the real nature of these vile calumnies against MISA yoga school. The fact that those images (the respective footage) were made public (with no right to do so), in order to contribute to the denigration of the yoga school, was most certainly done, in complicity with the police or the Romanian secret service, who were in the possession of these materials which were confiscated from the archive of Sophrozin theatre in March 2004.

In the following we transcribed some significant recordings of this discussion:

Reporter: “how did you enter in possession of the originals of the last three movies you published?”

Barny: “I had a meeting in Fredericksburg’s garden. For sure Mikael was there. I know him well since the beginning of our collaboration… but with the last three movies it was there, in that garden. Mikael was there and he handed me the matrix tapes…and who could have been the other one?…for sure that one is the one who gave me the invoice. But I  cannot remember that one. We were three people there.

We wrote the check, and then ate something… i am trying to remember here, because i am neither senile nor amnesiac. I remember clearly we were three people sitting there, but i do not remember who the third one was.

Mihai: “it is interesting that there was a third person there… can you tell us more?”

Barny: “it was Mikael, me and a third person at that meeting. It is a totally strange story. It was about some guys who use our movies and put them on the internet websites, in order to harm what they called: the “tantric sex sect”.

Barny’s wife: “but how can you modify the master tape?”

Barny: “you can easily capture the original and then edit it again. In fact, when i bought the first movies a very detailed contract was made, but when we took the images from the last three movies (the ones with the girls), the contract was very simple, only the title and the brute material (images). It was very strange, indeed.”

Moreover, as a consequence of revealing to him the fact that these images were sneaked into the movies of the Danish company distribution network in the name of the yoga school, with the purpose of causing as much harm as possible to the image of the school, the owner of the respective company (Barny) decided to immediately withdraw those movies from the Danish market, which were the subject of manipulation to which he had unconsciously taken part. It is obvious to any intelligent person that his decision is significant, considering that this decision will cost that company some money.

At the same time, this decision shows that the owner of the respective company had definitely realised that what he had done was illegal – to accept from an unknown person the respective movies (which did not have copyright from the erotic art company).

Considering all the facts we presented above, it is no wonder that the actual report about MISA Yoga School is in fact a mixture of lies and calumnies, made by some anonymous people who used the anti MISA forums as a source of inspiration, where also these anonymous people had written the respective calumnies over time! It is not a coincidence that even the name (obviously, fictitious) of the one who signed the so-called report is the same name that appears to have signed most of the calumnies on that respective forum of anonymous discussions. This so-called report continued to be sent to other people who over time took a stand against the unfounded abuses and accusations against the MISA yoga school. Nevertheless, due to their experience in this field these people were able to recognize immediately the classic techniques of manipulation, misinformation and calumny. This once again convinced them that the aggressions against the MISA Yoga School are directed by groups in which people belonging to the authorities are involved. These manoeuvres convinced them once more that the aggressions against the MISA Yoga School are directed from the backstage by certain groups in which, without a doubt, people belonging to the authorities are also involved (prosecution and Romanian secret services).

We faithfully hope that everything we have shown you here is enough to give to all those of good faith an image based on compelling facts and proofs showing what these anonymous persons are actually aiming to. Thank you for your mails.
The warmth of your welcome in Kopenhagen last year is still in my memory.With growing concern I have taken notice of your situation. Especially because I would like to attend the congress you organize in Bucharest in June and wish to help you. But now I have an uncomfortable feeling about you, making me hesitant to come.You explain how bad people attack you and your organization and you speak of calumnies against you. But that is disturbing me. Because you cannot deny you are involved in sex business, as proved for me by the presence of a sex shop on your congress of Kopenhagen, where everybody could see and buy pornographic material, books or sex toys.The essence of your problem, Mihai, is that you are busy with an own form of Tantra Yoga, which has been transmitted to you by Grieg Bilovaru. And you still believe the man. Maybe you could start wondering about this, knowing that sexual desire is a very dangerous thing to handle, especially when dealing with beginners. Therefore, in ancient times, the Rishi’s (reference “Science of Soul” by Swami Yogeshverananda Sarasvati) have described the difference between Bahirmukhi Vritti (energy vibrations leading to external life) and Antarmukhi Vritti (energy vibrations leading your internal life), which are called commonly the left path and the right path. Using sexual desire to attain internal life is an extremely demanding art, where the practitioner has to be fully detached, with his mind under total control.
Failing to achieve that, the practitioner will fall in external life, which is the cycle of reincarnation.
Where is your practice Mihai, when you stimulate sexual desire in everybody walking by, without distinction, and even more, ask money for your sex tools? Is that not dangerous and a clear sign of attachment?My problem now is that I doubt you can recognize the danger of your lack of knowledge about Tantra Yoga. I hope that you can recognize this and act in consequence. For that I am ready to help you. Coming to Bucharest on your special invitation will then be a pleasure for me, giving me the opportunity to explain you more.

The fundamental freedom of expression, free media and information Statement on the current conflict between freedom of media and other Human Rights, such as presumption of innocence in criminal proceedings and the right to freedom from discrimination

Today media conflict with the freedom of thought in a system wrongly believed to be morally self regulated much in the same way as the prices in a market economy. In reality media today many times come to violate the fundamental human rights by a public management of information without regulation by accountability or a commonly accepted convention of professional conduct.

The question of accountability when private actors carry through actions of state level is well illustrated by the recent debates regarding the situation in Iraq. Private entrepreneurs of war do not have to obey to the same regulations as state troops and are not as individual or collective actor accountable for their misjudgements to the same degree as a regular army would be. Together with the Hypocrite code one of the uncontested triumphs of human morality is, paradoxical as it might seem the existence and appliance of the conventions on conduct in war. The common sense of modern society is offended when these conventions are not kept in a war, even when keeping to them might seem contrary to the immediate purpose of that specific action of war. In the field of media and public information management, humanity has yet not reached to establish such conventions and common sense.

As we intuitively understand that media and public information by definition is based on an unequal and potentially harmful interpersonal relation – just like between doctor and patient, soldier and civilian or soldier and prisoner of war – we have a common sense understanding that this relation should be guided and regulated by some certain universal fellow values beyond the immediate interests of the one in power.

Indeed the self regulation of morality in media is many times most efficient. In other situations media seem collectively to allow them selves not to consider the inner self regulating norms of morality as valid anymore. Sometimes an else diverse and multilaterally reflecting media landscape is completely dominated by one single opinion little related to common sense or morality. We find three major such situations – when by patriotism relating to sports and international conflicts, when a specific group temporarily manage to by force implement their specific views and when relating to unfamiliar cultural and spiritual praxis undesired by the surrounding society.

We frequently experience that in the field of information incidents innocent people have being hurt. The fact that the damages inflicted by immoral and unjust actions of journalists are not so easily measurable as in the war field in Iraq might be one reason to why there is not any debate on medial accountability today.

Media plays a key role in forming the public opinion. No modern society allows teachers with no or inappropriate education to work in the educational system and still no modern state have yet issued a degree needed to form the public opinion. Those working in public media management should enjoy at least the same support and attention as the educational system. The power of a journalist is in many ways equal to that of a priest in pre-modern society. It is a profession in need of moral and spiritual education without which we risk “one blind leading another blind”. A truly free media require journalists morally free by having a tolerant moral understanding.

The public opinion is a complex and vulnerable mechanism not self regulated in a way parallel to the free market economy. As discussed in previous sessions, “hate crimes” are propelled by exactly this failed self-regulation and the failing of moral responsibility in the media environment. Still the individual journalist does not even by common morality stand accountable or convicted for such crimes, nor does the company who contracted him. An article will destroy the life of a person and in the end, if proven wrong the paper is responsible to publish a small apologize in the fifteenth page. “One dump is throwing a stone in the river and even ten wise cannot take it out”. This fact is today cynically and systematically used in accordance with the so called Machiavelli principles. The real responsibility has to come from a free minded media that is a consequence of a properly prepared journalist.

As we have started to present here the complex and severe case of the MISA yoga school in Romania, here is the situation presented from the point of view of the freedom of expression.

During the period 1997 – 2006 a number of 2700 negative or calumnious articles appeared in the media only about this yoga movement. Only less then 4% of the cases were followed by the right to reply.

The influence in the case from the media was so big that the decision of the Swedish Supreme Court denying the extradition in 2005 of the Romanian yoga teacher Mr. Gregorian Bivolaru states the following:

“Madalina Dumitru (the alleged victim) has further stated that her apprehension by the police on 18th March 2004 was filmed and that the film along with excerpts of her confiscated notes was repeatedly shown the following day on Romanian television. The pictures and the notes have also been published in several newspaper articles. This has led to severe harassment from people within her immediate surroundings and she has not been able to continue her schooling.”

“The tone in the media has, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, periodically been very vicious. (…) In the case it has furthermore been made probable that the immediate TV broadcasting of the arrest and the following press campaign based upon information from the investigation was deliberately handed out by the authorities in the aim of turning the public opinion against GB”.

The lack of real accountability in the fourth power of state is seemingly a growing problem in modern open societies. It is clearly misused by states or other powers of interest to by force impose their will and ideas in society with media as agents that will not face any consequences in proportion to the sufferance they might cause.

The report made by Transparency International in Romania in 2006 show regarding the influence of media in judicial processes, that judges and prosecutors perceive that in the cases of interference with the justice, media is responsible for more than 56% of the cases, the rest being shared between the other major forces of the state.

There is in the open society a natural resentment regarding state regulating the media through legislation. Among journalists there is an inherit idea about a specific and common conduct of honour similar to that of soldiers, doctors and so on. Still it was not yet stated in conventions and is many times proven to be largely relative according to the pervading normality of the recipient society.

We consider that the lack of efficient self regulation of media in accordance with the democratic and tolerant principles stated by the OSCE participating countries regarding the protection of the human rights is a problem that should be addressed internationally.

Recommendations

• We recommend OSCE to initiate the establishment of a convention of intellectual and moral justice in media. This convention would be formalised as self regulated based on common journalistic principles developed and defined in this forum.
• We recommend to the OSCE to encourage the creation of an independent international commission that can provide an unbound referential to journalists, thus easing the pressure from specific groups of interest upon the media.
• We recommend to the OSCE participant states to support the development of public informational management into a science with at least the same importance as pedagogy.
